Location near Yumbo. Friendly staff, and more so at the front desk.

Getting old but still a good choice and beds are comfortable.

The staff turns this pretty generic hotel into a 5 star experience. Every single person interacted with there was helpful, went above and beyond to do something nice for us, and just seemed happy.Pool is great - plenty of chairs and sun or shade for every guest. Location perfect if you’re doing all the gay nightlife. Breakfast was good.

Nicer than I was expecting for the price. Very good value. Comfortable room (although without functioning air con), the pool was a nice size and it was possible to get loungers every day, arriving at the pool late afternoon. Good selection of food in the buffet, and always something I could eat as a vegetarian. Staff didn’t seem to know what was and wasn’t vegetarian though.All but one member of staff were really friendly.Short walk to bus stops to get you around the island, and walkable to the beach and dunes. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops nearby.

No parking at hotel, but free parking near hotel (from back side), really nice staff, great breakfast.

We did not know that this area of island is highly g*y wanted, so customers of this hotel is mostly from same community (you have to live with that).This is big hotel (not too tall, but wide), so expect a bit of walking reaching your room in case you get higher room number within floor...But both not really big problem, just to let you to know..

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent.

The room was on the ground floor close to reception. While the location of the room was convenient, it was very loud at night and in the morning with people coming and going.

Great hotel. Nice & clean. Very good pool but lots of men in speedos. Breakfast was excellent. Close to Yumba centre & a 15 minute walk to beach.

A fantastic stay, we really enjoyed the hotel and facilities. We found it to be excellent value for money and the location in Maspalomas really can't be beat. We've already booked to stay again!

Two minor things: 1. The mattress wasn't the most supportive and felt a bit old, that said, I never raised the issue with the hotel so wouldn't hold it against them (again, we've already booked another stay here). More just flagging it for the hotel. 2. At the bar by the pool it was often hard to get the attention of the staff when you wanted to place an order, or they would seat you and then just never come back. A couple times we waited so long that we ended up going elsewhere for food/drinks.

Breakfast is good and varied. Breakfast would cater for all nationalities. Nice swimming-pool.

Now, a deposit is required if you need towels for the swimming-pool. If you'd like some tea/coffee in your room, you'll have to pay for a kit that includes a kettle, milk, coffee, sugar, tea, etc., which wasn't the case a year ago. It's also a shame that only a twin bed was available in a superior room. A double bed would have been better.

Fantastic, super easy check-in. Every member of staff we encountered was helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was a great size and very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was amazing, with a fabulous selection of hot and cold food. Pool area was a good size with plenty of sunbeds. It's difficult to find anything negative to say about the hotel, will definitely stay again. 100% recommended for value, comfort ambience.

Rooms could be updated, but everything was in good order , clean and working.

Everything was wonderful, very clean, nice atmosphere and wonderful friendly staff. Swimming poole wonderful with a lots of sunbeds, this place also very clean, towel exchanged when you need. Hotels caffee bar was ok. Very good breakfast you really have everything what you like.

I have small issue to badroom there are not shower cabin only you have to jump into bath so is very dangerous and slipery I think many people use propely shower then bath. but generaly bathroom was perfect. The second was entertainment show for guest. it was not so good as should be, so there was no chance to keep guest in the hotel.

Great location, close to the action. Friendly and accommodating atmosphere in hotel. Large room and balcony. Great selection of food at breakfast and pool bar snacks were top quality.

Very nice location. Close to everything we needed. Apartment was very clean. It was our forth time here and we'll come back again.

Had a great time at this hotel, rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard. Staff at reception were always happy to help. Was lacking the facilities to make a cup of tea or coffee in your own room and the room was a fair distance roughly a 5 minute walk.

Friendly professional and helpful staff. Excellent facilities. Room cleanliness and housekeeping first class. Wide range of food options catering for every possible taste. Finally location was close to everything I needed.

really good breakfast, everything clean and facilities good. Staff nice and friendly. The location was really nice, short walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and shops near the hotel. Always available taxi on front if we needed to go further.

The noise from bar across the street was really bad every night. My room was located on a far end so I could hear everything and the walking distance was a bit much if people have difficult walking it could be difficult to stay on that side of the hotel.

Location and breakfast

Our room supposed to be superior and was below ground floor zero view surrounded by metal railings and a patio door with no lock. Superior?
