Pros +
- Lovely hotel - the pool area is very nice. We both thought the food was excellent for breakfast & dinner, lots of variety and healthy options, we should have done half-board option! Hotel is very clean and the cleaners are pleasant and accommodating.
- Location, staff, food, AC...very specious and comfortable room!
- Amazing staff, food and clean. This is a 5* hotel and well worth the money. Very good entertainment?
Cons -
- The aircon in our room wasn't working great and we asked someone to look at it but they couldn't do much. It was manageable though
- Breakfast quality could be improved.
- The negatives:Prior to booking this trip I read up on a lot of reviews and looking back on the trip I really question the validity of these.A lot of feedback given and highlighted by previous answers has not been addressed at all.The rooms:1. 3 small and slow elevators covering the entire complex which cues up.2. Extremely noisy environment, especially the rooms near the elevators (which we got) you can easily hear people taking the stairs, due to the lack of elevator capacity.3. As mentioned in previous reviews, water temperature in showers is uneven, burning you from time to time.4. The beds are rock hard with slim to none and "making the bed" as part of the daily cleaning routines is non-existent.5. The cleaning is a joke and we deliberately left one piece of debris the entire week that was not detected and removed even though it should be easy to detect. The food:There is a lot to choose from and it looks fancy from a presentation perspective, but the overall quality is unfortunately quite poor.1. The juices during breakfast are undrinkable, taste synthetic and made of high concentrated extracts. (Yes you can buy a glass of fresh orange juice at the delicate price of 5 euros).2. The jam during breakfast is put in squeezy bottles with very low quality.3. Overall I would say that the breakfast quality is very low compared to other hotels I have stayed at, it goes from superhard cornflakes (local brand), nutella (local brand?) and others.4. Cutlery is laid out in a way that it's easily mixed up. You could get a tool that has been used to take fish or meat that ends up in the sallad area.5. The overall prices at the hotel (if you decided not to get all-inclusive, (which I'm glad we didn't choose) are quite high with almost 3 euros for a small paper cup of coffee as an example.Me and my fiance feel extremely unhappy with our stay and the value for many is no way near what we expected given the rating of the hotel.

The room was really clean and spacious. Pool was also good but they closed it a bit too early (6pm).
Breakfast quality could be improved.
Great location, staff excellent , food good
The positives:Big and spacious hotel with lots of common areas to relax in and some of the evening activities had a really high standard. One of the larger pools heated to a good level compared to other hotels I have stayed at.

Great location plenty space around the pool only minor downfall not enough lifts
Hotel was spotlessly clean. Lots of activities to do if that’s what you want. The buffet was crowded and although we always managed to find something decent to eat the overall quality of the food was average
Hotel and staff not an issue. Area not near ‘central’. No shops or restaurants near. Beach a long hilly walk. Whole general area is very delapidated, dirty and neglected looking. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend
Walking distance to restaurants. Room size and balcony good.
It’s dated, felt like walking into the 1990s. Prefer smaller, more intimate hotels. It’s fine if you like that sort of Butlins style hotel where you don’t leave it often, but we’re not into that.
Very disappointing stay and not worth the money compared to princess inspire in Tenerife!
This is not a 4**** hotel..overall this is not good value for money ….the restaurant is like a canteen, having to queue for food and having to purchase water if you’re not AI. The bar is similar at night having to queue for drinks! Our bedroom was very uncomfortable and located on the first floor - the patio doors did not close well hence hearing noise all day and night..including the constant sound of coaches and buses arriving and reversing, as well as the music from the main room. The towels, although changed daily, were rough and like sandpaper and no bathroom sundries I.e shampoo. The gym is tiny for the size of the hotel and the pool area is very crowded - not a relaxing stay!
Food , staff , pool area
Confort and rooms good .
There is no way to have a snack ,like early morning or early evening, if you have a b&b .If you are not all inclusive you have to leave the hotel to get a snack or dinner in the evening. You can not order a snack during the day .
Great location, plenty of sun beds, pool and wellness facilities are very clean, lovely staff, big comfy bed and pillows, no noises from the other rooms, always tables available for the breakfast buffet, good selection and coffee was good. Late check out available.
We had asked for a room with sea view and with two beds.. got none of that. But it didn’t matter since bed was huge and the view to the rear wasn’t too depressing. Bring your earplugs because although not the hotel’s fault, the crickets keep you awake during the night!
The facilités were good as was the food. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was smaller than we expected with twin beds rather than the double we asked for. The water pressure and temperature was poor. In truth the facilities were 4* but the room 3*
Loved the dining area and the menus. My husband was delighted to have porridge for breakfast and I enjoyed the Muesli and fruit. As well as the omelettes and other options. Dinner was varied, well presented and very tasty. We loved all the salads and fish options. The roast meats were delicious also!
Queueing for coffee!Swimming pool was too cold!
Nice spacious reception, comfortable room
Not enough lifts for the number of guests
Hotel is spotless clean. Beds are very comfortable outside and inside. We were all inclusive. The variety and quality of food was amazing especially as some of our party were coeliac. Staff are polite, professional and extremely helpful. Great location. Entertainment was good.
Lovely staff in all areas; reception friendly and helpful, housekeeping discreet and very thorough and restaurant and bar staff pleasant and efficient.
Pool area a bit crowded however, there were always enough sunbeds and it was always clean and well presented. Restaurant inside felt too functional, rather like a cafeteria. The outside area was more pleasant and atmospheric.
The rooms and foyer were immaculate
The snack bar was pretty poor and the restaurant for being adult only Joyce was bit limited
