The mattress itself was comfortable.

The pillows were too few and uncomfortable.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff is so friendly, the rooms are bright and modern, the pool is beautiful, the breakfast buffet is excellent with something for everyone including cava and a chef to make your eggs and pancakes to order and the location is excellent. I could not have been happier.

Very clean hotel, great big bassins, goot nutritious breakfasts, great personnel, AC, away from loud noises, big rooms.

The staff went above and beyond and I feel like they managed to establish a personal relationship with each guest. One of the receptionist staff tole me she loves her job - you don't hear that every day.

When the main stage at Yumbo center was doing sound tests, the entire room was shaking because of how strong that bass was. Luckily when they did the actual performance on the stage they didn't go up to that level of volume.

Very clean, modern with good facilities. Excellent team of staff.

The room was amazing g. Very comfortable beds. The shower was amazing, took a minute for the water to warm up but the water pressure was fantastic and the exterior window to the private terrace and all that natural light was marvelous.

The breakfast buffet hot food was not good. Runny eggs, too wet, chewy, floppy bacon that was barely cooked and not at all crispy. The buffet was exactly the same every single day.

Great Staff we had a few issues but they were sorted very quickly and we had a great time.

The room (1) was a loud sound like an electric short circuit sound every hour or so all day and night.

Excellent location right next door to the Yumbo Centre but without hearing no noise, tranquil and peaceful, I liked how the property was split into two with the other rooms and pool a little further down the street, it made it feel more private.

I enjoyed everything about the property, however one small issue was the breakfast in the morning apart from eggs and English bacon, there isn’t much selection for individuals that like an English Breakfast in a morning, apart from that beautiful hotel.

Beautiful hotel, right next to the Yumbo, lovely staff and great pool / sunbeds.

Some breakfast choices are a bit weird so feels like not much option... unless you like broccoli with bacon. HahaThere is unlimited free bubbles though!!

Having visited Gran Canaria for over 35 years and stayed in numerous hotels, including several five-star resorts in Meloneras, we were delighted to discover this wonderful boutique hotel. It’s a real hidden gem, offering a more intimate and personalised experience while being ideally located in Playa del Inglés. With restaurants, nightlife, and the beach all within easy reach, it truly offers the best of both worlds.From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, and the level of service throughout our stay was exceptional. We stayed in the main part of the hotel, Room 23, which had its own little garden backing onto the street that separates the hotel from the Yumbo Centre. As it was carnival week, we expected some noise, but to our surprise, the room was remarkably quiet, which speaks volumes about the quality of the soundproofing.The room itself was impressively spacious, featuring a comfortable sofa and two beds that combined to make an excellent king. It was well-equipped with all the amenities you’d expect from a four-star hotel, including tea and coffee-making facilities, an iron, and a large flat-screen TV with a few UK channels. The shower was particularly noteworthy—powerful and set within a striking large window. Fortunately, privacy is well maintained unless someone happens to be over eight feet tall! The bathroom was well-stocked with accessories, which is a thoughtful touch for anyone who may have forgotten essentials.Breakfast was included in our room rate, and the selection was fantastic. There were both hot and cold options available, and the chef prepared eggs to order. A particular highlight was the availability of back bacon—a rarity in Spain but a much-appreciated option for those who prefer it over streaky bacon. Another thoughtful feature was the two complimentary coffee machines, available daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Central location but still very quiet, comfort and professionalism is everywhere, great breakfast, all staff were supportive, esp. Maria, Angel, Marian, cook Antonio.

Swimming pool is clean and inviting. I would have preferred to have a part that is deeper than 1,54m.

The property was quiet and tranquil. great location with bus stop and shopping centre 3 minute walk. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly

Fantastic place, spacious room, modern hotel. Location was excellent for the purpose of our visit. Very relaxing atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend it.
