It's unbelievably clean, from top to bottom. The breakfast has everything. It's massive, the rooms are big and the entertainment is fantastic. Would definitely stay again and recommend. All the sunbeds are NEW.

The vending machines didn't work. The noise from across the road at night. Plenty more other rooms tho. Both very minor.

The hotel is clean, modern, and fairly good maintained, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The pool area is fantastic, and the food is OK. Perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. It is good value for money, you get what you pay.

It seems that cockroaches are a common issue across the island, and unfortunately, the hotel wasn’t an exception. While the staff kept the place clean, it was still something that affected the experience

Clean and good food

Breakfast had lots of variety. A bit busy when we were there – perhaps to avoid the busier times in the morning.

Mostly good - noise at that rear – the roadside – can be a little noisy – just unlucky if you get a room that side.

Spacious rooms and powerful shower

One lady at reception who had lower than optimal communication skills, and, breakfast - there was no respect for vegetarians with the same utensils being used on pork (carne) being used on eggs

Rooms are good size, breakfast is good, restaurant staff are pleasant, pool area pleasant, not a bad location.

Bad design - cylinder shape building is perfect for acoustics, this is not what you need from a hotel. Ear plugs are should be included with your stay for free for many reasons! Reception is uninviting and barely helpful. No lounge area, bar is outside only. Entertainment arear is dark and bare. 2 cups a kettle and a fridge in the room. No spoons, no sugar, tea bags or glasses. The only place they could find to fit the towel rack in the bathroom is above the toilet sit, whilst there is a whole bare wall opposite. Cleaners don't wash your cups, perhaps because they are not supposed to be used! Dinner is average, good choice but the food is barely warm. The dining room is not big enough to accommodate all the guests. The pictures of the pull on Booking.com site are actually not the true pictures. They feature the hotel next door, which looks munch newer.

Perfect location near beach, lovely pool nice big rooms

Like many places there are signs saying you cannot reserve sunloungers yet everyone does . Some of the prime spots are bagged before breakfast and not used. Also the balcony’s are very small and mine didn’t get the sun at all so if you want to have a room with outdoor space go for a terrace at the back of the building so you don’t have a constant stream of people walking by

The breakfast at the hotel is very good with many choices, and lots of staff to keep everything topped up and clean. We did not have dinner at the hotel so cannot comment on this. The room was a very good size, was clean and the housekeeping came everyday and did a great job.

Unfortunately, although the rooms are very large, the bathrooms especially are quite tired and need updating/mainenance. They are definitely not up to the price of the room. The rooms are clean but especially the bathroom was tired with cracked mirrors, rust and in need of updating. They are still functional and clean.

Shower screen wasn’t great so the floor got soaked and the door was rotten because of this.

Having to wear a bracelet to show I had purchased breakfast. Pool was on the small side and no frills. Sun beds provided but no tables.

The hotel was built in 1972, so the infrastructure is old, but renovated. Conditions, therefore, decent, the cuisine quite tasty.

Service at the reception leaves much to be desired.Already two days before departure, I asked for a paid extension of the hotel night, as it ended at 12:00, and I had a flight at 23:50. Each time I received a negative answer due to the full occupancy of the hotel. However, it turned out that it was possible to book one of the many rooms through booking.com without any problem, so I made such a reservation. There was consternation at the front desk, while the attendant that day, Ms. YARA, who claimed full occupancy, offered to extend the night...in the same room (without cleaning). In the morning she lied that our room could not be extended and there were no vacancies, and in the afternoon she gives us the same room. Service reprehensible and embarrassing.

Amazing experience, it's the second year me and my wife are booking this hotel and doesn't disappoint! The location is perfect at just 5-6 min walking from the beach and with many bars and restaurants around to explore. Also a super market just up the street. Easy to get to the bus station as well, at only a couple minutes away.

Could probably find a more accessible way to get drinking water in the room as we only had a small glass bottle at check in as they are trying to reduce plastic waste. We bought our own water afterwards.
