Playamar Bungalows

The location was great and not too busy. Cleaners were friendly and provided new towels regularly. Staff friendly (when they were around). Lots of free parking available for rental cars and supermarket top of the road

First impression was terrible. No one answering the number on the gate to check in (asked for our arrival time but failed to inform us no one will be there to check us in). Another guest let us in also complaining about the property. No wifi password in the room. Shower water pressure was terrible and the temperature would fluctuate. Pool was advertised as heated but was cold. Our apartment faced the back and we could hear other hotel entertainment until 11pm at night. We did make staff aware and they just apologized.

Good Location, near to beach and central location as well. Super markets were near by, place was clean, staff supportive. Overall liked experience and happy with the stay.

My biggest challenge happened in form of the pool. It was mentioned to be heated but it wasn't much heated ad felt quite cold to use ( it wasn't just me, but I didn't see others also using pool much). My main reason of booking was that it mentioned Heated poolOthers point is a small one but in kitchen, chopping board wasn't there and crockery was 1 plate, 1 bowl, 1 cup per person.

Lovely clean, heated pool. The grounds and rooms were kept very tidy.

Playamar bungalows are very conveniently situated for beach and restaurants/entertainment whilst remaining quiet and peaceful. The pool is nice and staff helpful and it felt safe staying there.

The walls are quite thin so it's easy to hear your neighbours when it's quiet.Cooking facilities are a little limited for self catering byt generally satisfactory.

Very close to main square and not far from the bus terminal.

Nothing! If they had a small bar onsite they would make money bc alot of the time after hours I just wanted to sit by the pool and have a drink and some snacks

Quiet situation and very close to sea and amenities. Bungalow had two sun terraces and ours had evening sun which was a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Bungalow a little dated and in need of basic maintenance (the cupboard skirting was hanging off). A little more in terms of crockery would be useful as there were no bowls! Also the stairs would benefit from a visible edging strip as they could be a fall hazard if sight is less than perfect.

Apartment and pool area very clean. Beds very comfortable. Apartment cleaned daily. Apartment has everything you need. Quiet area. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Good supermarket 3 minutes walk. Beach 5 minutes walk. Yumbo Centre 10 minute walk. Pubs and restaurants close by 5 minute walk. Courtesy shower, changing area and luggage storage after checkout. WiFi good. Check in process good. Few English news channels on TV. Request pool view apartment.

Everything was fine, rooms clean, pool area fantastic. The distance from the beach is good, there are shops and restaurants near the hotel.

These Bungalows are in perfect location. Beach is just around the connor, and shops and night life 5 min walk away. Supermarket 2 min walk away and closes at 22::00 Very clean and gd house keeping, staff are very friendly. I will be returning again nxt year for the 4th year. So glad I found the Bungalows and the price is perfect. Gd security around the pool area.

There is nothing I dislike about these Bungalows.

Kitchen and furniture needs updating. Typical Canary-style "sound-problem": you hear disturbing sounds from neighbouring apartments, through The walls. Especially clearly you can hear The steps when somebody is walking the stairs. The neighbouring big RIU-hotel has loud live shows (music) every night at 8-11 PM. If your bedroom is towars the hotel, better not to go to sleep before that.
