Great location, nice pool and beach access

Water police -no drinking water in rooms and you must go outside to buy water - a lot of seniors guests must take medication.In a restaurant you must bay water rather expensive. Hotel must change this police and join price of water to room prices if it is so important for 5 star hotel! No option to drink tea in the rooms, very strange! In such hot regions as G Canare very important to drink enough.

The gardens and pool were excellent.

Avoid the Building 1 tower rooms as they are noisy and you get a 'pleasant' view of an urban landscape rather than the gardens.

Very friendly staff, food was very good, perfect rooms, awesome pool. Location couldn’t be any better as it was close to the beach, lots of shops, supermarkets and bus station. Hotel was excellent overall. A couple of minor issues: the pool was very cold, the gym was very limited and the elevators were not working on occasion. Still a well-deserved 9/10.

Blandness of food. Quality good but lack of seasoning or spicing made it dull.

Lovely rooms around the pool area, very clean and all surrounded by lovely gardens. To appreciate all of these though u would not want a room in the tower block above reception!

Being on the 9th floor of the tower block facing busy road and shops when the rest of the hotel was within an idyllic setting.

This hotel is centrally located, the grounds and outside facilities are exceptional. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere with sunbeds as comfortable. The room was a great size. We unfortunately had to cut our trip short but wouldn’t hesitate in staying again.

There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom. Although we had paid for breakfast, we never ate in the hotel, mainly because whatever time we passed the restaurant, there was a huge queue to get in and it looked like a rugby scrum around the food. We had brunch a little later by the pool which was also lovely

Food and cleanliness were top class. Staff could not be more friendly and helpful.

Exquisite and peaceful property , a hotel - park, with lots of flowers, plants , palms so it does reflect its name- tropical and traditional style architecture, with easy access to the beach. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very well done, very tasty! Rooms are spacious and well equipped and the staff of the hotel are very professional ! I will highly recomend and I can wait to come back again to this beautiful place

The attitude of lady waiter who served on the terrace of the restaurant and the rudeness of the guy who cooked the eggs . Unfortunately the restaurant staff is not very well trained compare to the rest of the personal

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast buffet is good, of course the garden is absolutely beautiful! The beach is a 5 minute walk and also very beautiful. The rooms are also nice - keep in mind that the theme is more tropical , hence the rooms aren’t super modern but it definitely fits the theme, it’s very comfortable

If you want a safe, you need to pay an extra daily fee. Some rooms (in the tower) are very loud as they are facing the street and a bus stop. However, we asked if it possible to switch rooms and the staff was very friendly about it and gave us another room the next day.

We had an amazing time! The place is stunning with its Canarian-style décor. There’s a large swimming pool, delicious food, and friendly staff. It’s also conveniently close to the beach and shops. Highly recommended!

Our stay in the hotel was perfect. The rooms are really big and nice, the breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing, the hotel is really close to the beach. We had some problems with our first room but after we told the reception, they directly gave us another room, which was perfect. The staff is really friendly and I would definitely book the hotel again.

A great stay. Probably one of the best in Playa del Ingles. Superb location including oasis-like surroundings and proximity to the beach. Delightful staff from check-in through to entertainment and room servicing.

Maybe the dinner menu could be improved ( just by the way).

I really loved the concept of lush garden and short-ish walk to the beach. The food was okay. Staff was very nice.

Unfortunately, this place was a miss for me. I wish I had done my thorough research on this place and went somewhere else. This is not a place for young people as it’s filled with German pensioners, to the point where the staff defaults to using German, rather than Spanish or English, which I found slightly strange to say the least. I didn’t let it dampen my mood during my stay in Maspalomas but I made sure I’m only there for sleep and breakfast. It’s also a bit far from Yumbo Centre, the pillows are quite uncomfortable and Wi-Fi is unusable. Needless to say I will not be coming back there. It’s a bit depressing for young people coming over to have a good time.

i would have liked a choice between a bar of soap as well as liquid soapnightly entertainment was ok but i would hve liked local spanish and canarian singing and music as well

Good breakfast. Fair sized room. Nice pool and gardens.

Being older, noise was an issue as the windows didn't insulate. Beds were uncomfortable. No view from room. Sometimes long queues.
