The air conditioner was so noisy, house keeping doesn’t include washing dishes & that’s not mentioned, the lobby & food area smells nasty,& they didn’t put the banner on the door for my daughter’s birthday!

Roomy and clean room. With a great location! In walking distance of the beach, Yumbo and other surrounding shopping Centers. The Sand dunes also relatively close. Staff was was very nice. And the pool area was also nice.

Double beds move rather easily if you want to do more than sleeping ;). And the gym is functional but rather small.

The hotel was good in general. Nice areas. The stuff was amazing, always smiling and very gentle willing to help.

The restaurant/bar does not work at the same level. Food was extremely late, cold, not so tasty or even didn't follow the description of the menu. One of the few things I tried was for example a cesar sallad that instead of Cesar seasoning had normal mayo, very little Greensalad or almost nothing, it didn't have croutons but came with A LOT of some type of cheap bread cut in small pieces, not even toasted. There was just one person at the place were one do the orders and it takes forever to just pay for a simple coffee. The girl was nice but seemed inexperienced plus they she definitely should have had two people there and not one, she tried her best.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was beautifully appointed with a lovely view, and every member of the staff was warm and attentive.

The car parking was a bit expensive, 20 euros per day.

Great location 5min walk to a breach and 5min walk to Yumbo shopping centre. The road next to the hotel not too busy, so quiet day and nights. All fresh and kept clean. Nice breakfast, always enough choice for guests. Staff very helpful. Good size swimming pool, enough for the number of guests. Quiet area on the back of the hotel.

Once or twice not enough sunbeds for everyone, but there's always some chairs by the bar. No possibility to use smart TV as no connection to internet.

Nice room, clean and comfortable.

Needs more kitchen utilities.

Shower head wasn't best quality.

Location and the leisure area /seating, pool, jacuzzis areas were very modern and comfortable

No entertainment at night which meant that no one used the lovely outdoor space.

Great location, nice breakfast. Super helpful staff on reception, there were a couple of changes we had to make and there was no drama or difficulties.

The area was lovely and the hotel looked good following its refurb. Good prices for food and drink.

The pool temperature was inaccurate.We asked for additional pillows twice. Room was only cleaned once.

Very nice location. Close to the beach and close to yumbo. Very clean and comfortable room with nice bed. Spacious. Nice bathroom. Staff amazing and helpful. We got picnic box as we were leaving early the last day and missed the breakfast.

I love sweets so there were litt lack of nice sweet things on the buffe or some more regular types of soups like usual chicken soup. Only 1 elevator so can be some waithingtime in the mornings but u can always use the stairs

Very clean and new all around. Aesthetically pleasing and smelling very nice everywhere in the hotel.

Maybe put normal coffee in the rooms, as we only received decaf and get a new ironing table as this one was missing the cushion. This are only minor things to make it even better.

Good location, vicinity of supermarkets and acceptable distance to beach

The selection of foods for breakfast and dinner could be better. Also, I did not enjoy the "thematical" dinners" like Asian, Mexican, and others, I would prefer to enjoy the local cuisine.

I had a corner room which was a little noisy next to the stairs.

Well placed, clean, nice friendly staff.

The breakfast was a little expensive for what it was & the bacon & eggs had been allowed to go almost cold.

Good location, nice and clean hotel. Food selection is acceptable.Nice waiters in the restaurant, especially Tanja.
