Pros +
- Good 4 star hotel, good food and solarium
- Large and clean room with a comfortable bed (not too soft)!Very friendly service all around.Quiet hotel (although may have been a bit lucky with neighbours considering not too good sound proofing).Quite good breakfast with good variety of bread, meats, fruit, eggs, etc.Good car service from and to airport.Small, but nice sauna area included, with good opening hours.Decent gym and tennis court.
- The rooms are quiet and very clean. The sauna is very good but requires a larger sign stating that no swimsuits are allowed
Cons -
- ?
- Only buffet dinner with quite average food and the wine served by glass was really not good..While the breakfast was much better than dinner, the coffe was not that good. How about installing an espresso machine or a proper coffee brewer? Also, 8:00 is quite a late start for breakfast for some people, especially without a coffe maker in the room!No coffee maker in the room…The gym was decent, but could include a few more pieces of equipment (e.g. a wider array of weights, some mats, a row machine, etc.).Room sound proofing was not great (easy to hear someone coughing during the night), but not a big issue considering the high average age of guests and this not seeming to be a hotel for the party crowd. The terraces were nice (also for those wanting to tan sans clothes!), but without service of drinks and snacks. How about someone making regular rounds to take some orders, at an additional expense if necessary?

Great location, had a great view from my room. Staff was super friendly and the food choice was just great! Looking forward to be back

Location, food and the staff are all amazing
Entertainment is dire. We have been visiting this Hotel for over 10 years and whilst all other aspects of the Hotel have been consistently good, over the past couple of years, we have noticed the Hotel now caters for a more “mature” clientele. In addition, air con was very noisy and did not work but took 4 days to fix
Everything - the interior, the location, the large areas, pools, dinning rooms etc
Maybe the lack of sun bed cushions at times
A clean, well-equipped hotel with friendly staff and many sports, wellness optionsGood rich breakfast
We didn't have all inclusive variant, and price for dinner or lunch surprised us. So extremely expensive that any other buffet restaurant in the town was better option.
We stayed at Seaside Sandy Beach last November and loved it so much that we decided to return last month. From the reception to the restaurant, the staff is exceptionally nice and friendly. The pool area is stunning, and the location is unbeatable! As with our first visit, we opted for the half-board option because we enjoyed the food so much. They offer a great selection of dishes! In short, everything about our stay was wonderful. We are looking forward to going again!
I loved the stunning ocean view from the room and the lush, well-maintained gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very comfortable. The pool area was fantastic, with plenty of loungers and a clean, inviting pool. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to many restaurants and shops.
I liked the pool , location and the staff were very friendly
The pillows are not fluffy and the bath takes a long time to fill
Room was modern, clean and spacious with a big balcony
would have requested a higher room with a pool/sea view
The staff was very nice. The room at the top was spacious and had a nice view. Thank you!Walking distance from the beach.Really nice sauna.Nice pool!
It was a bit pricier than it should be.At 300+ per night, I expect higher quality and variety of toiletries.Dining area was very busy and a bit cramped.Drinks ordered took way too long to arrive.Parking space is pretty limited around the hotel.
The hotel's location is amazing! You can walk to the beach! Our stay included breakfast and dinner, and we really enjoyed the food, especially the desserts – they were so good! The pool and pool bar are the highlights for us. It's so relaxing and nice!
Perfect hotel, food was really delicious, staff is very professional, special thanks to Arut who was really friendly an has provided great advice. The hotel is great for remote work as it has great WI-FI and comfortable desk as well as balcony with comfy chairs.
Too many German visitors, not many guests speak English.
Great place to relax and the all inclusive was the way to go (and I don't normally like buffets or all inclusive). Great food and service. Lovely clean room. Nice sauna in the 10th floor and had a great massage too. So easy to relax. Really enjoyed it.
I would like to tell you that I understood the tourists' reviews only after I arrived here. But let me explain how this resort works.First of all, you need to know that it is addressed especially to the hippie generation from Germany in the 70s. That is why the average age of the tourists is an advanced one. The air of the Cold War reigns in the hotel, so that if the owner were to renovate in the style of the 21st century, he would lose the vast majority of customers. They would not appreciate the new wave equipment, and they would not feel comfortable in a smart design arrangement...I admit that I was initially disappointed. I'm not young but not old either, so I felt like a kid here...All this feeling was immediately covered by the joy of discovering the special attention that the staff gives to all customers. At "all inclusive" you won't miss anything. There is no waste, but ask, and you will receive whatever you need to feel good. I wanted a better wine, I asked for and received an excellent one. I asked for the 007-style vodka Martini, and I got the best cocktail I've ever had. You can also ask for water for the room, fruits, sweets and much more. The food is as good as at Seaside Palm Beach from the same group, although Sandy has only four stars. And everywhere is very clean and smells so good. Both I and my wife thank the hosts and promise to come back.
Nothing bad about the hotel...Because it seems we were very lucky, we got some great weather for January. It was 24-25 degrees, only on the last day the wind blew a bit hard...You must therefore know that there are days in winter when the cold wind blowing from the mountain does not let you enjoy sunbathing on the beach. And this wind could blow for 3-4 days...But don't despair, the hotel pools are protected from the wind or, just as well, you can visit the island. I warmly recommend Poema del Mar, Puerto de Mogán, Roque Nublo, Anfi del Mar ... and there are many other tourist attractions to see ...
Clean!!! Good size rooms! Traditional inside!
Although you never can look behind the curtain: A great service TEAM, always very attentive, fast and polite. That for sure also because there are employees with a central function, that LIVE this function and accordingly organize and direct the service in an exemplary way. This includes the general manager of the hotel herself, Mrs Karg, present every day at least at breakfast. But also e. g. Miss Pacheco ("Carolina"), that has practically welcomed personally every guest and introduced them to their dinner with authentic local charm. And thus we come to the food: The offer is simply great. There is something for everybody. Having 28 degrees in the last week of the year, you might not have appetite for hot meals. And then you find a great variation of salads with meat and fish and cheese and jamón and fruit and postres .... Todo veramente muy rico. The pool bar team also cannot be forgotten: Always attentive and ready for a chat or joke on the spot. That makes a deserved beer pint at 28 degrees to fun. The more so with good live music offers. Talking of the events: the great seasons decorations for Xmas and new years eve - many thanks for the result and the preparations that these must have costed
Nothing. Todo veramente muy bien
Luxury breakfast and dinner. Delicious.Fantastic personnel.Wonderful atmosphereGreat licationTodo con corazón planned.
