Pros +
- Mostly the proximity to the beach, the tropical decor of the hotel and the friendly, professional staff.
- The hotel is beautiful, looks amazing, and is in a perfect location right by the beach. Extremly clean. The pools are lovely. The sea view room is stunning and spotless. The restaurant is also excellent, with a wide variety of food. The staff is great, especially the waiter Jorge. :)
- Relaxed atmosphere, nice pools, access to the beach
Cons -
- Breakfast selection was the same every day in Unique lounge. We saw a few giant cockroaches on the first floor. Many guests go as early as 6am or 7am to “claim” their spot on the sun-beds around swimming pools by leaving their towels for the entire day and not even being at the pool. Staff shouldn’t allow such behavior. Photos of the balcony views are misleading, but still a nice view of the ocean.
- What could maybe be improved is the English language skills of some reception staff, as well as their friendliness. I'm not saying they were rude or anything like that - just that they could be a bit more cheerful.
- You have to pay extra for the iron and the safe box.

Good
The gym. Little and old equipment, many didnt work. Should not be adverised as a hotel gym.
Very comfy bed, great pools, excellent breakfast
Had an issue with shower but moved to another room
My room was very comfortable, with very nice lighting. The balcony was a little less welcoming. The receptionist was friendly and professional. The choice of breakfast is particularly good. The outside facilities and pools, on different terraces, are attractive and pleasant
I couldn't find how to turn off the balcony light. From the balcony, you can hear the music coming from the restaurants and bars below, but you can hardly hear anything when the window is closed. In the morning, from 8am, the noise of beds being moved by the cleaners. The hotel has no car park, but I was able to find a space in the street.
The personnel was super helpful, enough food choice at breakfast. Easy to get around from here.
Most of the modern pictures you see in booking are for a special category of visitors called “unique”: the sun loungers with pillows, the breakfast area… that means that you don’t get what you see here. Rooms around the pool are super noisy at night, luckily they were able to switch us around. The breakfast doesn’t change, plus for the regular visitors there is no cooking station for eggs etcNo long mirror in the bedroom.
Staff were very friendly. Particularly bar and reception staff. Evening entertainment was enjoyable and if it wasn’t for you , you could go to the pub inside the hotel.
Food, pool, friendly service.
Long queues for main course counter at dinner. You need a double sided counter with a duplicate set of food. Also a charge of €2.50 for refilled bottles of tap water is excessive robbery.
Amazing location right across the street from the beach. Free street parking was available nearby.Food at the buffet was delicious and different each meal/day. Resort staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Three different menus/levels of all-inclusive. We are accustomed to two menus/levels (regular and premium). Having a third menu/level was too much.
Great sea view, big variety for breakfast, friendly employees, cross a small street to access a lively boulevard with nice boutiques and some nice beach restaurants and regular live music in the hotel and every now and then on the boulevard. Right behind the boulevard is the beach. You can either watch sunrise from the beach or from the 11th floor rooftop.
I think we need to pay extra for the vault and refridgerator in our room.
The hotel is in a wonderful location, the view is gorgeous. Staff in general is friendly and helpful. Though the hotel was full, everybody was served in time and with friendliness. The reception staff was extremely helpful, competent and quick. Overall great!
Very clean, polite staff, very comfortable
Nowhere to fill my water bottle
Great location Lovely hotel
House keeping was poor unfortunately..tea coffee facility in room but not topped up.Bedding wasn't changed in a week until last night when room wasn't even serviced and had to ring reception..they then made bed and changed sheets.
A fabulous stay in a lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the evening bar staff. Great Location for beach, restaurants, and supermarkets, all within walking distance. Room was a good size, but only one mirror which was in the bathroom, a full-length mirror would have been handy in the bedroom.
By far the best thing about the hotel was the lovely staff. They were friendly and always welcoming. The breakfast buffet was good, though a lot of tinned fruits and no fresh juices.Sheets and pillowslips changed regularly .Quality of them good.Outdoor areas are beautiful and very well maintained.
My overall hotel experience was very disappointing due to room and dinner. The first room I was given on the second floor had ants running around on the desktop top, walls were marked, and the shower tray cracked. I requested a change of room and was given one on the second day.As I did not check in until 9 pm, and the dining room finished the service at 9 30 I asked if I could have lunch another day instead. I was told no. The staff member at check-in in said you had to request early the in day.How I could do this when it 9pm when I checked into hotel don't know.My second room was 1426. It was dated, marks on walls, stains on lamp, cracked shower tray, etc. Also as this room was on top floor you could hear cooling fans etc on roof overhead.Rooms nowheres near standard showed in official pictures. There is no bottle water in the room, and four coffee sachets are not replaced once used.Pool towels cost one euro to be replaced. Hen party was there while I was there, and they were very noisy around the pool. Now I come to dinner.Food was inedible. It's really dreadful. Everything kept warm under heating lamps and dried out.Food was cool at best and nothing hot.Im my opinion, everything tasted the same.Never enough staff on at dinner and difficult to find a table .They weren't enough staff to clear tables, so after 7 30 full of used tables uncleaned or reset.Deserts all processed beyond belief. One of the waiting staff brought g a small carafe of water, charged 2.50.e .All in all, there is not one good thing about dinner.A major overhaul needs to be done. The hotel has a Unique class, and unless you book it as a guest, you definitely second class in this hotel and Unique class in your vision all the time.Hotel sent me an email on Tuesday (I stayed sat 15-22Feb)asking if I was enjoying my stay and then didn't reply to my email.I would not recommend this hotel unless it gets a major refurbishment and total overall of food .
Beach access, nice staff, cleanliness
A lack of alternative dining options. You can walk to tacky beach restaurants ( which aren’t good).
Perfectly located, great food and brilliant facilities, you would think you are somewhere exotic but are right in the middle of everything
We paid extra to be Unique guests. This gave us access to a private Unique restaurant for breakfast. Service, location and staff were outstanding.
There were 2 aspects that could have been better. The main dining room which we used for evening dinner was very large, served buffet style only and reminded us of a large canteen. The other major issue we had was noise at night. There are several restaurants between the hotel and beach which employ singers at night who are very loud. Our room was at the front of the hotel with a fantastic view over the beach and sea, but at night it was difficult to sleep because of the noise.
I had a pleasant stay at Corallium Dunamar, which boasts an excellent location and a clean, comfortable environment. Daniel at reception was exceptional and the tall, breaded guy and all the restaurant staff were outstanding, providing excellent service throughout my stay.My room (935) was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. However, the shower mixer was faulty—it fluctuated suddenly between too hot and too cold, making it difficult to regulate the temperature. As a result, I ended up wasting a lot of water trying to adjust it.Overall, while the hotel itself is good and has many positives, a few disappointing experiences—particularly the inflexible half-board policy, the attitude of some reception staff, and the poor quality of coffee. No drinks with half board not even water. With a few improvements, this could be an excellent four-star hotel. I was looking forward to trying the Lopesan brand, but will I stay there again maybe but I will consider alternatives. Will I recommend the hotel, I may but I certainly will not rush to recommend it.
The half-board option is quite inflexible. On my third day, I requested a lunch voucher as I had not used my dinner allowance the previous evening. I had the misfortune of dealing with one of the female receptionists, who stated that I should have requested the voucher the day before because they had no way of knowing if I had dinner the night before. This implied that I was lying about not having dinner, which was upsetting given that they could easily check their system because room numbers are provided to the restaurant staff before meals. Having stayed at several other four-star hotels, I mentioned that I had never encountered such difficulty in swapping dinner for lunch. She responded that she, too, had travelled and stayed in hotels, I felt it was dismissive and unnecessary. I also asked for a lunch voucher on my 4th day (Male receptionist, large glasses, pierced ears with black earlobe plugs) again slightly cold. Was it a hotel policy to discourage swapping dinner for lunch? Slight adjustments to attitude make a big difference to someone's experience. Like, I would be happy to help, although it is not hotel policy let me see what I can do. Or, yes the swapping I will share your feedback with management. NO drinks with half board not even water. The coffee was terrible. The room was provided with just two sachets of instant coffee, which were not replenished after use. The breakfast coffee also tasted like instant coffee with powdered milk. The hotel's own refillable bottled water was overpriced at €2.50 and was not a great taste. The fizzy water was flat, and there were no alternative options. Guests were not allowed to bring their bottled water to meals (water was provided free of charge at breakfast). At other hotels I have stayed in, the hotel's own refilled bottled water was complimentary, with only branded water available for purchase.
