Everything, was amazing from start to finish . Our first night ( Friday) we had the nicest prawns i couldn’t stop eating them! Followed by roast lamb veg and mash with a mint gravy sauce! Was so good . Rooms were lovely and clean and comfy . No race for sunbeds was plenty to go around nice pool bar snacks available through the day . Lovely kind workers

Pools a bit cold

It’s a lovely relaxed hotel. The food is very good . Love the pool and restaurant areas

Nothing. A tiny bit tired in areas

Everything was excellent (food, personnel, cleaning service, etc.) I particularly liked that the room was stocked with toiletries that I normally don’t see in other hotels, such as shampoo/shower gel, conditioner, body lotion, scrub, tonic, and even a make up remover. In addition, a bath robe and slippers were provided too. A small bottle of wine on arrival was a pleasant surprise as well. And a coffee machine in the room was a bonus for early morning use. The room was very modern, soundproof (I had a very good sleep there); cleaners were super friendly, I was greeted with a smile every day, you can see that people like working there. And I had an ocean view from my balcony. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. I will be back one day again.

Pool area is near the highway road. The sun lounges were all occupied most of the time. However, I personally went to the ocean for swimming, so it did not bother me at all.

Good location. Good swimming pool array. Restaurant timings were flexible and the restaurant was casual and family friendly. Rooms cleaned daily.

Vegetarian food options in the buffet could have been far better and better labelled. Food was often quantity over quality, including drinks, which is a shame. Charges for pool towels to be washed was unnecessarily binding too.

The room was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant had a good quality.

Swimming pool was too small compared with the amount of people the hotel can take and beds weren't enough. I asked if I could stay few hours more on my last day as I had a 1 year old child and my flight was in the evening and they told me as I booked through booking I have to leave at 12 and I can't use a room , I can only eat in the restaurant for 33 euro each adult and 16 euro por my 1 year child (she still eat my milk)

If someone reserved a sun bed with their towel, the staff removed it, which was awesome! All inclusive was good, there were snacks through the whole day.

The rooms were clean and comfortable beds. The staff were extremely attentive and kind! A lot of families were there during our stay and the lids clearly loved the space to run around. The food selection every day for all means were plenty and great variety. Delicious hot meals too! For an all inclusive, it was great value!

We went during the last week of March and all the swimming pools/jacuzzis were freezing and not heated so we could not swim or let our child swim. The stage entertainment needs improving.

Restaurant had plenty selection and choice at all meal times, room was modern and comfy and clean.

Noise in our room from stage at night time from the Entertainment area provided by hotel, the sound/volume level was way too high, which was totally unnecessary. as the seated area was pretty small around the outdoor stage. Hard to get a baby to sleep.The swimming pools were freezing cold, Including the kids pool, also falsely advertied as having 3 or 4 hot tubs, which is untrue, all jacuzzi type small pools were also unheated and freezing.

Animation team was weak and evening shows not so interesting, please dont do Karaoke nights.Noise behind the room doors.

Good location, close to beach, shops and restaurants etc and not to far from hotel.

The pool area was really nice but the water wasn’t clean. Food was really repetitive and not a lot of selection. We only stayed four nights and had to eat out last evening as I couldn’t look at the hotel food any longer. We also went as a couple and had two single beds joint together - very annoying.

the Hotel is very clean, the food is good, the staff is super efficient and the inside is pretty and renovated. All inclusive is really ALL inclusive.

the building at first sight looks a bit old and, just behind the structure, close to the swimming pool where guests eat, drink and take the sun there's a sort of freeway with a bus stop.. Fortunately, the area is limited by wood-made panels and it's not easy to appreciate the close proximity of cars and vehicles.

We liked the bedroom was very spacious. Location was close to the beach and promenade. Once I got used to it I really liked the location

I didn’t like the entertainment at night so much.

I was disappointed that car park isn't in the price for staying in the Hotel.

Entertainment a little poor. Team tried hard but not very talented.
