The location was great: close to the dunes and it was easy to park in the street. The hotel itself was also great: good facilities, a large room with a couch, friendly staff and they had a luggage room with changing room and showers in case you could not enter your room yet or already checked out.

The luggage room for you to keep your stuff while your room is not ready doesn't feel so safe. The hotel is really huge, if you're room is far from the entrance you will have to walk a lot, but this is not really a big deal.

The hotel has an excellent location — the best part is that it’s only a 5-minute walk to the dunes to watch the sunset. There are plenty of buses nearby going to the airport or the beach.

The hotel rooms are old and the pool is very small.

I was in January. The big swimming pool was warm, but kids swimming pool was very cold. So the kids were a bit disappointed.

The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. Everything you need is close by. We had no trouble finding a bathing chair in the morning as reservations were not allowedThe kids loved the hotel with the different pools and many activities. The entertainment team was spectacular and keeps the adults and the the young enjoying their timeTheir night shows were well preparedI will definitely cone back

Great location and facilities. Big plus for the very good selection of vegetables and side dishes for the buffets. Staff are very friendly!

Elevators are small. We have two babies, and our twin stroller did not fit in the elevators. It caused us a lot of extra work.The buffets were good, with a great selection, but the meat was often tough. A few times some of the meat was so chewy it was inedible. Fortunately, it was always a variety of alternatives. The signage at the buffet was also often incorrect, which may have been due to the lack of English skills among the staff. Not a big problem, as long as you don't have food allergies.The reception staff could also give more information about the hotel facilities during check in. "The food and everything happens down stairs" was the information given. There was also no information in the room, so we had to discover everything ourselves. After three days we found out that is was a separate pool area for families with children. This is information we would like to have from the beginning.

However, for those looking for a more peaceful holiday, it may not be the best choice.Overall, I would recommend this hotel primarily for families with children who will enjoy the wide range of activities and food options. If you're seeking a quieter stay, it's better to look elsewhere.

Location is great. All inclusive offer was really worth it. food and drinks available 24/7. great selection and good food. Employees were so nice, espcially, Entertainment team - never seen such a nice and welcoming dedicated group.even though travelling with 2 toddlers it was one of the best stays I had so far. both us parents and children were very happy

our bathroom door could almost not be closed. it was swollen wood probably from water consumption from the douche. The noise from the stage is quite strong. trying to go to bed early instead of watching the show downstairs - like we did the first night - could be quite challenging.

The food was just amazing! A great choice of excellent food, every day different thematic. A great hotel for holidays with kids. You always have with what to occupy them.

I had to go 300 meters from Lobby to my room, that is a very long way with luggage and to go to room to pick something up..I did not like the food. I did go out to eat most of the time. Not great but I expected a good food because of the price. Our flight was cancelled last day so we had to go to another hotel and there I did love the food.

The Bedroom was large and comfortable.Food court (buffet) was well kept with good variety of food.

This Hotel is quite dated in appearance. Outside areas badly need maintenance and upgrading.All pools were very coldVery, very family orientated, NOT suitable for Solo travellers.No comfortable evening lounge areas No Adult entertainment

Bathroom don’t have good water outlet, very very limited food options for vegetarians.

We had to find a hotel at short notice as the apartment we were staying in developed a problem and we had to relocate for the last night of our holiday. Chose the hotel as it was affordable and near where we had been staying. Excellent reception team, we arrived at 9.30am and expected to have to wait for a room to become free but the receptionist was able to give us a room immediately (although not the one originally allocated). We really appreciated this, the room was spacious and balcony had a nice view over the gardens and was in a relatively quiet part of the hotel. The food in the buffets was adequate and breakfast had a very good selection. We had all inclusive deal included in the room rate which was a bonus we had'nt expected.

The hotel is looking a little tired, the public areas, corridors etc have a lot of scuff marks on them, however, the cleaning teams are constantly working and the actual cleanliness was good. This is very much a family hotel with a lot of the accent facilities and amusements for children.

The water in the pools wasn’t heated at the first time. After, it was a bit better but not warm enough for early February…

Great location, 2min walk to the Maspalomas Dunes. Great value for the money with all inclusive, a diverse selection of food available every day. Great staff and very helpful. Would definitely recommend, and definitely will return!
