Facilities, cleanliness and location.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also quite pleasant. We especially enjoyed the balcony — it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a few drinks in the sun.

The room cleaning was not thorough, and towels were replaced on a fixed schedule rather than on demand. As a result, some clean towels were unnecessarily changed, while we had to continue using others that were quite dirty.Additionally, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during our entire 10-day stay.

Highly recommended. Best location and staff . Andy at the reception was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area.

Everything was excellent. I had an all inclusive. I particularly liked spa (pool and floatarium) although I could not use sauna as it is nudist. The hotel has also a solarium on the roof with a small jacuzzi. There is also a games room. In addition there are plenty of sun loungers which are comfortable too. Food and cocktails were tasty. Entertainment was pretty good too with live music in the evenings. I liked the big balcony in my room overseeing the ocean. I will definitely come back again.

Sauna I was told was nudist. Hence could use only pools.

At the reception, about the staff, "Angel "was very kind and professional,and abled for problem solving; certainly not when It comes to girls. They should have been more Kinder.But the girl at the SPA , I don' t Remember her name,was very kind, professional, and smiling.

-Hotel Parking not available...sometimes-Booking doesn't specify that considering It's half board, the client cannot choose if have lunch or dinner but pay for the lunch, in our case....

The spa was great, nice and relaxing. The roof top is a nice chill out area a bonus with the heated jacuzzi. Loved the layout of the restaurant so much to choose from lovely and fresh, well presented.

The only fault that I have is the evening entertainment not long enough some acts literally last for 40 minutes and that's it.

Lovely stay in a great location. Food was all tasty and staff were amazing. Made use of the facilities whilst there which could do with some upkeep; the games room was not great. The spa was wonderful however the sauna/plunge pool area is naked only which we went against and were told by a team member to not go in with any clothing on. This was quite uncomfortable for us but worth noting if using facilities here.

My stay was amazing, and the receptionist was incredibly kind. The cleaners were so friendly and happy, and all the staff had such a positive attitude.

When do i start, firstly this hotel is very noisy and loud, restaurant so noisy it reminds you of the weatherspoons back home in UK ??, the food is horrible so bad we started eating out every night, location is OK there bus station nearby which is 2 min walk from hotel, This hotel is full of older people From 55-70 onwards and Lots Gay Men Couples, swimming pool is disappointing, if you hire a car can't parked anywhere as its full all the time, you end parking miles away from hotel, staff can be very rude, the hotel smells like old people home, quite Disappointed hotel save your money find somewhere else, we notice hotel next door was better for same friction of price of this hotel and it was 4* looks lovely, my advice anyone under age of 40 avoid this place, I would rate this 2* hotel

Game room next to SPA area — although it is a little bit dated — our 3 year old enjoyed playing bowling and the "multiball" game (that projected on the wall). Spa is not great if it is the reason for your coming. Not bad but not great. Food is not bad, but not great. Kids playground — actually good, a little bit unsafe for the fingers though (a wooden house with wooden doors and windows) but manageable.

Children bed options are bad. For our 3 y o they provided a baby cot initially that is unsafe to use for the baby of our son's size (which is written on the cot itself in Spanish) and when we complained they first replied that "this is a bed that is for up to 5 year olds". They tried to provide alternative options but they were either an adult bed that is very high or like a beach bed but very big one. We ended up sleeping together on the adult beds, however because they are single beds that are put together — they can move apart, which happened, and our son got in the middle of them, which potentially might be unsafe. We ended up leaving after the first night and moving to a different hotel as this one was not great.It's more a question of All inclusive vs not but charging for Fanta 2.8 for a glass if you are not on all inclusive is not great. Towels and robes for SPA you have to pay for — first leave deposit in cash and then pay for the wash. We did not have any cash and were allowed with our child's towel but it was super uncomfortable situation.There were also some stalls in the evening in the lobby that were selling some "jewellery" and "local made goods" (don't think so) and in general it felt super weird. This hotel is already fully booked and it is not really cheap either for this kind of "monetisation".Food in the bar buffer is not good, although quite cheap

Little bit loud during the night due to the street noises.The wellness are is only open from 10:00 a.m, it is too late because a lot of people like swimming during the morning. Jacuzzi water was ice cold. We could not use these facilities any time.

The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice, especially in the restaurant and pool bar. The food was good, it was tasty and a lot of variation. Excellent breakfast. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, as well as the balcony. The pool was big and the wellness was great. The hotel has a small parking lot.

I found a few hairs in the bathroom and some stains on the extra sheets. The towels were replaced on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. You have to pay for towels for the pool or wellness. And to wash/replace them as well. You have to pay for using the safe. It gets crowded during breakfast and dinner.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were so friendly and efficient. The property was incredibly clean and it's facilities top class. We went all inclusive and we enjoyed the choices and freshness of the food. Our bedroom was lovely and attended to very regularly by housekeeping staff. We also thoroughly enjoyed using the spa facilities each evening. We will definitely be back next year.

Amazing stay!Pretty good location close to everything you need.Wonderful and large room with a beautiful view. Food is fantastic! Congrats to the chef and his/her crew! Animation with Ms Olga is great and funny and the evening shows are spectacular! Congrats for the Flamenco Show and the Animal Show.Spa services are OUTSTANDING and the massage we did was relaxing and gorgeous! Thanks to the lady with the grey hair: she is so good at her job!Clean hotel and room with an extreme attention to all the details. Cleaning services are good and the personnel is capable and kind.Green areas and pools are just WOW. Small parking but good enough. Kind reception staff.The game room is YEAH. DO NOT forget to go up on the last floor: the view from the 8th floor is breathtaking!Fair price.All in all, you all deserve a 10/10!!

Please, change that coffee. That’s far away from our Italian espresso. A hotel of this standing cannot fail on this simple accomplishment. Some more information may be given at the reception during the check in and during the stay. Some receptionist are kind and capable (the new curly-haired girl was well trained, kind and funny)… others seem to be there just to occupy the seat and should smile a little bit more.

Just perfect! The staff, the food, sparkling clean.The hotel is near to all restaurants, the dunes and the beach. Free spa and wellness.Highly recommended! We will back again.

Amazing , clean , great location, friendly helpful staff

Fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean and the staff clean rooms everyday. Excellent selection of food: we travelled with our daughter who is coeliac and there was a great selection for her. Gym was good, games room very handy and the wellness Centre was great. Entertainment in the evening was good and the hotel is in a good location. Would definitely visit again if we go to Gran Canaria.

Hotel is OK. Food wasn’t great, not much entertainment for children compared to other hotels although staff all seem lovely and work hard. I personally wouldn’t go back.
