The hotel overall - a little bit old, specially bathroom in the roomFood - good selection, overall very tasty.

Cold water in every pool, even hot tubs. All inclusive drinks didn't meet our expectations.

Its the second time that we stayed in the hotel, the location was perfect very close to the beach, the hotel had two pools and a bar,and there was animation and singers every night.The room was cleaned regularly and the ladies from cleaning are very nice.The reception lady Zhasmina was wonderful, very friendly and helpful, she gave us many tips for nearby beaches and activities.The staff from the bar near the pool very nice as well and helpful.

The food choice was a little bit less than last year, especially the mains.There were dishes very salty,I think this should be considered especially for people with some medical conditions who can't eat salty meals.The dinner time was also reduced last year was until 2200pm this year until 2130pm, just made things slightly rushed especially in Spanish culture people eat later.

The room does need new furniture and paint but the beds were comfy

Good location, very close to the ocean and a scenic walkway. While hotel parking was 10€ a day, there were free parking spaces available on the street behind the hotel.Plenty of sunbeds and general seating area. We enjoyed having our meals outside and were able to get a table every time. The food was great, plenty to choose from, I especially enjoyed mexican night tacos! While the all inclusive alcohol seemed watered down (as it usually is), we really enjoyed the sangria! ?The property is quite full with greenery, the atmosphere was lovely and there were 2 big pools. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a lovely balcony.

The room was quite outdated, the closet door didn’t function properly and I pinched my fingers several times trying to open it. The bathroom was quite small and the shower curtain was a bit torn. Sound isolation was poor, depending on which side of the hotel your room is located, it’s either traffic or other guests. Was startled awake at 2am by a loud thud somewhere outside our room. Overall this was a small grievance and the good things made up for this.

For an “All Inclusive Hotel”, not good, there was poor snack bar facilities/ food choices. 1 outdoor Bar open during the day. Ongoing repair of Elevators, meant queuing and waiting for elevator to get to your room! Only 2 from 3 Elevators worked . No safe in Room, only a Communal key/Safe Deposit room available at back of Reception, with a cost per day added?

The location is superb, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and always in a good mood. It was very clean and the food was perfect.

Everything was great. Don't listen to the negative reviews!

2 mins walk to beach. Quite location. Lovely setting. Lots of sun loungers. All inclusive options good

Staff not very friendly. Lots of other nationalities and hardly any British so felt as if we were intruders during our stay. Not recommended for the British holiday maker if you want to make a conversation.

Our room balcony did not get any sun but you could pay extra for sea view which would give you this.

The rooms were really clean and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Plenty of sunbeds around the pools with very well-kept gardens. Entertainment every evening and friendly entertainment staff. We were made to feel very welcome.

There was a very varied selection of food available for each meal, however the food could have been a little warmer.

Good food, nice pool area, cleanliness. Close to the beach. Nice plants around the hotel.

Very bad internet, to the point where I had to turn off the wifi. No possibility to adjust the room temperature to personal preference.

The rooms are not renovated. We had the last room available on booking with Mountain View (I will never take this room again), because in December (from 18 till 23 december) was cold, some days raining & the room was really cold too, very windy at the balcony. I switched on the conditioner at maximum & barely I feel a little bit warm but very noisy. The heater / conditioner is not working properly. Probably the other rooms with sea view was very sunny during the day and warmer.

Accommodation fine. Clean and spacious resort. Meal times were busy but food was fine and plentiful.Bar service was good and drink were good.

Very little seating area in the sun. The trees totally shaded the bar area and in the afternoon the pool area also had no sunny areas.The entertainment was fine - if you could see it! People had to remove the limited chairs from the bar area to position them in front of stage - they then left them there annoying the bar staff - unsurprisingly.

Well looked after. Room serviced every day. Good choice of food 12 lunch time check out. Given room to change for late flight home.

Only problem was there wasn’t enough tables for evening drinks outside.

Food was amazing, good variety and tasty.Location very good, just few steps from the beach.Few pools which we really enjoyed.Bar and restaurant staff are very nice.We will definitely repeat.

Wifi does work well in rooms,but if you are in reception lobby you will get a signal.Rooms need renovation.
