    Pros +

    • The food, drinks and the wellness & spa area are really good.
    • Good place to stay with children as long as you are not more than 6 persons together.
    • Breakfast was nice. Facilities overall fine.

    Cons -

    • The beds are right next to the entrance door, and one hears everything. Some guests and room doors are really noisy. You hear everything at any time! This was disturbing during the night.
    • We were 9 people together but we could not sit together at dinner or lunch because there was no table that took more than 6 people at a time. We were not allowed to move tables or chairs around. This is not exactly what you expected at a hotel that advertised as a family friendly hotel.
    • Too many weird rules. For example, if you are a group larger than 4 it's quite difficult to dine together as you are not allowed to move tables or chairs. If you are a group larger than 6 then you can almost forget it.

Location was good, quick to / from the airport.

It’s old, rooms are basic, no tea / coffee facilities in the room. For a family room I wasn’t expecting a double bed to be a sofa pull out.

    6LeePosted on: 4-16-2025

The room was nice with a decent size balcony.

Communal areas way too small, everyone on top of each other in the dining hall, around the pool and in the evening. If you didn’t put your towel down on a sun bed before 8am, you risk not getting a bed. The rooms are not sound proofed.

    7BjörgPosted on: 3-6-2025

Spa was great and the sunbathing facilities

There vere no tea kettel cups and spoons :-( and the towels were changed too infreguently Spa was great but there was no hair salon. Dinner could be better

everything were fine and we were All Inclusive people and we used the facility as much as we could.Spa & Pool & room were very nice and clean but need to update some of parts as they are become old and not very nice

The attituse of canteen manager that caused my hoiliday become unpleasent.once we got some food and one of my family share it with me and my wife One of them staff spied on us and went told the manager and he came front of us told off that we did not expect that and he could have done this situation much better , we did comlplain but still waiting for his appologize

Plenty of different facilities to choose from, friendly staff, nearby shops.

Only one thing I did not like is the time we need to go back home, but we will come back.

Everything was great! Especially the towels, spa area and the stuff - big value! Great variaty of the foods during breakfast and dinner. Nice location in short walking distance to everything.

Would be nice to have some tea pot, coffee and tea in the room or at least on the floor would be nice addition.

The hotel is really clean, staff was mostly nice. Our housekeeper lady was super friendly and the restaurant team also really good.Few grumpy man at the bar in the eveningEvening entertainment was very good, the animation team is great

We had a car, so no big deal but the location is not the best. Only few families, it is designed mostly for retired couples, but we didn’t really mind

Too much security at entrance gate all day

The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite, all of them! receptionists, maintenance service, room cleaning, etc.... The girls of "Pool Bar" are very friendly and funny, they sing and dance, always with South American music, "My love" "Darling" "Hola cariño" they brighten your day ? , they should have a salary increase! My television had to be changed and José Miguel did it in a moment, I had not wait for long! The buffet is wonderful, the same the SPA and pool facilities!

I didn't like the room ? You walk in and the beds are next to the door. It is a dark room, always the light must be on, it is hot at night and sometimes you can hear other customers walking down the hallway since there is a window that overlooks the hallway ?Then there is the bathroom and then the living room next to the balcony. They give too much importance to the living room, why? You're on vacation and go to your room to sleep and clean up and little else. You like waking up with daylight and opening the balcony door if it's hot! It is a mistake! On the other hand the sofa is not comfortable! The same the food hall, the buffet is wonderful but the layout of the room is wrong. The tables are situated in closed spaces, you always are avoiding walls and walking in a straight line until you reach your table, it seems like a maze! They should change it to be more practical!

The Spa is excellent with many choices for relaxation. The room was good, especially having a separate bedroom from the living area.Beautiful pool in the middle of the hotel.

Unfortunately, my only complaint would be the food. It is buffet style and locked, consistent quality. The hot food was quite often cold, but the fresh fruits and vegetables we’re always my best choice.

Large clean bedrooms and plenty of sunbeds available . Free use of spa is plus . Good facilities for kids , ie nice play area , pools . Snack bar great and fantastic burgers . Also they have fresh to order bar ie tapas , Caesar salads etc . All inclusive drinks were okay , only tried beer , wine and G and T , so can’t comment on the rest . Girls around the pool bar were lovejy , smiling , singing and welcoming .

Some tired areas of the property ie cracked tiles around the pool areas and on the room balcony’s too. Some of the staff in the Buffet restaurant were quite rude and unaccomadating at times and the restaurant was chaotic . Sittings might be the way forward here . Overall I had a great stay and would definitely return .

Great spa, nice pool, comfortable rooms

Food poor, hairdryer not working, toilet seat broken, they hung out dirty towels to dry and didn’t put new ones in room, no access to non guests, staff unhelpful.

My room was 248 and I loved it. The cleaner was very friendly. I loved the atmosphere at the pool and the reception staff were very helpful.

    Everything

Cocktails were disgusting but beer was nice and at a great price for half board residents..Waiting for the lift during busy times could take 5 -10minsLights in the corridor shine through the bedroom window but other than that we had a fantastic stay

Lots of stuff to do, not far from the beach, shopping and nightlife.

The toilet paper is too thin, we ended up clogging the toilets multiple times sadly. The entertainment was catered to old people, so as a young couple he thought it was a bit boring. The parasols flew away because some were faulty and became very dangerous! A little disappointing that the smoking zones were so tiny.

The heated kids pool was great, the food was nice good selection for breakfast.

Pools are great. Food, although it's very much oriented to English and German people, has a good variety and it's tasty.

In 7 nights, sheets were never changed although they said that change it every 5 days. If you want an umbrella, be ready to wake up very early, at 6am 2/3 already have a towel and they don't do much about it. Shameful
