The pool area was beautiful and well-designed. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Lunch and dinner were consistently good. The location is amazing.

The room layout felt awkward and outdated. It didn't feel like great value for the price. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the pillows were quite bad.

Amazing hotel with great facility. The staff are very friendly Rooms are big, tidy and cleaning services works pretty well.

Fab pools and comfy sun loungers , staff lovely , rooms great , breakfast great , the food during the day was good my only criticism was the hotel restaurant, overpriced ,over rated all dishes were for sharing my husband and I shared 4 sharing plates at 25€ a plate , not great , but there is plenty of restaurants , just by the supermarket, walk the full length Chief luigi good quality food , just not pretty on the plate .

The hotel and staff are fabulous. The breakfast is served till 12 which is amazing and is very good. The 2 small gyms have everything you need to keep you ticking over. No problem getting sunbeds which is lovely. 5 mins walk to the Yumbo centre. The hotel is so clean….one of the cleaners even cleaned a stain off the back leg of my jeans….i tried to tip her but there was no way she was taking it. So nice I wish had got her name. Small with blond hair ?

Location, right between Yumbo Centre and the beach. Relaxing and quiet hotel.

Lovely staff, chilled vibe and we loved it. A different type of hotel to the others in the area. Many areas to sunbathe - some quiet and others with music. Breakfast was lovely and we would recommend the restaurant attached to the hotel - the best meal we had all holiday. Good location for the Yumbo centre and a short walk to the promenade to reach many other restaurants and bars and the Dunes. We stayed in 3 hotels on our trip and this was our favorite. Highly recommended.

The long swimming pool could be warmer

Great staff, great facilities, amazing breakfast. A really good option that we will choose again.

The room was comfortable, though a little more space in the bathroom to allow a graceful egress would be preferred. The bed was spacious, though the mattress was a little on the soft side. We were spoiled for choice with the breakfast, and the facilities are wonderful.The location is fairly good, with ample amenities around.

My wife thinks that the boiled eggs should have been kept in the hot counter rather than being dolled out with the omelettes, fried eggs, and thus incurring an unnecessary wait time. A small complaint, but one that annoyed her.

Top hotel : the breakfast is superb, the staff are extremely kind and helpful at all times, the rooms are decorated with taste, the location is very good, close to the beach, supermarket next door, etc... Perfection comes at a cost of course, which is why I gave 9 and not 10.

As the hotel was probably fully booked, it was a bit crowded at breakfast but that did not mean there was anything missing, everything was replenished.

On arrival we was greeted by the reception staff, who offered us a glass of prosecco, which we felt was a good start to our holiday and from there on in everything got better. When we got to our room there was a bottle of red wine & a welcome card together with a jar of sweets. Also on valentines day, a bottle of fizz was left in our room.The pool bar & pool were excellent. Towels provided and plenty of beds available. Sax player at the pool was so nice to listen to. Also a dj playing tunes on another afternoon.. Couldn't fault this hotel. The decor and ambiance was lovely. The hotel staff were very pleasant..

Poor use of space in bathroom- shower took up 85% of room and no toilet space . Also light from the sink area flooded into bedroom

The hotel is conveniently located to all the main restaurants and is in close proximity to the yumbo and maspolomas beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved the buffet breakfast.

Two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed.

Everything was great - the room, the service, the reception staff, the facilities, the breakfast, the location. English TV channels.

Very nice Bildung and furniture! Stylish art Deco-themed. Big pools and sunny terraces to relax and unwindnd themselves.

Style and pools

Excellent hotel in every respect and the staff are truly exceptional. The facilities are first rate and the tireless staff ensure their guests are completely satisfied. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and the rooms are expertly designed with practical and thoughtful care & attention to every detail. This attention to detail extends throughout - especially around the pools and on the sun decks - it’s all so comfortable and spacious.

I can’t honestly think of anything I didn’t like.

The breakfast offered was great. The pool areas are very nice. Our room was a good size with a nice back patio that was lovely to sit out and enjoy. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating,

There was a lot of light coming from the front of the room (door, bathroom). We figured out 2 days later to close all the doors, which blocked most of the light.

Nice large room in a friendly hotel close to Yumbo Centre. Great Breakfast.
