Great location and professional staff

Dated property, toilet door wouldn’t close because of years of water damage to the frame.

Good location, loved the large Mediterranean style balcony, it was very clean, great value for money

Kitchen could do with some more utensils , pans & a kettle, as it is a self catering apartment

Big bed and pool

I couldnt sleep much at all. I reckon rooms downstairs or above had the ceiling fan on all night so the sound won’t let me sleep.

Location. Comfortable room everything close

The gentleman who cleans the pool area favoured a lot of german tourists and was most unpleasant. He told us towels cannot go down till 10.30,and gave the signal for his german friends they could place theirs down,after removing ours. Main reason as they were a group of around 16 n we happened to put our towels on a lounger that was at their desired spot everyday. But as for the rest of staff,all good.

Room is from the 50s! Falling to pieces ceiling coming away in bathroom. GrimWife’s room next door was redone , but badly kitchen area already falling apart, shower door not fixed properly and sewage smell all the time. View from terrace was the roof of multiple restaurants and aircon units from the swingers clubs next door ! Not best for families

Location for nightlife and beach great

When trying to stay in room for the extra hours and happy to pay was told to ask on morning of departure to be told no after staff member looked at booking sheet, I could of been told days before when original asked had to wait for a while for keys on two occasions

It’s well located, but too many swing and strip clubs around, we didn’t know that. It’s close to the dunes and have nice bus stops.

Only old people are staying there (70+), the cleaning lady wouldn’t come after we said once that we didn’t need cleaning on that day specifically xD, there was a drunk guy screaming at his wife late in the night.

Nice location and great staff

The beds are horrible, and the rooms that are not renovated are horrible… Do not book this. I thought people in here were sensitive, but guys you cannot sleep in those beds.

Had superior room which was lovely. Staff were able to accommodate request for a lower apartment as they did not like heights. Fantastic location good walking distance to most things.

Not the easiest to communicate with staff. Was in great location but no atmosphere in hotel.

Good location

None of the room photos look anything like the old out dated room we were given. It was very old fashioned, not like the photos on the website. The kitchen utensils were a joke, the tiles were chipped & missing and it was just nothing like the photos that advertised this hotel.

The reception staff were lovely.

The room was in a really bad condition. There was damp in the bathroom and being pregnant this was particularly alarming. The wall was falling off in the sitting room. The safe didn’t work. The lock on the door didn’t work. (Have taken videos of this). The draws in the wardrobe didn’t open. And one of the draws that did fell off in my hand. The shower was broken so was spraying water everywhere. There is no security to the hotel so anyone can walk in and out. The pool area is smaller than how it looks in the images. The cleaner left our balcony door open.

The location was great, staff were friendly and the outside renovation is lovely.

The apartment we had was one of the older rooms and the beds were extremely hard so we did not have a great nights sleep. Hopefully the renovated rooms have better mattresses.

I am disappointed and would never go back to this hotel. The problem started with the fact that we booked through Booking.com. It was impossible to contact/get anything from the hotel management. Our plane was expected to arrive earlier than the allowed check-in time, so I tried to contact the hotel several times and all in vain. Finally after about 8 hours on the road and plane we arrived at 3pm to the reception where we were told our room was not ready. Ok, we left our luggage and waited another hour. When we got our room I was honestly upset. It's not what I saw in the photos when i was booking. It looks more like an emergency room, to be honest. There is no microwave, there is not even a kettle, I had to make tea in a coffee machine. The appearance of the kitchen, the cabinets are hanging, the refrigerator is old, the look of the room is as if I came to my grandmother in the village, and not on vacation. The room is dark, scary. The room is dark, scary. At night I could hear a beeping electrical sound from the lamp. I do not think the air conditioner works for heat, I tried to make it warm but I was cold at night. When I went to the reception and wanted to know what the problem was, I was told that there are renovated and non-renovated rooms, I have exactly that. I tried to find out from them how I could know renovated or not if their photos are all the same? There will be no such photos on their website either. The corridors are terrible, it's all old and I think it's an emergency condition (Lobby is beautiful but far from lobby …) . When we had a plane at 7 pm and asked to stay a couple of hours after 12pm, we were refused. This is really the worst hotel I have ever been to, I don't think they are interested in customers . The location of the hotel is great, you have many buses nearby, shops, the sea is not far away and also the Dunes.

Not satisfied with equipment and furniture.all tatty. Settee to low for comfort, don’t drink coffees
