Home cooked food, excellent service, mostly Italians vacation here, parking, views, they are very accomodating, hotel employee at the pool and hotel employee in the dining room

Make sure you reserve an air conditioned room if this is important to you. Our first night was in a room with no A/C.

The room was clean and perfectly located so I could watch the sunrise every morning and also had a great proximity to the pool.

The bed was a bit more firm than I’d like, but not terrible.

The pool was amazing - the view overlooking the water was beautiful. Great breakfast every morning and the staff were all very friendly. Convenient location - the bus stop was right outside the hotel and you could walk to some shops & restaurants as well.

The view was amazing as was the breakfast. Helpful staff.

The pool hours! Closing the pool at 6pm was so annoying. That's just when you are getting back from a day trip and need a swim.

The view from the window and balcony was incredible, italian breakfast included and fantastic staff.

Great location, beautiful view , on bus line, right out front of the hotel. Friendly staff, comfy bed and wonderful shower. good Wi-fi in hotel and at the pool . swimming pool so warm, could walk to local thermal spas! RELAXING VACATION!

The view from the balcony was amazing, very relaxing environment and helpful and friendly staff! The hotel offers discounts to nearby restaurants and thermal parks. Breakfast was delicious and the overall experience was great!

The shower was a bit small, depending on the room location there is quite the amount of stairs to climb.

Everything was good, helpful stuff, good location bus stop on 20 meters of hotel.

Only thing that we didn't like was that walls are thin and if neighbors are loud you can hear them.

Could do with an upgrade date

We absolutely loved the place. The views from the hotel to the sea were unbelievable beautiful. The pool area was very nice and it was relaxing to spend your day there. Location was good. It was about 30 minute walk from the sea port to the hotel. There was bus stop in front of the hotel and the public transportation was very handy in the island so it was easy to get to the center. Staff were friendly too. Breakfast was good: eggs, fruits, yogurts, bread and sweets.

The hotel is classic Italian with classic Italian customer service and attention to detail. The location could not be more stunning - with panoramic views of the sea- and though basic, the rooms are spotless and comfortable in classic Italian style. The staff are so lovely and I stayed here 3 years ago and couldn’t not come back. Do not be put off by the 1* rating - it does not reflect the stay and experience you have here. 10/10. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel who were so helpful- booking restaurants and taxis everyday for my group as we did not speak Italian. Nothing was too difficult. Thank you

The location and the aesthetic of the building was perfect. Very beautiful and comfortable. The staff were lovely with us!

Our bed was a bit uncomfortable and the lighting of the room was too provocative. The Cross on the wall over the bed was also uncomfortable. The food could be more appetizing, but it wasn’t too bad.

Location and view.

Very poor breakfast, there was no vegetables and just two kinds of fruits, small rooms, not cleaned properly, dirty pool, no cups in the room, the bathroom had ceiling mounted shower head. Would not recommend, and do not visit the island in july and august, you will regret it.

First of all, I want to say that it was my first time in Ischia, and the area where I stayed was very close to the port. The bus stop that goes to the port is right next to the hotel, which was very helpful for when we wanted to go out to the city both during the day and at night. It takes a maximum of 10 minutes to get to the port by bus. The view from the rooms was superb, as you can see in the picture.The staff was very attentive and helped us whenever we needed it.

One thing I think they could improve would be the breakfast and vegetarian options. (More options for them) However, when we asked for something specific they were very nice and brought it to us. (tomatoes in our case)
