Paradise Relais Villa Janto'

The views are unbeatable - just like the pictures!! The food and restaurant are superb. The staff are very helpful and friendly - cannot say enough about them - really go out of their way. We stayed in a triple with our 21 year old son. Plenty of room.

Ants in our room and bathroom. LOTS of ants on night one. They did spray however and it reduced them significantly. We were told they are all over the island. Possibly true. The shower is exceptionally small. Bring your own toilerties.

The property is very pretty, and the breakfast is very nice.

The WiFi hardly works around the pool or common areas. You have to get up and find a WiFi network.Secondly, is it very loud here. The bedroom walls are like paper, you can hear every conversation next door. They also have parties nearby on the weekends and you can hear loud music until 1 or 2amThe young lady at reception was helpful, but the other female staff are quite rude.

The views were stunning and the breakfast was terrific!

The room could have used a light blanket.

Amazing views!!! The staff was incredible. They went above and beyond to help with everything. Rooms are a bit outdated but again, the views and incredible service make up for it all. I definitely want to come back and stay more!!

Rooms could use a refurbishment. Mainly bathrooms.

Very clean, the staff (family) were very accommodating. The complimentary shuttle to specific areas of the island was helpful but also a bus stop a minute walk from the hotel. And also the view from the hotel dining area, pool deck and rooftop was just perfect. Must stay here. Will return when back in Ischia for sure.

This hotel is amazing, we had the BEST time, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the shuttle service in and out of town is perfect- if the shuttle can't take you where you want to go the local bus is cheap, easy to navigate and stops right next to the hotel. The views are everything.

Very difficult to get around island , very remote. Was unable to get spa services at the spa or associatedHotel because therapist was not working that day . Beds were fair .

The staff and the view were amazing. You could use the pools and spas of the partner hotel. The location of the hotel was amazing.

The beds and rooms could use a little upgrade.

Super nice staff, breakfast and restaurant as well as the drinks are excellent.The rooftop is also nice but I guess more in use in season.

The accommodation itself is lovely, the restaurant on-site has beautiful views overlooking the water. Its about 15 min walk into town (although quite steep, but this was fine for us). Great indoor and outdoor pool, really lovely staff available if you need anything

The wifi in the room is awful but works okay in the common areas. The food at the restaurant is very seafood heavy, not a criticism (to be expected on an Island) just a heads up.

Great rooftop, best sunset view ever! Breakfast is excellent, and you can use the partner hotel thermal pools, which was an added bonus.

You are far from the center so bring what you need. But totally worth it though!

This hotel is all about the views which are simply stunning.The breakfast is amazing and everything is homemade and delicious and was a highlight eating on the terrace and enjoying the beautiful view.The staff who serve the breakfast are really kind and helpful as is Angelo who does virtually everything around the hotel and always has a smile for everyone.We also liked being away from the hustle and bustle of busier areas.

Some parts of the hotel are a little tired but we were there towards the end of the season.We had a seaview room with balcony but part of the view was obscured when sitting because of all the shrubbery in front of it.

It’s a shame we couldn’t use the pool - a recent storm had turned it green. We used pool facilities at another hotel down the road. Pool was main reason we booked , so disappointed we missed out. Staff said pool was safe to use but it was stagnant green - no guests used in the 5 days we stayed

This property is absolutely beautiful! It definitely offers one of the best views on the island. I loved the great atmosphere in the hotel and the staff, especially at the reception, was super friendly and helpful. They helped us get a taxi from the port and helped with scooter rental. It was very easy to communicate and to book everything. The room was quite small, but we spent most of the time exploring and sunbathing at the pool anyway, to it was not a problem. For those who love taking Instagram pics - this is a hotel for you! This place offers so many cute corners for your pictures. I took hundreds :) Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!!!

Staff, view, breakfast and shuttle service is great.

We have not enjoyed the room and bathroom, really old style, shower was broken and floor super slippery.

Common spaces, breaksfast, food in general, the view of the gulf, the people.

I got a room that was different from the pictures. I would have preferred to see the pictures of all the rooms of the type I was choosing.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and it is a bit far from things although the staff really offer all kinds of service for this like a free shuttle. But it is a bit restrictive
