Valentin Grand Park Suite Hotel

The drinks were delicious. Service was fantastic. There was a lot of variety at the buffet, although after about 3 days we were wanting something from outside the hotel. For us the all inclusive package was “worth it”. The pool was great and we found it easy to find chairs. Close to the beach, but be sure to arrive to the beach very early if you want to utilize the rentable chairs.

As others mentioned, the room was very outdated (but we found it to be very clean). Even just a simple coat of paint, changing out the sofa beds and painting the headboards would make a drastic difference.

Property is located in the heart of Pagueraalthough I would find it difficult to move around the island from there without a car. There is a very good beach 8 min walk from hotel. Getting there with public transportation was easy altho it took 1-1.5 hours.My friend had a birthday to which they sent complimentary note with warm wishes and champagne.

Furniture is outdated, fridge inside the suite was very stinky, tv didnt work. We tried to rent a car at the reception but Joan did everything instead of helping us. in the end of the conversation when I told him whatever he was offering wouldnt work, his only answer was 'Perfect!'.

We visited this hotel in Mallorca for a fall getaway in October with the strickt budget — my friend, her mom, and a child. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s spacious grounds, beautiful greenery, and the variety of pools available, including a heated pool. This is a rare find for hotels in Mallorca, and we really appreciated it. The hotel had excellent infrastructure. In the evenings, there was a kids’ shows where children could engage and play, and even sing — the animation was fun and engaging. The food was another highlight. There was a wide selection of dishes, all freshly prepared. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Anytime we had a question, we always got a prompt and kind response. Everyone worked hard to make sure guests felt welcome. The friendly atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the option for Half-Board Plus. For just some euros per person per day, drinks were included, which was a fantastic deal. We were looking for a budget-friendly hotel for three people, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The value for money was outstanding. We left very satisfied and would highly recommend it!

Of course, when staying at this hotel you need to understand that you are not booking a 5 star hotel and not paying 500-700 euros per night. This is a budget friendly, good quality hotel — but still a budget option. You won’t be served freshly imported Norwegian salmon, the ripest avocados, or sushi of Nobu quality here. Naturally, that’s not to be expected. The rooms are a bit worn and quite simple. Some parts of the hotel show signs of aging and may not look brand new. However, for the price the hotel charges, I think there's no reason to be surprised. It's better to accept the situation as it is and focus on the positive aspects.

The Hotel is old and needs updating, rooms are small , overrun with Germans , not very friendly!

It can be windy in October

This is a well maintained property and looks well despite some of the decor is showing its age. The entertainment was varied and suited all tastes. Food was well presented and varied and tasty. The hotel is about 500 meters uphill but located in pleasant grounds. Staff in dining area efficient and friendly. Well done.

Rooms are rather small and sound proofing should be better. Some of the reception staff in particular the male staff could improve on their customer service skills. Dining room buffet somewhat crowded at times leading to queues having to be formed in availing of food and drinks.

Apartment 155 is a disaster zone. Stinky as if it was a room for smokers, more stinky bathroom with broken light fitting and some tiles, pedal bin that falls over when pushing the pedal, shower that switches back to bath tap when attempting to adjust water flow to a bearable level. After a very negative first impression, on the 2nd morning we discovered ants in the bedroom and very itchy insect bites on our girl who slept on the sofa, suspected bed bugs. Without a fuss we have been offered a replacement room 158 which was better

I liked the location. It was a nice quiet 10 minute walk to the beach. I like that they have various swimming pools catered for different age groups. Very clean and the staff were always helpful and very attentive and pleasant. I would definitely come here again and we came with our children who enjoyed it and felt very safe there too.

There is nothing Spanish in the food. Made for German taste. Air conditioning was pretty bad in my room. The shuttle we booked through a third party company never showed up.

There are 4 pools and one special for kids, we appreciate there were always a free sunbeds, breakfast and dinners amazing, disco for kids, kids activitiee, yoga and workout for adults, perfect!!

The pools and kids club were fantastic. The food was really very good and great value. The drinks were cheap and the hotel is well run.

The half board rooms were dated. The staff seemed to cater more for the German visitors and assumed that we were German and some didn't speak much English.

Location is good, near beach and shops. Staff were amazing, doing everything to make the stay enjoyable. Unfortunately weather was not good, so we couldn't use the outdoor pools. Kids club is great, great activities for small kids, also the gardens around the hotel are lovely. Bus service is good, 11A bus is running every 30- 40 min. from airport to paguera, bus stop is just few minutes walk from hotel. Much cheaper than taxi, we paid 6.50 each way , taxi is 40- 50 euro.

No satellite TV in the room, no duvets in the room. We were frozen, as the weather was bad, had no heating or duvets in the room.

Great value for money! We liked the infrastructure a lot, we had half board option - the meal was delicious, big choice. Even pool towels were there. A lot of activities for kids and adults (sports, dancing, etc.). If you rent a car there is a free parking next to the hotel.

Location is not perfect, but the territory of the hotel is great!
