Rooms slightly dated, you could hear through the vents and smell smoke.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We came back after our 2023 visit for the great service, and once again everything was excellent – attentive staff, tasty food, quick and caring waiters, and spotless rooms. The only minor issues were the sound insulation, the lack of small pillows, and a slightly dark shower. Overall, a perfect experience – we look forward to coming back!

Due to the ages of building, the sounds isolation is not so good between rooms - can hear neighbor talking on the phone and their phone alarms in the morning :(

The pool and the breakfast was nice and convenient to have. The staff was very friendly and it was nice that they were able to call taxis so the wait wasn’t long.

The resort is adults only but there were many teenagers there. I don’t feel like the property was very special, kind of basic.

- The staff is welcoming and always willing to assist.- The location is great in Peguera, close to a beach, close to a bus station (A11) that goes to the airport, close to many useful shops and restaurants.- There's plenty of choices when it comes to the food in the restaurant! I personally preferred the taste of the foods cooked live in the room.- There are activities and animations everyday (yoga, aquagym, music performance or other shows, etc.), so you cannot be bored!- The pool is clean and the facilities nice- The room is very clean and well arranged (stayed in room with pool view)Overall, it's a great place to stay.

- Although drinks are not part of the "half-board" booking, I would recommend offering at least simple water for free- If rooms (facing the pool) were sound-proof, it would accommodate guests who want to rest while there are shows on the stage or aquagym in the pool.- Wifi worked well but it would be best to protect it with a password for security reasons- It would be good to add coffee or tea bags to the water boiler (kettle) that is left in the room with 2 mugs

- We opted for the half-board plan, and the meals were quite good, with a nice variety each day. - The staff was excellent, and the cleaning service was outstanding! - A special mention goes to the hotel’s parking, despite visiting during peak season (end of July), we always managed to find a spot, even late at night.

- The rooms are somewhat dated, but that wasn’t a major concern for us. - Initially, they assigned us a fixed table number for dinner, which wasn’t ideal, but they accommodated our request to change it.

We had a late flight coming into Mallorca and got to the hotel after midnight. And the staff was willing to still feed us so we didn't go hungry. All of the staff made it feel like my wife and I were at home. Absolutely incredible experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone

We love that area of Mallorca. The hotel is very spacious and inviting.

The only thing which was uncomfortable was adjusting the heat in our room. In mid-November in Palma, there is no reason to heat the rooms but we could not control it. So the radiator was always on, making it difficult to sleep without keeping the window open.

We really liked the location. The Staff was friendly and the Food was good!

They Safe is not included, you need to pay Money to us the Safe in your Room. I dont think so that this should be in 2023.

Very good food buffet (Breakfast and Dinner) and pleasant staff. Great starting location for bike trips, RideMallorca bike rental (150m) can be highly recommended.

The double bed were two separate beds not fixed together and constantly moving from each other.

This hotel was amazing- comfortable, clean, affordable and peaceful, but also very close to shops, restraurants, and 2 minutes walk from the beach. We really enjoyed the evening entertainment, the atmospher was lovely and cheerful. The staff were very friendly and kind, and went out if their way to help with our requests. The breakfast was out of this world, I've never seen so much choice!

The indoor jacuzzi is cold so we could not use it. We had to pay for the sauna and steam room.

Upon arrival at the front of the hotel, even before getting through the front door, we walked through a very pleasant outdoor area filled with greenery, palm trees and a stone fountain. The lobby was slick, clean and accessible, with friendly and helpful reception staff, offering a welcome glass of Cava upon arrival. A fantastic first impression!Making our way to the room, it was easy to see that the hotel is well looked after, again with corridors and communal areas being cared for and cleaned to a high standard. There is a lift to all floors, although it was perhaps a little on the cosy side if carrying more than 4 people.Upon entering the room we were very pleased with the size, along with the wonderfully large bed! Furnishings were typical of most Spanish hotels, being wooden with a rustic charm. Some may find it a little dated perhaps, but personally we wouldn't have it any other way. TV and mini fridge, as well as tea / coffee making facilities were also present. Bathroom was clean and spacious, with a very large mirror, basically everything it needed to be. We had a very large balcony as well, with a small washing line, 2 chairs and a mini patio table. The room served us well for the week and was a lovely place to come home to. Just to add, our friend booked a sea view room on the 11th floor. The room was just as good, perhaps a little smaller, but the view was breath-taking!Next up is the catering. Again, large clean dining room with the option for alfresco if preferred. The food selection was vast and for many would be mouth-watering on a daily basis, as well as vegan and vegetarian options available at both breakfast and dinner. Evening meal drinks needed to be paid for separately, but a selection of hot drinks and juices were available at no charge for breakfast.Pool was large and exposed to the sun, as well as having plenty of shade if required, including a lovely outdoor terrace and tiki bar.

The only negative point on the whole hotel, for anyone with specific dietary requirements then you can seek assistance if needed, but food labelling wasn't perhaps as present as it should be, although this has been the case in pretty much every hotel I've stayed in Spain, so if it's the standard overall then it's not falling short of the mark locally.

I want to thank all the stuff and the hotel itself for the beautiful holiday and all the hospitality that we experienced during our stay. Everything was perfect from the beginning, the room was very clean and equiped with everything we needed. And not only the room, every corner of the hotel was always surprisingly clean. Stuff at the reception desk is very kind and helpful, they were there for us for everything we needed. The same applies to stuff in the restaurant and to all the other employees of the hotel!In the restaurant each night we were surprised with all the delicious and various dishes that were included in the buffet. Every night they prepared dishes from another cuisine besides the standard meals that characterize this area (Asian food, Italian, Gala night etc.). If someone truly wants to experince local cuisine and in the same time to taste very delicious international dishes, dinner in the hotel is the best option for that. After the dinner hotel always organized some kind of entertainment or show (live music, Flamenco night...) for the guests.The hotel is located in a peaceful and beautiful town Paguera. Hotel is near the main boulevard of the town, with a lot of cute touristy shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed every time we went on a walk. Small paths lead from the boulevard directly to the beach and a nice walking area next to it. Hotel is placed in a quiet area but very near to the boulevard and the beach.For us it’s the most important how beautiful the beach near the hotel is, and beach in Paguera was one of the prettiest we’ve been to. After all of these positive things, we can only say that the beach was one of our favourite parts during the stay. It is very clean, sand is beautiful, and water is simply magical. Water is very shallow and people can enjoy in playing in water as well as in swimming.We can only recommend everyone to visit this beautiful place and to stay in the beautiful Valentine Reina hotel!

The time we have spent there was great, we would like to do it every year now. I love Mallorca ❤️ really good foods and great personal
