They upgraded me for free and had a lovely welcome drink and bali bed and breakfast was included.

The pool closes quite early at 6pm when it's still hot.

Fantastic buffet at breakfast and dinner. Massive choice of quality food for even the fussiest of guests.Themed dinner on several nights gave a flavour of different countries.Room was modern with balcony, kettle and fridge.quality soap and shower gel. Also modern bathroom.

Could not fault anything about my stay, the hotel or the fantastic staff.

The lobby is very clean, modern and vibrant. The restaurant food is good. The bedding and towel quality is also fine.

We didn’t request daily cleaning or fresh towels, only every other day. However, the floor was never vacuumed or mopped. The room is on the smaller side, but it matches the photos, so we can’t really complain.The biggest issue was the air conditioning — it didn’t work at all. After showering, the room became very humid with no ventilation option. Additionally, water would leak out of the shower due to the poor design around the door hinges and floor.

The room they first offered us was not exactly like the pictures, where the toilet and bathroom were separated from the room by glass walls. Instead they gave us a room where the toilet and bathroom were inside the room just separated by a tall curtain. Not happy with the curtain-toilet, we asked for walls and were first offered a "gold" room for 40€ per day extra cost. Then we showed the reception staff the rooms that we had pictures of on booking.com and a gentleman, that seemed to be senior staff, arranged us a room with a glasswall-toilet without any extra cost. The room did end up being exactly like the pictures.

We did enjoy our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the design of the hotel also nice and also the location was good.

We did not really like the dinner buffet very much, breakfast was ok. We are both vegetarians and especially then it was tricky to find good options that were well seasoned.

There was always an excellent variety of food at breakfast and dinner. Dining room had plenty of tables and was bright clean and well decorated. There was a different theme for dinner each night, favourite was Chinese and Japanese night. Food was hot plentiful and well presented.All of the staff were friendly and efficient.

We had a Golden suite which was good BUT I did not like1. No doors from bedroom to lounge area. So if I was awake earlier than my husband I could not put tv on.2. No door to bathroom so no privacy3. Frosted glass toilet cubicle ?

Great but the terrible bathroom overshadowed the stay.

The bathroom was a glass box in the room. No privacy and completely uncomfortable.

Lights with sensors didn't work properly, cleaning wagons were noisy in the morning, cleaning could have been done more thoroughly, bed was noisy

Beautiful, clean, newly renovated modern hotel. Really kind friendly staff, great entertainment.

Impossible to get a sunbed. Some people were getting up at 4am to put out there towels, we ended up going to beach most days.

The room could be cleaned better. ( Floor left dirty, when didn't leave a tips).There was ants on a floor.Couldn't set up a AirCon speed. was blowing max all nights. Swimming pool quite small

Rooms were spotless and well equipped with everything you could need. Breakfast was a very good selection, fresh, and additional bonus of Champaign/Cava. Loads of room in the restaurant and option to eat outside. Evening meal was a little more limited and uninteresting selection (with regards to meats), but still fresh and plenty of it. Free lunch and entertainment around the pool on one of the days, this was a nice surprise. Evening entertainment (singers) most days if you wanted to stay local, the ones we stayed to see were good. Pool areas also spotless and modern with a nice bar and good food.

Not much not to like about this hotel. One thing to mention, but this is more about other guest's than the hotel. Towels placed on loungers from 7:30 and most taken by 9:30. Lifeguard was good at monitoring those not attended for an hour or more. But still very irritating when options are limited due to other guests being selfish. Also, if your on a late flight and need a shower, the shower area in the sauna is like being in the sauna its so hot, and not private with no doors.

I liked the breakfast and the place where breakfast is served. The whole hotel is very well decorated. I loved that. The swimming pool was lovely, the tower service very useful, and the welcome drink so good and unexpected. If you call reception they respond immediately and are very helpful.

There isn’t coffee or tea bags in the room accompanying the kettle - which was surprising. Slippers are not offered. I stayed in a single roomwith a single bed. I think single rooms should only feature double beds. I think there was a double bed option but much more expensive for one person. The table tennis table is a bit further away and in the sun which is a bit inconvenient. The music shows should feature the latest hits to appeal to younger people and get them to dance.

Breakfast was good, drinks were very reasonably priced, bed was super comfy
