The beach

Very poor air conditioning and the food was horrible. Restaurants were never open either. All guests were 55+ and German.

The central location and clean & comfortable room, breakfast with not much choices. Quiet and warm pool area with direct access to the beach

Every meet food was based on pork meet and no chicken/turkey or beef choice was available at the dinner.

The room was a junior suite but with 2 small beds. And old fashioned. Needs a refresh.

Loved the hotel and the location

Bought room with sea view, got view on palm. Moldy smell in bathroom, so they moved us in different room, which was the smallest room I’ve been in. Tiny windows, horrible experience. Also we can’t have breakfast outside, they don’t have enought tables.

The curtains in the room were difficult to close and openThe shower leaked and caused a puddle of water on the bathroom floor. We placed towels on the floor to help. There should be an app for guests to see their ongoing balance for their spending, it was difficult to see what was on the staff hand held device when signing.The fridge was not secure in the room furniture and moved when opening.

This was a great hotel. The staff were very helpful, including on check-in. We were shown to our room which was exactly as described with a great sea view. Breakfast was of high quality and variety. There was a variety of choices for meals on-site. We particularly liked the tapas restaurant. The hotel was very convenient for the rest of the resort and the beachfront walkway. The daily room servicing was really good, and the rooms were well equipped and supplies with plenty of refreshments and and bottled water. There was a wide variety of local restaurants and bars.

The bed was not the most comfortable. However we were supplied with feather pillows which helped a lot. The fitness room was well equipped but rather small, and when I was there not well air conditioned. We were rather concerned at a dog being allowed into the breakfast room.

Dirty brown water from tap and to flush toilet , room had a musty smell

Free upgrade and view from room was sensational; finally a room with a properly separate bathroom FANTASTIC; included dinner option is great

The staff were excellent, room was superb and hotel facilities were very good.

The fitness room (gym) was very limited and could be significantly improved.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The facilities are gorgeous with a calm and relaxing ambiance. Despite being next to a crowded beach and next to a walkway, the only sound you could hear was the sound of the waves. The staff is super welcoming and nice, with a special thanks to Maribel and Toni, at the front desk, for their kindness.

Cannot speak from experience, as ours was not in that part of the hotel, but I guess the guests in the rooms above the piano bar terrace, are quite exposed to the sound of the entertainers in the evening.

Superb spread with lots of options. There can be few more options for vegetarians

The bathrooms can be bit more spacious they are too cramped up.

We liked the location and the ease with which we were able to do all the things we planned. The hotel is really beautiful and the staff were so helpful. The food was better than we could have imagined and the service was first class.

Gorgeous beachfront location, room was lovely. Hotel put on a free boat trip one evening which was fabulous and better than the one I had paid for earlier in the week.

Paid for preferred and not sure it was really value for money. Room was further from the centre of the hotel so was a bit of a trek up and down different staircases to get to. Separate breakfast area for preferred that was again further away but the same as the normal area.

The garden is awesome - the location is perfect - the bar is nice as well

Too expensive for drinks and parking (40eur a day) the staff is not friendly - at the reception not helpful- in the morning nobody helped with the luggage. Too many chairs around the pool - looks cheap! The bathroom is very small and food was cold at the buffet

The location and the property were fantastic. The staff was kind and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. SPA facilities are top-notch!

The bathroom was not as clean as I expected - the water from the taps was yellow/brown. When I complained about this to the front desk, no action was taken to put me in a different room or fix the issue. The bathroom smelt very strongly of Chlorine.

location and grounds were excellent.Choice and quality of food always good.Cleaners were very good and room always cleaned well.

preferred club suite had a great location however furnishings dated and tired.The hotel needs refurbishment to gain 5star status including air conditioning

Beautiful hotel, we were upgraded to the presidential suite free of charge which was extremely lovely

The surrounding town was not as nice as the hotel but the hotel itself was gorgeous and fo August the beach wasn't too busy
