Food is alright, lots of choices, facilities in general clean

My room had a bathroom without a door, and it stank at times :/ There was no hanger for any towels. How can you not install a hook somewhere, weird. Waiters in restaurants were hit or miss, sometimes very rude. Also, no free water at dinner and you cannot have any hot drink even if you pay for it! So no tea at dinner!Location was alright. Nearby beach had too much seaweed.I don't think it deserves an 8.4 rating.

- all people in the hotel were super nice and helpful. In the dining hall, they were so professional, friendly. They provided traditional cuisine that let us tasted the different local food.- Room was very nice, clean and bright.- Approximately 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops.

- water pressure was not a bit low but was acceptable.- need to find a car park in the street.

Cycling break. Very friendly staff, great facilities. Good food. Well above usual 3 star hotels.

Super clean, comfortable rooms, gorgeous pool, super friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast was fantastic, plenty of gluten free options, amazing range of fruits, nuts, seeds, yoghurts, cooked breakfast and cheeses etc. Would 100% recommend and return! Thank you to all the staff ?

A very nice clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Free parking near hotel (sometimes quite hard to find a spot, but we always managed). Great food!

The hotel is not in the palma city center but it wasn't a huge issue for us. We walked about 2 minutes to bus stop nearby and take bus 102 to palma city center ( about 45 minutes journey). For those who consider staying in this hotel but worry of the travelling time of public transport, consider about renting a private car here:) we read reviews and heard about the good feedback of food provided by this hotel. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the half broad( breakfast and dinner ) of Hote Torá. The breakfast menu is quite similar daily but is good and full of variety. I have no complain . Dinner at Hote Tora has been the daily highlight of our trip. The menu is not repeated, lot of variety and is a good chance for foreign travellers like us to try different unique style of cooking with the local ingredients. We both felt it is so worthy to go for the half board and at the same time we still able to try tapas outside as our lunch. Special thanks to team members of Hotel Tora in the dining halls. They are so professional, friendly and polite. The dining area is so clean and has been kept up to the standard! I personally really admired at the manager of this Hotel Tora who greeted us during check in and I can see she is doing her job with passion and leadership.

It was excellent

The food was very good, staff super nice and helpful.We felt very welcome.Beach was 2 mins walk and was very clean and nice. there was a little playground 1 minute away from the hotel for our little one.

Maybe the painting on the wall was a bit dated, but the beds, bathroom was newly refurbished and had a good vibe

Close to beach and bus stop. Easy to reach airport with only one bus. Clean and beautiful room.

There was a problem with the key of the room and they couldn’t solve it in 2 days.

good location . Mostly friendly staff ( except one!) . good breakfast

lack of air conditioning for first 3 nights . extremely hot. slept with window open then then 1 mosquito came in , dogs barking and could smell cigarette smoke and still hot . After much complaining , it was turned on for our last 2 nights which was a relief and finally got a decent night's sleep . I always book hotel with air con for this reason, so was very disappointed when it was not working ( switched on) , resulting in poor sleep for 3 nights

The staff members were very friendly and always ready to assist us! ☺️ They were happy for us to borrow their adaptor for a few hours until we could go to town to buy one. Additionally, we could borrow an umbrella and return it before our checkout, which it was so convenient! We have requested if it was possible to help us find a local taxi that would take us to the airport as our flight was very early in the morning, and they arrange everything and confirmed that in advance!

Comfortable room with good mattress and black-out curtains. Excellent location close to everything (but in a quiet street). The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. (Big shout out to the night porter and to the lady who cooked our breakfast!).Talking about breakfast: this was without doubt a winner. Cooked to order. Fresh. Delicious and an impressive range of nuts, seeds, dried fruits, yoghurts and cereals). Pool temperature just right. Couldn't fault it!

Denis welcomed us very friendly at reception.They solved our problems quickly.It's a really nicely decorated hotel.

We always felt stressed when we ate.Breakfast lasts until 10:30 a.m., but at 10 a.m. you feel like you have to leave and at 10:30 a.m. sharp the lights are turned off. So you are literally thrown out.The same with dinner, which officially lasts until 9 p.m., but at 8:25 p.m. you already have the feeling that they want to put everything together.This isn't a nice atmosphere.

The location was amazing walk 5 min to catch the bus for the city, 5 minutes from the beach, the restaurants around are really good I've tried all of them ahahah

I just didn't had opportunity to try the food from the hotel however next time I will 100%
