Hotel Creta Paguera

Juan, the owner, was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and quiet.

* room cleanliness* staff was polite and helpful; they pointed out that I payed the tourist tax twice so they refunded me* very close location to the beach* breakfast OK: tomatoes/cucumbers/omlette/bread/fruit salad and other basics* close location to bus stop

* pillows seemed slightly too soft for my taste

Location is perfect, close to everything. The room was comfortable, clean and had a balcony with an ocean view. There is an attached restaurant, which was convenient and the food was good.

The service at the restaurant wasn’t the best, seems like we’re just learning how to run a restaurant. I’m sure it will get better with time.

We were really happy with our stay at the hotel. We arrived late around 12AM and one of the hosts was there to help us into our rooms. He also helped us find a great parking spot close to the hotel.I'm really happy we chose this hotel, as it is truly one of the finest hotels we've stayed at. Further in the trip, we stayed at a five star hotel, but Creta Peguera really stole our hearts with its incredible rooms, service and location.The room is very spacious, and on the busy street, but the rooms are very silent, thanks to the triple glazed windows. I would stay here without a doubt, every time I return to Mallorca.Thanks a bunch, Juan and Michael.

Fantastic location, Juan couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. Breakfast in Hawai excellent, as were the two girls who served us every day. Abundance of top quality restaurants within a 5 minute walk. A little gem of a hotel

Very little to dislike. A pool would have been lovely, but with the beach so close we didn't even miss having one.

We were warmly welcomed by Qui, who greeted us in a wonderfully friendly manner. The hotel is newly renovated with high-quality interiors and soundproof windows. Comfy beds and room super clean. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a partial sea view. The hotel is well located, right on the bus route from the airport and Palma, with many restaurants and shops nearby. It's just a stone's throw from the beach, where we enjoyed our time. The breakfast was fantastic, and we had great coffee and fresh orange juice at Café Hawaii. This small hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a great experience!

We liked everything and stayed two nights.

The hotel offer a wonderful view to the sea. The room was clean and gave me a sense of peace. The owner impressed me because he helped me to fix my phone, I’m grateful.The breakfast was incredible, I ate a very delicious fruit salad, the juice made feel good every time I drank it and the best coffee ever is here, at this hotel, in PagueraMe and my friend was very impressed by the services and we like to come again.Thank you for everything!!!

Modern and clean, with great breakfast option, very friendly and always available staff, great communication at all times. Very close to the beach.

Very friendly and customer oriented staff, comfortable bed, balcony, air conditioning and everything you need. Located in the center, the bus is 30 meters away. Nice breakfast also.

The cleaning staff woke me up at 9 a.m. because i forgot to put a paper on the door....

The hotel was very clean, with comfortable beds and everything that you would need. It was in a great location and we had a lovely view of the sea. Even though it was on a road with bars and restaurants it had sound proofed doors to the balcony and was absolutely silent every night! Juan and everyone at the hotel/restaurant were so accommodating and quick to respond to all of our questions. The breakfast we had included every morning was also great. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing break! It was also so close to the beach - which was really beautiful!

The hotel is extremely close to the seaside and in the center of Paguera. The staff of the hotel is very nice and helpful for all your needs! Very much recommend

Clean and perfect location, next to the beach. We had a car because we have visited Sent multiple places over the island, but this place is easy reachable by public transport from the airport. We have enjoyed the breakfast at the cafeteria, next to the hotel.

În the morning there is noise on the main street, but the rooms have sound proof windows. There efficient A/C.

Very clean. Great location. Comfortable bed, sheets, pillows. Good breakfast in their restaurant. We did it on our own, not pd through hotel.

No parking. The free lot is a 10 minute walk.

The bus stop was 1 minute away, the city center of Palma and the airport are easily accessible by bus. The beach was 1 minute away, the balcony looked out onto the street, where restaurants, bazaar, everything was close to the hotel. The noise from the street was not disturbing. There are beautiful beaches and coves within walking distance. The room was beautiful and clean, with a turquoise color scheme. The receptionist was very nice and gave us all the information we needed.

Everything was 100% perfect. The Hotel was clean and tidy, the communication was excellent with the owner of the apartment and he was super kind and helpful with all we needed. Also helped us organising transfers - nr1 service. We were very impressed. :)

LOVED the location within Peguera. The beach was across the street and so was the bus stop (including the airport bus) and the convenience store, chemist stores, souvenir stores and some great bars with a brilliant vibe (special mention to Bei Hermine and Rendezvous). We booked a double room which was clean, with a usable balcony. The room was adequate in size, and had amenities including a fridge, hairdryer and a locker (which we didnt manage to figure out how to use). We did not try their breakfast place (Cafe called Hawaii) but only because there were so many nice options near the beach close by. Would highly recommend. Great value for money and a very pleasant experience. Felt like a home away from home due to the very friendly owner who was also the receptionist. We had arrived quite late and he was super nice to us, checked us in very smoothly, later the same night we showed up to ask him for water and he provided us a free large bottle of water which we thought was super kind. Would definitely not hesitate to book here again.
