LA CONCHA SOUL BOUTIQUE HOTEL

The staff here are lovely we were greeted with a warm welcome.The pool area is gorgeous. Breakfast looked amazing and we wished we had had it now. It is away from the hustle & bustle of the town but close enough to walk.

Our room smelt really badly of bleach or some thing and we couldn't get rid of the smell. We went at the end of the season and I think it was ready for a refresh.

Everything was top class breakfast buffet in the mornings was amazing fresh and of the highest quality and plenty of choice. In the evening the food once again was first class as good as any restaurant you would find on the island. The staff were remarkable and helpful always with a smile. If your looking for a great hotel with fantastic food this is the place to stay ?

The room was very small for 2 adults and a baby . The shower was terrible , temperature very variable and pressure usually very low. We would have eaten breakfast at the hotel but 8am is very late and dinner also too late at 7pm. Not good parking either . Very poor lighting in the room too and not good heating despite low temperature.

Nice warm and friendly welcome on arrival and staff were very friendly throughout the time of my stay. Location is a short walking distance from the main street and beach. Lots of fantastic walks nearby too. Hotel is largely quiet and the bar closes at a reasonable hour so even when the restaurant/bar is busy it is not disturbing. I stayed in off season so outside area/pool was not in use (weather and temperature didn't allow anyway!) Would stay here again and would recommend to others - great value for money.

Good location and comfy beds. The coffee from the breakfast machine was lovely.

There was a noise in our room all night that sounded like a motor. It may have been the air con from downstairs but it kept us awake.The hotel is old and worn. Some things have been renewed but the fittings are old and show damp.The breakfast was ok but the scrambled eggs were awful, seemed like they were made from powdered eggs.

The toaster at breakfast needs replacing with a proper hotel one and not a household one, i set it on fire when my bread jammed.

The shower seemed to pulse hot and cold, no matter what I tried.

Single room is quite small and has a tiny bathroom. But a nice balcony! The stuff is absolutely amazing and very friendly. Super delicious breakfast!!!

Nice hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. Main street, beach and the bus stop is about few minutes walking.

The room is a bit small and you can here everything from the next door.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast buffet was amazing with many options, the room was clean,comfy and modern and hotel’s location 5 min. from the main shopping street and three beaches. Highly recommended!

All Rooms are Band- or Singerthemed. The Music at the Pool is very pleasant, from Jazz in the Morning to Soul and Funk in the Afternoon and evening. The Beds are Not soft and very comfy. I had a 3 Night Stay and it was Perfect. The Bus is 5 mins away and you can Walk to Cala Fornells in about 40 mins. What i also liked is that they Are Environmental friendly.

This hotel has a really warm welcoming vibe, it’s like being made to feel at home, the staff are fantastic, they talk with you and make you feel really welcome. The pool area is fabulous and clean and the beds are clean and comfy with nice music on it really is such a lovely atmosphere. You can tell the staff behind the bar really care about the drinks they are making and the service they are giving. Rubio makes the best pomada cocktails! And a big thanks to Stefano and his colleague who looked after us late when we checked in and stayed to make us a drink after our flight. The food in the resteraunt is also really wonderful and not overpriced, it is clean and delicious. The vegetarian burger is the best I have ever had. The manager of this hotel is really lovely and friendly and will do anything to help you he is always working hard and doing alsorts of jobs,cleaning the pool serving food and drinks I thought it was really lovely the way I saw him talking and laughing with the other staff. I really liked how all the staff seemed to be happy and made the atmosphere really happy. They have music nights which were cool and the layout of the hotel makes it feel really safe and cosy.

If I had only one would be the shower is a bit small and water goes everywhere as it has a shower curtain which is only a personal dislike of mine.

Breakfast was really lovely especially the fruit and yoghurt pots!

Lock on patio doors wasn't great.

The pool was perfect, not many sunbeds but always found one available as think many favour the beach. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly - a credit to the hotel.

The rooms and bathroom are both quite small to move around.

This hotel is so clean! Excellent standard to rooms, communal areas and an absolutely stunning pool area.

This hotel is full of character and is only a few minutes walk from lovely Peguera. The food was great and the pool was lovely and clean. They have great music playing in the background which made for a very chilled atmosphere made better by the friendly and helpful owner and staff. Would book this again if we were coming back to this part of Mallorca.

Very clean( room and common areas) , great music all day ( gotta like jazz), good breakfast, the pool area is very nice, including the nice gentleman at the pool bar ( unfortunately I don't know his name). Good cocktails and coffee. Alejandro, the receptionist, also is very attentive and sweet. Wifi reception works great in all the areas, good even for working remotely. The location is quiet, and there's very easy parking. Walking distance to a good beach, restaurants and shops. Unfortunately I had to switch hotels after three nights because they were full, but I would definitely have stayed longer if possible.

I had a room on the third floor and there's no elevator. The receptionist helped me carry the luggage, I appreciate that. The room isn't very big but the bathroom is small. For one person it's comfortable.
