Universal Hotel Lido Park & Spa

I had a great time here. Very good location, clean, and I like the spa facilities. The half board was worth it, they had a lot of food options to choose from. I would stay here again!

Clean, friendly, super nice staff, perfect location and as a cyclist, I was allowed to take my rental bike up to my room. Also the food was very good! All in all I was very impressed and the Universal Lido Park exceeded my expectations!

Staff not good at english, no ironing possible of shirts, lack of information upon arrival, writing information to staff on booking.com app and only answered sometimes, very small pool (shaded), you need to pay to get get a pool towel and a sunbed by the pool.

I loved the cold water available in every floor and the glass bottle to fill it up in the room, especially when the temperature is 35 + degrees outside. I do appreciate the green thinking of the hotel and encouragement to change the bedding or the towels only when it is necessary. The room itself was very clean, I loved the bathroom and the shower especially it had a very good water pressure and the walk-in shower was made very smart, none of the water went to the actual floor. The cosmetic amenities in the bathroom were also very good, the losion provided was not cakey and the skin absorbed it very quickly. The staff in the hotel - reception, cleaning ladies, bar staff, restaurant staff was very helpful and kudos to them!

This is a personal preference and it is not a hotel problem, but the bed mattress was too hard and now, after the holiday, my lover back is hurting a lot. If there is a possibility to have a different mattress or a small additional mattress on top it would be good to have it as an option in a booking site or when we are checking-in. Another small issue - at night the conditioner made a small white noise, however if you are not a very light sleeper or do not sleep with the conditioner on that would not be a problem for you.

The location was great and the staffs at the hotel are very approachable with any concerns you might have. The breakfast and dinner options were broad and flavorful. My kids enjoyed it every day and night

Just as a minor opinion. I wish they provided better pool towels switching options rather than once a week.

Bad

Very good for retired people who want an all-in and spend their days sitting on a chair, but totally not aligned with my expectations, coming there with my kid. Everything difficult, no room-service, staff was super slow for everything, when you ask "is it possible to book a boat trip", they say "yes go on the website, you will find everything", outside swimming pool has a lot of threes surroudding, so shadow in afternoon and it feels cold...

Food was good but some could have been hotter. Steaks were a bit tough due to low heat cooking.

Filtered water machines available on each floor, and carafe in room to fill up.Great access to beaches and restaurants at the back of the hotel.Spa access.Good shower and bathroom Wide range of breakfast options, including cooked and healthy options.Located close to all restaurants and shops as well as bus access to palma and airport.

Steam room was out of orderLack of changing room spaces, if unable to get a later check out.

The breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful the hotel was very clean and facilities where excellent.

The evening food was poor, the choices very Samey, most of the food was cold even the hot food, very tasteless and disappointing. Also for being in a spainish hotel being spoken to in German all the time seamed very strange.

Fantastic position, light and airy, immaculate, great good, amazing spa and hiking options. Exceptional staff thought the hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, good food.

The rooms are tiny, beds the worst ever, clenliness questionable. I found a cockroach on its back in my room under the ventilation outlet. Pool is filthy, smells strange, I caught hair between my fingers while I was swimming. The saunas are beautiful but not cleaned regularly. The receptionist commented: There are plenty hotels to choose from for next year.

We are happy with our choice. If the weather is favorable, you can enjoy comfortable beaches, calm, good food, convenient location. We had very windy weather, so we really enjoyed the spa area.

The hotel's location is superb, with a partial sea view from the room, which greatly contributed to a good night's sleep and relaxation. The food is excellent. A huge thank you to the entire team! We are very pleased and will recommend it to friends and relatives. We look forward to coming back to this hotel again!"
