The location. Friendly helpful staff. Good food.

It was a bit noisy inside. Could clearly hear people in the corridors, mainly guests going to and from their rooms.

Everything was great, the staff was lovely, everyone made us feel right at home, the location so close to the beach was a big plus, the pool and the bar were great. Very good breakfast and excellent restaurant all around, we had an incredible paella. The whole vibe of the place was very authentic and nice. I would be back with pleasure any time! Highly recommend!

The room was in a corner and got very little natural light.

Rooms have no soundproofing at all.Misleading images of room view, can end up with back yard wall view instead of a pool or garden view.Rooms, bathroom and hotel in general need of renovation. Hotel looking a bit tired.

Very old world, Spanish feel, lot of art, colourful, beautiful garden, terraces above the restaurant and sitting gallery in the garden covered in flowers and climbing plants. Breakfast is good, plenty of coffee.. not far from the beach area. Staff is very supportive and welcoming. The receptionist Hamsah is uniquely courteous, quick, supportive, kind, intelligent, speaks good English. Our room made Teresa was tidying our room every day. She was diligent in her work and it was a pleasure to come back into our room, that had the doors opened to the inner garden. We liked it all.

The hotel was very comfortable, even though it shows its age.

Low rise, homely and warm atmosphere with great artworks, comfortable seating throughout, good breakfasts, great staff, nice pool, great beaches close by

No tea or coffee making facilities in bedrooms, noisy in bedrooms that are directly located below restaurant from 8am onwards. Traffic noise around pool

Very friendly staff and cosy vibe, felt like a second home! Comfortable beds, clean all around, and delicious piña coladas!

Lovely boutique hotel in a nice location to the beach, shops , bars and restaurants. Good too for bus routes to Palma and other towns on the island. Staff are super friendly.

The hotel itself was beautiful, a fabulous setting with mature gardens and beautiful buildings. The location was absolutely perfect, only a very short walk to the beach and different restaurants and cafes. The only one minor issue I had was that I had seen some ants in the bathroom but I think this was because I was in the ground floor of the hotel.

The receptionist Hamsa was the perfect receptionist in every way He greeted us every morning- assisted with luggage gave recommendations and was a real asset to the hotelHe even moved our car around in car park to help our ease of passage on last day to get to airport on time Breakfast was amazing plenty of choice

The food was very good and presentation very good compliments to chef. Staff very friendly and welcoming worked hard.

The room was too small and large bed was good but the bedding too small for the bed and of poor quality I reported my issue with the bedding and the answer was that all the beds had same bedding. Bathroom I had problems with the shower as no hand rails told reception they fitted a suction handrail but kept slipping told reception said they could do nothing to rectify it as I could not get down into the low bath it was wash basin only for me. They have large screen TV in the Bedroom but no English programmes just German and Spanish we did notice the hotel was more geared up to German guests and even the reminder for the clocks going forward 1st April was in German only. We had issue with the size of car park more like a back yard that fit maybe 3 cars comfortably so can't rely on parking space. There are a lot of steps on entrance to hotel of the main street, 3 flights of stairs to bedrooms, 2 flights of stairs down to bar no lifts at all. Nice bar with nice big Piano but nobody to play it or provide any entertainment. There is have a lovely outside pool but to cold to go in and the indoor pool was not big enough to swim more a plunge and spa pool with jacuzzi. Did not think this hotel warranted 4 stars for facilities, maybe the food yes. But found it to be very basic Very disappointed with stay.

The hotel has seen better days, so I recommend renovating the rooms. However, this shortcoming is compensated by the very friendly and helpful staff and excellent buffer breakfasts.

It worked well for two grandmothers with a grandchild each for a weekend stay

Room had varnish smell, smoke from adjacent balcony, From the bar.. lamb chops were very dry.

Beautiful pool, indoor/outdoor. Close to the beach and restaurants/ supermarket. Very kind staff.

The staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful in providing us information upon check in and calling a taxi to the airport. It was no problem checking in early (about 12pm, which I suspect was partly due to low occupancy as it was the low season) The hotel had a lovely antique aesthetic which made it feel very homely and was very clean. The room was well sized with a nice balcony and bathroom in addition to a small fridge and big tv with Netflix. The bed and linen was all very comfortable and clean. Both the outdoor and indoor pool and spa facilities were fantastic.

Absolutely lovely hotel, it has lots of charm and character. Helpful and friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. Dinner in the bar was delicious and service was excellent. Located in the centre of Peguera it is ideal for the bars, shops and beach.

Great location.Lovely, very helpful staff.Best buffet breakfast I have had in my life!I never purchase breakfast with my room so I explore the local cafes but I tried their buffet once and couldnt go anywhere else. I dont know how they manage to make scrambled eggs for a buffet, that good!Room was a great size and serviced more than needed.Great spot to sit outside day and night. Indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic and they offer massage and Reiki at the hotel. (Incredible Reiki practioner you must book in advance though).
