Hotel Cupidor

The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Especially the honor who was always taking time to answer questions and talk about books and her own life. I very much appreciate Katy's dedication to her work.

Lovely family run hotel. There are a few issues that need to be looked at. Room 14 the door to the apartment is very tricky to open and lock. Whilst having our evening meals we advised one of the staff that a gentleman on the next table was smoking. He shrugged his shoulders and did nothing. On.leaving I was presented with the bill hoping to pay by the card attached to my phone. I was told that the terminal did not work for this and did I have the physical card. Also the fridge in the room did not work. The above did not affect our stay but need looking at.

The staff were helpful and friendly. My flight was delayed and there was still someone there to make sure I could check-in when I finally arrived. The hotel is only 150-200 yards from Palmira beach, with two other beaches (Tora and Romana) within walking distance from there. They provided a good continental breakfast and the evening meals were of a high standard. There is free parking close to the hotel and easy access to the motorway for day trips further afield.

My booking included the evening meal option, however this only provides a choice from two starters and two main meals each evening along with a single desert option. This limited choice wasn't clear on the website when making the booking. Although the food was good, and in some case excellent, there were evenings when I didn't really like either of the options available (usually for the starters). Nevertheless, they didn't skimp on their portions so I didn't go hungry.

One of the best dinners on the Island I could say. Everything was very good from starters to deserts. Also very lovely waitresses and one a week a live music.

Super lovely and attentive staff, loved having half board included which includes breakfast AND dinner. Good sized rooms, great location, very welcoming vibe. Daily housekeeping.

Short walking distance to the beach. Neat bed linen. Beautiful courtyard plants.

The rooms need some refreshing. They are very basic and rather neglected. So is the reception room. Not worth the money they charge.

Cozy patio and good location and breakfast is ok.

The staff is not exactly friendly and you’re sometimes left with the feeling that your presence is inconvenient for them.

Friendly, clean, beautiful property and great location. I can definitely recommend the hotel!

We were travelling from another part of Mallorca and needed some peace and quiet and this place met my expectations. Really cosy little hotel located 3-4 min walk from the beach but it's yet somehow hidden from the all noise of boulevar so that makes it ideal if you're looking for some peace. I was travelling with child and can highly recommend this to families. We had a room on the first floor, had a good night sleep in comfy beds. Loved the hotel breakfast, it was fresh and very tasty. The staff is really friendly. The ladies make you feel like you're staying more at auntie's house than in the hotel. Lovely ladies and family atmosphere. Would love to come back! Thank you

Well, I liked for the roof and walls ?The gentleman and young lady downstairs were lovely Also once I asked for a blanket (got burned under the sun), I been helped by 2 kind teenagers Good location, just few minutes from the beach +adorable dog

1. First room we been given had a very strong smell of fungus. We changed the room, but there was smth with a key so we had to wait till it will be resolved. 2. I can not say it was clean as I’ve seen multiple long black hair on the floor (we both are blondes) and a dust inside wardrobe and in the bathroom (same was in the first room).3. There is no dedicated parking for the hotel, we were choosing specifically for that, however once arrived we been explained that the parking near is public, so if there is a spot - good for us, if no, we have to check another public parking (we been advised where exactly).4. Breakfast is really weak, like really 5. There was lady in a bad mood for those days we were visiting, which was not friendly (perhaps some personal issues), and it gave a really weird vibe during the breakfast time. I can tell for sure that other guests were not feeling comfortable listening Spanish language kinda shouting with an angry intimation while serving/taking the dishes

Spectacular hospitality in a beautiful homely hotel. We had arrived late so the reception was closed but there was no issues getting into the room. The breakfast was good too with a decent selection and freshly made eggs. The hotel is in a great location just off the main road so is quieter, but still very close to the beach, shops and various restaurants and bars. When we were leaving early the next morning, we were able to check out the day before to ensure everything went smoothly. We are very appreciative for Katia and her family for the accommodations made, nothing is too much trouble to them. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Food was very good and delicious. Staff was polite and friendly.

The rooms would benefit from renovation :)No privacy on the balcony.

Beautiful building, loved the yellow and the garden, very comfortable beds - we slept really well here, could hear the birds outside and not much else, exceptional breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and wonderful attentiveness and friendliness from the staff.

They were changing the TV in our room one day when we got back, it would have been nice to receive a warning beforehand
