I wish there was an option on booking to get apartments with 2 bedrooms or more. The food left something to be desired. Our party got sick from the food

Comfortable and clean all-inclusive resort. The food was good. Within walking distance of stores and can walk to Peguera, if need be. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from Peguera Beach. You can walk to Cala Fornells from the resort. We had a car and there was plenty of parking. There are two sections of the resort - Fergus & Magnus. The Fergus section houses two pools. One pool (the big pool) is a kids pool where adults can go too. The upper pool allows kids and adults, but it is the quieter pool. In the Magnus section there is another pool that is for kids and adults, but you can't use it if you are staying in the Fergus section.

This resort is specifically for families with young children. If you are a single adult, an adult couple with no kids, or a group of adults on holiday without kids, this resort is probably not be a good fit. However, if you do have kids and are looking for a good resort in Mallorca to go on holiday, this place is a good place to stay.

Swimming pool open only to 6pm. We were in April so we had only few ours of the good weather per day … When was really warm outside water was still cold and then when temperature of the water was growing up, the swimming pool was closed

The staff in restaurant were very helpful. The animation team great with the kids and adults during the day. The food was excellent and the hotel was clean.

The bar staff grumpy and never smiled. Nearly threw the drinks at you ..,The evening entertainment was disappointing and all outside in the cold. My room 235 had a very bad smell

The food variety was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The activities for the kids were very good.

People wake up before 7am to lay their towels on the loungers and reserve a spot. If you arrive at 7:30am, you won't find a good spot near the pool, even though it doesn't open until 10am.

A lot to do for children

Cleanliness all three of us came down with sickness and diarrhoea. The rooms were never cleaned nor bedding changed.. the cleaners only emptied the bins and swapped towels!The food was disgusting and reheated we paid to eat out after the first night! Staff weren’t helpful or friendly.

It was great to have a pool with sliders

I have to say the horrible smell coming from the drain in the bathroom and all around really. The cleaning was poor, the cooked food was too oily, the desert had some good cakes but apart from that not much more interesting things just jellys, creams and poor ice cream.The bin in the bathroom had the lid broken, the room door didn't lock from inside and the staff didn't really inform much about the facilities, we didn't know the Italian restaurant had to be booked, when we found out it was already fully booked.The sliders in the pool only open at 11:00 and closes at 5:30.The gym weights are maximum 8kg, I didn't even bothered.Definitely not 4 stars. Oh also around 7pm the showers were cold because it couldn't cope with the amount of people in the hotel and neither the internet can't cope. I would rate it 2 stars

2 ladies cleaned the room. Those 2 people were very polite.The waiters were very polite and attentive.

There was a very strong stench coming from the bathroom in our room. We had to open the balcony and bathroom doors all day to ventilate, even when we were sleeping. But it didn't help. There was no filtered water to drink in the room, which was very inconvenient for our children when they had to go out late to get water. it would be very inconvenient there‘s no kettle in the room. while if a family with a baby wanted to make milk for their baby at night or early in the morning. Next, the restaurant's plates were not washed properly, we almost had to wipe them before eating. The coffee machine was only for breakfast, not for lunch and dinner. The towels used for the pool and the beach were not changed to new ones, while our towels had been used for 3 days. We were not allowed to return them as we wished, which made us feel uncomfortable.

Very messy and not organised around the pools empy cups everywhere my boys wanted hot chocolate couldn't get a clean cup in pool bar staff was really not helpful

I honestly when looking at the reviews wonder if I stayed in a different hotel. I payed £300 a night for a dirty bedsit that looked nothing like the picture and was supposed to be a suite!! The rooms were dirty. Weird orange mould hanging off the bathroom. The shower wouldn’t stay on the holder. Hit my daughter on the head twice. One day no water at all!! Complained to reception but they just shrugged their shoulders. When you tried to call a taxi with reception they would tell you they couldn’t as they were too busy. The shuttle to the beach didn’t exist. The pools were so overcrowded. The restaurants were chaos. I saw the lines for drinks during the day and at night. So not a 4 star hotel.

Our family has stayed at this wonderful hotel twice now, and each time it has exceeded our expectations. The food is delicious with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, satisfying all tastes. The hotel grounds are always well-maintained and clean, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. We especially appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who are always ready to assist and make our stay as pleasant as possible.The hotel is divided into regular rooms and Magnus rooms, with the Magnus rooms being newer and better. However, last year we stayed in the regular rooms and were also very satisfied. This is an excellent hotel for a family vacation with children. We hope this won't be our last visit to this hotel. Thank you for the fantastic experience!

The place, pools, facilities

- The service peopl, waiters did not smile, and looked mainly angry, sad and unpleasant. We could even hear sometimes some negative thoughts about customers. Smiling is rare!- Starting at 9am you don't find a place anymore at the pool (thus it is forbidden to rerserve).- At the restaurant in the rush hours when it was full, we couldn't seat on a table of 6 (we were 3) and had to wait around 10 minutes several times to get seated with a baby in the hands. Waiters where overwhelmed and unpleasant.- On the bar (main) which should be opened at 10.am, 3 days it opened only at 3pm, and the queue on the others was sometimes huge (time to get a drink, and drink it in the queue for the next one)- Pools were mainly overcrowded (you can not go to Magnus area unless exclusive members)- Night show was mainly overcrowded - The noise in the room don't let you sleep. I don't know what the neighbors do; but seems like they are moving the bed, even in the night at 2am (happened every night out of 5 nights there)- People don't respect the rules (not eating at the pool, not smoking at designated area) and the place is full of waste everywhere on the floor.- Room cleaning is really superficial. They just make the bed, not even do vacuum cleaner.

We had 7 days all inclusive stay,Everything was simply perfect: reception, staff, food, drinks (special thanks to Carlos with his amazing cocktails) entertainment and evening shows (our kids loved Marcos with parrots).All in all, highly recommend for families with kids.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Josefa from the Restaurant on Magnus area. The restaurant had plenty to offer from, and the bar from the pool it was really nice. The rooms have an amazing balcony

I like everything, location close to the shop, centre of town, beach.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice warm continental breakfast was provided every morning. The hotel was located 30mins drive from Palma airport. But there is a beach and market nearby. Hotel also runs a shuttle service to the nearest beach.

The bathroom was smelly sometimes, particularly at night.

Maybe not the best choice for couple without kids

The hotel is fantastic. It has many games and entertainment for children. the animators are a wonderful team, especially Ruben, my daughter loved playing with Ruben every day. the pools are beautiful. the food was very varied and the rooms very comfortable.Ruben really put on an extra effort to make people around him confortable and happy I totally enjoied the games that he played and his energy celebrating every win of the kids . I will definitely return
