Excellent staff at the reception, especially Lena and Pilar who were friendly and useful, ready to help at any time we need their assistance.. Simply the best. Cozy modern hotel not far from the beach and central avenue.

Breakfast might be as stated before (excellent instead of very good)

Great location, really close to the beach and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and very spacious for a solo trip and the shower is great!

I really enjoyed my stay but the open plan style bathroom may be an issue for couples who may want some privacy.

We really appreciated the little extras like beach towels and umbrellas, and the fact that you can bring your own snacks and drinks to the pool area.At check-in, there was a small mix-up with our booking, but the staff went above and beyond to sort it out quickly and without any fuss.We’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel had a clean, modern design, with spacious rooms, comfy beds, and great facilities. The location was excellent—just a five-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops in the centre of Paguera.

The gym was quite limited, with only cardio machines and a small selection of free weights. Also, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work properly, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open to stay cool.

The hotel is located in a perfect place: quiet and peaceful.The bed was very comfortable.The staff was helpful.

Positive: very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room and very modern. Small wellness area with sauna, Turkish bad and jacuzzi. It’s possible to use for free with reservation ahead . Very good breakfast. Pool service. Close to the bus stop and to the beach, restaurants and eroski supermarket. Locker room for the departing day and also the possibility to take a shower .Negative: the room I had could be small for two people or with a big luggage

Some staff were a little abrupt and unfriendly Very little atmosphere around the hotel & by the pool..it needs a little more music to take the edge off. Only 2 tea bags were left each day and then non at all on the last 2 days?

Great location in a quiet green street off the main road. Newly renovated, fresh and clean. Generally nice interior in all areas. Daily refills of water/tea/coffee in the room. Quiet and relaxing pool area with no loud music or noises. Beach towels. Small fitness area with essentials like treadmill and weights. Roof terrace open around the clock. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, I felt very welcome throughout the entire stay.

A neighbouring hotel had loud parties on some nights, so the outside areas got quite noisy in the evenings through no fault of the hotel itself.

Fantastic boutique hotel - which really is boutique! So many times you book online then you get there and the room is nothing like the picture - this certainly wasn't the case here. The room was modern, immaculately clean and had everything we needed. All little details had been considered such as free beach/ pool towels, snacks with cocktails, luggage room if arriving before check and so much more! Staff were so lovely and friendly, everyone had a smile on their face! Perfect location approx 3mins walk to the beach which means it is very quiet at night and doesn't hear any noise from passers by. Will absolutely be back!

It would have been nice to have a QR code to scan to order cocktails to poolside seats rather than having to get up every time.

Clean, soulless,

When you arrive you find a bulk standard 3* hotel. Clean, efficient, dull. The Boutique name is a total misnomer. There is nothing boutique about the hotel. It’s not even that small. There is nowhere pleasant to sit for a drink or coffee. It’s all white Formica cheap and soulless. The room for breakfast is in the crowded basement devoid of any interest. The buffet is extensive but lacks quality and the cooks for the freshly made ommlets and eggs desperately need training. The small swimming pool area has a full time attendant who was lovely but there are far too many sun beds for few takers making manoeuvring difficult. The tiles are extremely slippery so be careful walking. Full marks for the chair to lower handicapped people unit the small pool. The rooms are very ikea leaking storage space and missing any form of luxury. No facial tissues for example. And the 2 miserable 33cl bottles of water left daily are just appalling. Should be at least 1 litre per person. But the staff are friendly, and if your expectations are in the right place it’s fine. Just a little expensive for what it isThe

Amazing hotel with stunning rooms & pool area. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The breakfast has a huge choice and is beautifully presented, PLUS the coffee is delicious (other hotels should take note) Bed very very comfortable and air con quiet but effective.

Everything about this hotel is fab. Within the town of Paguera I would say it doesn't cater for vegans, there are some options at the hotel but this is just something I noticed. There is also a super Thai restaurant which has many vegan options.

The room has nice finishings. If you want privacy on your balcony get the side view, it’s also slightly cheaper than pool view. Btw, the super cheap room price has no balcony on the ground floor with bathrooms for disabilities. So consider upgrading for an extra €30/night. Breakfast is nice they do the usual buffet but done with a attention to quality, they make these nice fruit and/or green smoothies, and the juices are all freshly squeezed. Nice touch.

The toilet/bathroom door is just opaque glass meaning that there is no sound privacy. There is a wall light by the balcony door that I banged my head about 10 times, so if your above 5’ 11 it will affect you. But overall the finishings are much nicer than the average paguera hotel, the quality can be seen in its extra star (4*) over the the 3* hotels. I got a parking ticket outside the hotel was only gone for 5 minutes, didn’t notice the ticket for a couple of days, so it took some detective work to realise when and where the parking ticket was.

Everything - this hotel is amazing. Staff, decor, pool etc all fab. Super quiet and relaxing.

Breakfast was good, good fresh cook with omelet and pancake station.Beach was a 5 min walk away & not too crowded & safe for swimming.

Cleanliness of crockery in restaurant

We have no complaints whatsoever. The towels provided by the hotel which could be used at both the swimming pool and at the beach were a nice touch.

The AC at the breakfast area was turned to a very low temperature. However, this was the result of other guests' requests and is as such subjective (people' opinions differ). The hotel staff are put in a difficult position- not being able to please everyone.
