In May the swimmingpools had only limited opening hours, as a supervisor was needed. So no opportunities in the morning or after returning from a daytrip.

disappointing

The first night we didn't sleep because of the disgusting smell of cigarettes in the room. How can you accomodate guests in such an awfull condition. After insisting we got another room. No apologies, not compensation. Very disappointing second stay.

We loved our stay at the hotel - spacious & clean room, comfy bed, plenty of breakfast options to choose from (sweet and savoury; especially the freshly baked desserts), lots of restaurants in the vicinity, close to the beach, bus stop and supermarkets. The staff were kind and welcoming. We had smooth check-in even though we arrived late after midnight (around 1AM).We didn't get the full beach view from our balcony as it was partially covered with the palm trees but nothing to complain about as other positives made up for it.

The location is perfect, close to a nice beach. The breakfast had a lot of options, although a bit pricey. The room was quite clean and the beach view was awesome!

I think the room was recently painted so the paint smell was quite strong, but this was solved by just opening the window from time to time. The wifi in the room was not good, so I sometimes needed to go to the reception.

Clean and comfortable hotel with its own access to the sea, located right on the central street. The rooms are cleaned daily. There is an elevator.The parking space is good but expensive. It‘s also a bit strange to leave 20 euro deposit for things like iron, garage keys. The receptionist was nice but didn’t provide any sort of overview of what‘s available for the guests and what is not - you have to ask and explore yourself.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The little fridge was very useful as was the kettle. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Shower door was very hard to close/open, there was no hands gel, when you get to the hotel you can’t even wash your hands. Very small breakfast choice.

short walk to the beach and bus station. very good restaurants nearby. highly recommend.

Close to the beach, clean, friendly and just lovely

Proximity to the beach and restaurants and bars. Clean and tidy and perfect for what we wanted as a group of three for a couple of nights. As well as value for money!

Nothing- everything was as described

So close to the beach and great location for walks and town. Very central and clean. I would stay again as it is reasonably priced, and I liked the location, but I now know what to expect. It's a no frills operation.

No soundproofing. Lots of small things that needed repairs. I changed rooms due to noisy neighbours, and in both rooms, the safe locked up before I had finished putting in my code, locking in my belongings. I had to get assistance to open them and then obviously didn't use them again. In my second room, the security lock on the door wouldn't work, and I ended up with a man walking into my room. They had allocated him my room, and when the key wouldn't work, they reprogrammed it to allow him in and cancelled mine!! I was terrified, I got out of the shower to be met by a man coming into my room. Had the double bolt been working, this wouldn't have happened. There is also a building site next door, so if you like sleeping in or quite time by the pool, this is not the spot for you at the moment.

it was clean, it was close to cala fornells, bus station and Supermarket.

the breakfast salon is not that nice, it will be better if the breakfast served somewhere else like by the pool view.

Excellent location, right on the strip and beside a beach, and also a short walk to some other really nice beaches. Our room was clean and quiet with a nice big balcony. Two pools to choose from and lovely beers served there! Would definitely return!

Very thin walls, we could hear our neighbours talking (and vomiting when they were drunk) like we were in the same room, not comfortable beds.
