Hotel Danis

The location was great, right in the village center.The price-quality ratio was good, considering everything else in that region was quite expensive (overpriced, in my opinion).

The building was quite old. The floor was squeaking when people were walking, which was enough to wake me up. Also, the bed and the pillow were quite uncomfortable.

Price worthy and convenient!

Internet isn’t the best. The breakfast is simple, but the coffee service is 10/10!

Excellent localisation for ski-lovers. Traditional hotel, very nice and helpful stuff. Perfect cleaning service.

It’s not disadvantage. I just missed information that bathroom is shared.

Same as last year. Good cheap-ish (for CH) hotel, basic breakfast. Ski room, parking, not too far to ski lift, close to town, a nice aprés ski challet next door.

I like the bar across the building and the location were super good. The hotel is clean.

Interior design is not the strongest spot.As well the staff was not friendly at all at the check-in/out process.

Relative inexpensive for CH. Parking. Ski/boot room. Simple but OK breakfast. A short walk to a T-bar lift giving acess to the rest of the ski area. Depending on the snow cover you can almost ski back to the hotel. Close to town. Die Hütte bar is right next door.

Good location and price. Solid and tasty breakfast. It was very clean. No interest in my room The router was in my room, but when I asked to have a reset, nothing has changed

All you need for a short stay in the mountains. Very clean.

The après ski nearby is a little loud :)

Convenient location on the main street of the town, a few minutes from the Post bus stop (bus terminal where buses from Chur and Tiefencastel arrive at), and just beside the Altersheim bus stop (where you can get on the free sport bus). The Dieschen ski lift is just up a short slope, which gives you access to the eastern side of the ski area. Continental breakfast was decent and there were many spreads (including a homemade jam).

Room flooring and bed seems uneven, though that is to be expected of an old building. There is also no hand soap in the room (unless we're supposed to use the packets of hair and body wash for general hand washing), even though there is a sink.

great location , lovely staff, fantastic value for money. rooms nice and clean. nice breakfast . everything in easy walking distance. ski lift next door

The staff was friendly, price for the location was great. Its a older hotel but it has allot of charm.

But as a guest I couldn’t sit and get an aperò before going out for dinner. this was strange to me as there was free tables in Restaurant/Bar corner.

The beds were comfortable, the staff were helpful and the rooms were spacious.

It was next to a bar, but the music turned off promptly at 10.30 so it was no problem at all.

First thing:The staff were fantastic.We came late Covid-time...and everything was Swiss -Style hospitality.Second thing:As a skier, the location could not be *any better*.Hôtel Danis is a two-minute walk to the amazing skiing in Lenzerheide via a short lift that takes you to the main connection to the Rothorn - highest lift in the region (incredible, by the way...).And, skiing down at the end of the day?We took our skis off 40 meters from the hôtel.Could not be a better set-up.Hôtel Danis is simple.But who cares?We are here to ski.And the rates for staying...are smile-worthy.Perfect Location - awesome historical old-school comfort hôtel.Hôtel Danis is Righteous in every way!!!
