Such a nice room, friendly and helpful staff and a lovely spa

Absolutely fantastic hotel! I visited with my two kids, and we all had an amazing time. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly, featuring a lovely playroom, a wonderful kids' swimming pool, and restaurant options tailored to young guests, such as a fun Mickey Mouse pizza and coloring activities. What stood out was how the hotel manages to be both welcoming to kids and incredibly sophisticated — it provides a calm, relaxing atmosphere for adults while keeping the little ones entertained. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of the village, making it easy to explore everything. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

I did not like the indoor pool , also the bathroom was very uncomfortable and really was not very clean, also the room the not smell clean and looks also not very clean.

Room did not have a kettle. Bathroom felt a bit dated, but very clean nonetheless.

The breakfast was very good and the staff extremely friendly.

The room was not up to 4* standards (hard bed, very small, not the best sound proofing). Also, you couldn't leave your car or skis past checkout time, which defeated the whole purpose of having a hotel rather close to a skiing station.All in all, it was too expensive for the quality/size.Still giving a good rating for the staff.

Our room was in the back, looking on residential buildings and a school soccer pitch. A bit dark too.

disorganized and slow service at the restaurants. Room temperature was cold the first day, we had to order extra covers to be able to sleep. Spa pool very cold.

Everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and sunny. Breakfast was very good and healthy. Spa was clean and very relaxing.We will for sure come again.

Restorant was booked out all 2 days for lunch and dinner, so we needed to eat outside. Wifi was not strong enough on 2 floor.

The decoration is very typical and cosy. The breakfast was very good and varied.

I didnt fancy my room. In comparison to the rest of the hotel I thought the room and hall ways to the rooms were less nice..

Breakfast on 1st day took a very long time. Only one waitress on duty to start with. Second day was perfect. This was also compounded by COVID restrictions.

Friendly and great wellness area

food was ok but not more. ice cold tomatoe and cucumber in the salad. beef filet served as gulasch, vegetables almost not cooked. breakfast same, cheese for switzerland disappointing. omelets over salted, got a second with no problem but same result,over salted and not eatable.

Very comfortable bed

The lady at reception made us feel very welcome the moment we stepped through the door and that feeling remained throughout our stay. Really great staff and excellent facilities
