Good location / Spacious Rooms / Comfortable Shower

We didn't like the beds; they were not comfortable at all / Staff was not very attentive

Nothing really. It doesn’t look super slick or modern from the outside but that is not an issue.

The pool, the sauna, the restaurant. It was right at the end of the 46 ski run and we could ski home. It was right next to the bus to the ski lift.

The room was small for 1 adult and 2 kids.

Great, friendly staff- breakfast was fine, and dinner even better.

Noisy rooms- the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear neighbors talk etc. Also, on the 2nd day the water pressure in the shower was almost entirely gone.

We had issues with dinner two days in a row. The one day they lost our reservation and the The other they said the room service was not available. After looking for a restaurant for half an hour (with 2 kids) we complained and they said we were given wrong info and that the room service was available. Then the waitress wrote down the order wrong , one dish was different than menu and the food was tasting bad.

Breakfast is a good self-serve buffet with plenty of choice. The hotel arranged extras over Christmas, such as a sleigh ride, mulled wine and special Christmas meals. Good choice of pillows available. Comfortable room with modern new shower rooms. All the staff and the manager are all friendly, cheerful and very helpful.

Bed was slightly harder than I would like. Would have liked a jaccuzzi after full day skiing especially as there are no baths.

Great hotel, located close to slopes and the staff went above and beyond to fulfill our wishes. Great food at a restaurant. Spa is open until 10pm which we really appreciated after a long skiing day.

we had to have dinner in the room where the set menus are served and we found the ambience there not very cozy…super bright lights and kinda as if we were having buffet breakfast

Amazing hotel! Staff was kind and helpful and accommodated our every need. The pool and spa were outstanding. Breakfast and restaurant excellent. We travelled with a 10 month old baby which is not easy and everything felt like a breeze. Amazing stay, could not recommend more.

extra costs for the parking seems a bit over the top considering the costs of the hotel.

The hotel is modernised in a clever way to turn a very shaby and old hotel in something respectable. The staff does a very good job. The breakfast is good.

The restaurant is not of a four star level, maybe on the price, certainly not on the food. The rooms are tiny for the cost, the renovation done obviously cheap, especially in the bath room, not 4 star like at all. The pool looks good (from far).

The hotel has a perfect location. Has a restaurant but it is also near of external restaurantes. I particulary enjoyed the relax room near the swiming pool after a ski day and the breakfast.

very clean and comfy hotel with a cozy bar and very good restaurant (the a-la-carte one "Stübli")! Huge breakfast buffet!just about a big enough spa/wellness area with saunas, steamroom and swimmingpool which are perfect after a day of skiing. Not too far away from the skitrack when skiing all the way down.

though there is a spa/wellness area we missed a hot tub/bubble bath or some (outdoor) pool with hot water. Minor complain; The second pillow should be placed on the bed, we only discovered it in the cabinet before the last night.It makes watching tv on the bed so much more comfortable!
