- We loved staying at this hotel! The location, the facilities, attention to detail and overall the care, kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Also the restaurant at the hotel has great food for grownups and for the children both at breakfast and every other meal. We could really relax and enjoy our vacation!

My room was great, the pool was awesome, the wellness/spa was wonderful and the food was delicious. All in all my stay at Schweizerhof Lenzerheide was amazing ?

Very Good
We were separated and the one room for single was not what we expected, this was our own fault in doing the booking
Nice Spa. Hamam overrated. Good breakfast. Price too high for room. Bad signs/orientation: complex.
Complex facilities, difficult to navigate, no elevator to reach room with suitcases. No proper signs indicating what to find where
Great food, beautifully designed indoors, great hamam, friendly stuff. All tip top!
Everything - it is newly renovated and everything was just perfect. The staff is outstanding, the rooms so very nice and clean and within just one night we felt recharged. Also the kids activities are great. We def. would recommend this hotel.
The wellness area is excellent, all staff is exceptionally friendly and breakfast is exquisite.
Very nice hotel, centrally located. Perfect for the stay with kids! Great value for this price!Good was delicious. The kids were happy to stay in the nursery locates just in the hotel.Very friendly and nice staff, service met all our expectations and even more.We will definitely come back again and advice this hotel to our friends.
Spa was very large with access to 3 pools.
Food was good but we preferred a la carte to the pre-fixed menu.
Very stylish, lots of little details for kids, very helpful & friendly Staff, nothing is too much trouble
Nothing that we didn’t like only suggestions:- maybe couple of more shelves in the rooms as with kids people have lots of stuff- instant coffee powder in rooms (there were lovely tea filters but not coffee)- children play/book area in the restaurant is located right in the middle of the staff walkway to the kitchen, maybe move it to elsewhere - in the lounge area maybe place couple more toddler toys not only board games
Very good experience. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, really impressive!!!!
Staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The environmental concept is great.
Gaia in the hotel bar!
