Small hotel, well design, close to beach, pool facilities

Breakfast was good but food not super warm.The chef offered me to cook scrambled eggs, I refused but incisted, i accepted. It was great.I have not seen a latte/capuccino machine but american was ok. The deception for us was the meal menu for lunch/dinner not enough elaborated but I have to admit that we are a bit fossy. We did not tried your menu so cannot complain about it.

We were looking to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday someplace special and we were not disappointed. Everything was of the highest standard. The room was wonderful. The private pool was great. The closeness to the beach was also a big plus. We had dinner on our first night at the hotel's restaurant and it was delicious. Overall, the service and atmosphere made our stay perfect. Thank you for the amazing holiday!

The TV kept shutting down for no apparent reason, and the variety of food at breakfast could be improved, but other than that, everything was great.

Super nice room with a private pool, the main pool area and restaurant were incredible as well. All of the staff were so nice!

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was a great size, giving us plenty of space to relax. The shower lighting and overall ambiance added such a nice touch—felt modern and calming. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. Would definitely recommend!

While the room had a great vibe overall, I do wish there had been some additional lighting, especially in the bathroom when I needed to do my makeup. Also, the pillows were quite large and firm for my taste. It would’ve been nice to have a softer option available.

Everything is super clean and neat. The hotel is really a boutique, not too many guests and the staff is amazing. I can write so much about everything being perfect. Some would say that the location is not good but I find it perfect, it’s 10 minutes drive from city center, there’s a parking and it’s a quiet area and it makes it so peaceful. Wonderful hotel for sure will be back.

Every detail was perfect

the rooms were so cute and the showers were amazing. the pool was gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious. all the staff were very accommodating and so kind.

The location is really good. We are at 15min on car maximum of the center of Heraklion. 3min walk of the Amoudara beach which is sublime. The hotel has also a very nice swimming pool and a jacuzzi with a very nice decor all around. The room is clean and the shower is a real plus for it. The staff is kind and always open to help.

The view is not the best if you don’t choose view on see but other than that we can’t find a negative point.

Our hotelroom was very comfortable and very clean. The interieur design of the room has a modern atmosphere and was exactly like shown in the pictures. Toilet and shower were separated, which gave us a good comfort. I liked the black style of the bathroom. There are many different light options in the room, so you can create an atmosphere as you want. The black curtain darkens the room very good, so it’s easy to sleep in darkness. Finally the room was very clean, they took a lot of care to keep the room clean. The area (restaurant, pool area, gym) is very clean too. The pool has a good size for swimming or getting a refreshment by hanging around in the water. There are sunbeds in the shade or sunbeds in the sun, giving you the opportunity to choose your place as you need.We just booked breakfast and we were completely confident with the things they offered for breakfast. It’s very fresh and they change the offered food a little daily. The best at the hotel was the staff! The women working at the reception, in the restaurant or the room service were excellent, helpful and absolutely lovely. The area around the hotel is supreme too. You just need to walk maximum 2 minutes to get to the beach (a long sandy beach, where you can easily enter the sea to swim or cool down). There are many shops and different restaurants, which you can reach by walking. The bus stop is maximum 2 minutes walk far from the hotel. The bus takes you in approx 15 minutes to the center of Heraklion.

My friend and I arrived at the Alsus Boutique Hotel in early April. The experience was simply perfect. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff and the manager were very nice to us and helped us with everything we needed. The room is beautiful. The people at the hotel improved our vacation on several levels. In addition, the staff at the bar was really friendly and nice.Without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have stayed at and we will definitely come again ❤️?

The room is modern and cozy. It is nice to have the pool but first couple of days the pool was not working properly. There was worker every morning so a little noizy but we understand it was early vacation before the tourists season. The breakfast was ok but cold omelettes and pancakes, no option for toast and only regular coffee was offered if you wanted anything else like cappuccino you had to pay for it. The room was made everyday but I had to ask for fresh towel all the time because they forgot to change it.

Our two favourite things about this hotel were the amazing breakfast buffet (not very large but definitely among the best hotel breakfast we’ve had in our lives!) and the incredibly nice staff! They organized a rental car for us at a very reasonable price in a matter of minutes and had it brought to the hotel. They even upgraded us to a better room for the last night, because it was off-season and they didn’t have a lot of guests at the time. And while the room we had originally booked was perfectly fine and clean, the other one was just beautiful! (And had a really fancy shower:D) Also it was just a two minute walk to the beach.

While the pool looked very nice from the balcony, it didn’t seem that clean up close. I guess that was because we stayed there at the end of October and at that time there are probably not many people who want to use the pool.

The staff is very attentive, they helped me a lot and the cleaning service is also good. The breakfast was quite acceptable although it could be better.

I received the worst room they have... the bad smell of pipes, the mosquitoes, the mattress that sinks on one side, the bathtub from the last century... I don't know what was the worst... I won't go back.

Very comfortable room with great lighting, also a balcony and a beautiful garden with pool (though not heated). The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The restaurant was unfortunately already closed when I arrived mid-October and it wasn't communicated by the staff, but fortunately there were some good restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

The gardens and pool area were lovely and the breakfast was ok

we were given a room that smelt badly of smoke. We did complain but they said they were full and gave it a bit of a spray. My friend and I did not sleep well as everything in the room smelt of smoke including the bedding. I did ask for a discount and I was told I would hear back from them which I have not.

Giorgia & Giorgos were friendly and tried to make our stay enjoyable. The free parking, proximity to the airport & the good breakfast

Thé non -renovated rooms are Extremely outdated with bad plumbing and incredibly old fixtures. The jacuzzi was cold.

The breakfast and staff were very nice.

The location was not necessarily ideal. Not as nice of a community as imagined.
