It was perfect in every way! We loved the location, which was easy walking distance for shops and restaurants. The amenities and views from our room were excellent. The pool and beach were so idyllic! The staff and food and drinks were perfect.

The room with the beach view was the highlight. Cleanliness as well was very much appreciated. Breakfast which was included in the package was alright. Staff was okay.

The resort in general lacked certain basic amenities and it seemed to be under construction. No place to wash off the sand when coming from beach to hotel. The breakfast lacked choices if it is far a long stay.The question to ask is: is it truly 4 stars, I wonder :-)

The room was clean, very close to the beach, the food was delicious, and the hotel offered great value for money.

The front desk was often unstaffed. Late check-in and early check-out require advance notice to the hotel.

The Beach Environment surely is not the nicest in Greece and during the weekend the pool area was packed with outside guests. One evening they had a outdoor concert just next to the hotel and we have not been informed before. It was imposdible to sleep until 1am

I loved the extra big duvet on the bed.In the pool area the stuffed seats are very comfortable!

We had a wonderful stay at Enorme Teatro! Great location, nice beach and amazing pool area ! The Breakfast à la cart was yummy, we also enjoyed having dinner in a cozy atmosphere. Super helpfull staff, special thanks to Ioanna, thank you so much for everything ! Great music in the pool area, we really enjoyed the overall hotel’s vibe!

The beach, the pool, and the ambiance. It was very quiet and relaxing in September. The staff was very good.

The plunge pool is a waste of money. In September the water is too cold to use it even during the day. I paid extra to use it in the evenings but impossible.

The room was beautiful and comfortable and we were so impressed with how gorgeous the pool area and beach area are! The restaurant was also very nice and the staff was amazing! We had a really tasty dinner (I was surprised after reading some of the reviews), and really loved our stay here overall.

Not very many complaints at all! The towels in the room seemed a little old and worn out. Also, the tiny window in the shower faced the pool deck. Once it fogged over it was fine, but I was thankful the men sitting at the pool were distracted by their phones and books before then! The only other thing, is that with a room facing the pool, the pool is beautiful, but the empty lot behind the pool was not very picturesque. I almost wish there had been a higher wall or fence built so it wasn't as visible.

Wow! A wonderful hotel and very relaxing environment! The service from the receptionists, and the waiters was perfect. Excellent breakfast and dinner, great drinks too. The pool and the pool beds are beautiful and very comfortable. We loved our room with the sea view balcony and private pool, it was perfect!!!! Thank you to the receptionists for your kindness and help with local recommendations. We really had an amazing time.

There was no elevator and for the travelers to bring the luggage upstairs is not easy Big minus The staff was not too friendly and looked like they were sleeping and not happy to be there except Vasa who was very helpful

The rooms are very nice. Clean and modern The beds very comfortable We stayed for three nights and kept extending our stay We went from a suite ocean front to a swim up room to another suite The final night we didn’t have a tv in the bedroom which was very odd since the other rooms had one and some rooms had two tv for a suite Breakfast were included and you order a La carte Beach facilities were well organized and staff very attentive

The staff is super friendly and is always ready to help. The location is really excellent, the rooms are modern and big enough. The cleaning staff is very friendly and does an excellent job as well. The breakfast is delicious and there is a lot of variety.

The hotel is just what we expected. The staff were super freindly and the hotel facilities were great. We had a wonderful time staying there.

Be aware that next door is an event stage where they sometimes have live performances in the evening. It can get quite loud but usually finishes before midnight.

They should improve their menu.Food choices were really few ,expensive and average taste.For such a modern hotel I was disappointed to see that they don’t have a proper restaurant with delicious food

Amazing new place in Gazi Crete. Super helpful staff and the place is gorges! They have chill ambiance with a dj almost every day and the food is also a treat.

The location was nice, but given that Crete is big the location of the hotel is close to Heraklion center but far away from the main activities of the island like Gorge of Samaria or Elafonissi Beach or Chania Old town. We rented a car from there but took us many hours to reach them!The staff was very friendly and supportive all along! And the hotel itself is on the beach so it is a nice place to have both a pool area to chill in and the beach! The food was also good there, we dined and ate breakfast at the hotel and the food did not disappoint.

Although the rooms are spacious and comfortable, they constantly had a sewage smell. We addressed it with the hotel but they said its something in the area they tried to manage it but the smell kept being there everytime we opened the sink to wash. The overall cleanliness of the place was not as expected..it could have been cleaner, the towels could have been fluffier and whiter but instead I thought they were abit stained and even very old..did not give the vibe of a 4 stars standard at all. They must renew the towels or clean them more excessively. Lastly, but it was not something that bothered us, is that the hotel is literally located next to a concert yard so it gets loud and crowded if you enjoy peaceful evenings by the sea or dining.

Loved the venue, the beach, the pool and the breakfast & snacks we had. But we were especially happy with the super friendly staff!! They are awesome!

The bathroom window was facing the pool and was a bit inconvenient. It should be darker glass. Also there should be a proper door for the toilet and bathroom.
