We were greeted very warmly. We arrived late (after dinner time) and the staff had set some food aside for us so we could enjoy dinner. Very nice gesture!The rooms were pretty accurate to the picture, clean and comfortable. I love that the AC only works if the balcony door was closed. 6/7 days there was options for entertainment for kids and grown ups and you could join if you want or just relax. There are beach and pool sunchairs just for hotel guests.

The only thing I didn´t like is that many people are already reserving their sunchairs in the early morning and only showing up to the pool way later (sometimes a few hours). I think after a certain period of time towls should be removed by staff to make place for other guests. The issue doesn´t happen at the beach sun chairs. So even if you donßt get a space at the pool - there is certainly space at the beach!

The property advertises all inclusive but they don’t offer actual alcoholic variety. They have this machine at the bar that makes the drinks from syrup and they taste like cheap juice you buy at the grocery store. The morning coffee is the same , no actual coffee .. just a machine making cheap tasting coffee drinks .

This hotel is mainly for old Germans... we didnt expect that. Even music in the evening sometimes was in german. This hotel is not a good place for young people. That's the only disadvantage of that hotel.Swimming pool had cold water - water in the sea was warmer ;)

we liked the location, the beach was wonderful. and we thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment team of Andreas and Nicole. they kept us happy and not bored in the evenings, and were fantastic with the kids. the food was ok, and variedthe WiFi coverage and speed was excellentthe all inclusive drinks menu at the outside bar was very good. the cleaning staff brought a fresh bottle of water to the room everyday.

what we didn't like was actually quite a lot.the hotel was clearly initially one building with a small restaurant and a small pool. over time it has grown and additional accomodation and rooms have been built, but the pool facilities have not improved at all, and the same small restaurant now caters to hundreds of visitors and is extremely poorly organised.the entertainment team have 2 clear purposes, which is to sell t-shirts, and be entertaining. it's very odd to halt a leisure activity or DJ night to talk for 5 minutes about printed t shirts every night.the rooms themselves have a very unusual design where the showers quickly overflow with water after more than 50 seconds of continuous use, and there are nowhere to keep towels or robes (provided in the room) near by. this results in a really slippy marble floor which we fell numerous times.the balcony light outside the room is timed to go off at 1.30am, from our experience, which meant for large portions of our kids sleeping, they couldn't because of the light.the construction works in the area next to the hotel were also loud from 8.30am and continued for approximately 90 minutes. it was not told to us before, but we got used to it after a few days. it just meant we couldn't sleep in, ever.the pool table at the kids area is warped with heat, and is clearly at least 10 years old. it is also costing 2EUR per game, but the table tennis is free. if you can find a ball.the "sea side view" room, should actually just say "side view" because only the top two floors have a view of the sea. the rest is hidden by trees, or you get an extremely limited view.on the subject of food and drinks, the main restaurant only served coffee for breakfast. the machines were shut off at lunch and dinner with no explanation.I could have wine or beer for all meals, but not coffee. why?the outside bar served coffee and tea from their opening at 9.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful! The food was excellent, the view is great, and there are so many great activities for families. We loved the pool and beach. This is an incredible value! Pepi have an amazing massage! Highly recommend this hotel.

The room could have been cleaner upon arrival.

Being an all inclusive, we were freed from trying to find restaurants. Loved being able to enjoy afternoon beverages after relaxing in the sun. The staff at the front desk were very helpful in giving directions and telling us how we could get to see sites nearby.

From reception to the service section all are helpful.. the poolbar section is amazing especially with a warm smile welcome of the staff?..regarding the beach it’s fantastic for kids…. Surely visit again..they have upgraded our room to bigger size was an extra bonus ….. overall ?

The location and facilties were great. All the staff members were helpful and friendly. Very hard working team, fast and working around the clock to keep all guests happy.

The food and drinks were quite random. The cook was working probably before in a military facility, taste waa missing...The isolation of the rooms is not ideal, from 6 o'clock on you can hardly get any sleep due to the noise on the corridor.

The food was good, but after lunch and dinner I would have liked coffee, which was not available after breakfast anywhere but the pool bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was also happy that the hotel was able to offer private parking space for free (I thought that only public parking is available). The beds were comfortable and spacious.

The food was very good. Every day every meal had something different and tasty. The personnel is very efficient.The beach is fine, and support for the beach goers was also good, like showers, changing cabins, chairs and towels.If one's going on a tour for the day, the staff offer a lunch box, and maybe even some early breakfast.Late check out is also very friendly.

Most of the drinks offered used some syrup that didn't appeal to my palate, but there were some options that were ok. And there's always beer...

-Very good location - close to the airport and the city center and are located by the beach. ?️-The staff is very friendly and responsive. ?-Food and drinks are good. ?

-We are not satisfied with the room. -There are only two rosettes in it. ?-The door cannot be opened normally - we stuck our fingers several times. -There was only a 1l bottle of water in the minibar. No extra bottle was given during the entire vacation. It was a hassle, because tap water is not safe for consumption. The only place you could get water was at meals or at the pool bar.-The children's playground is in a bad condition.

The pool is mot so suitable for our 5 year old kid, since he is too big for the child pool and too short for the big pool.The food was good, but no more than that

Very good value for money. Easy to access from Heraklion Airport. Very clean room and all areas. We had a great stay.

I would be happier if they provide more Greek experience in terms of food variety and entertainment.

The pool was clean and spacious and laughter encouraged. No silent lane swimming here. The rooms had everything the info said it would.no need for taking a hairdryer,take a few pegs for any hand washing & those big pegs for holding towels down.( you can but them here.)Clean and spacious. Powerful shower.over all a great room.The beach sun beds v full but space always found. The sea some years has been a bit choppy but this years holiday was super calm.so long that there’s no crowding in the clear warm sea.good for snorkelling if you go out a bit further the marine life gets better.. clean golden sand. There is a brilliant shower at the entrance to the beach so no need to go back to the poolside all salt n sandy. All in all we had a wonderful time here.evening entertainment was fun .kids early eve entertainment then on to adults evening. Daytime pool events . Perfect for families young and old .went with adult family had a great time laughter all the way ( probably had too many cocktails.try the “ strawberry coconut “ . )Plenty of food choices . We have been to many hotels on Crete. This was the overall best.
