Clean and quiet hotel, very close to the beach.The receptionist was very kind and gave great tips for trips and shopping.Pleasant and safe..Highly recommended!

light cleaning of room as we found ants feeding on dirty floor when checking in. Anne cleaned immediately and offered us a bottle of free wine safe not bolted to wall.Balcony doesn't get cleaned you have to pay 7 euros for beach towels on a daily use

The check-in process was tedious and time consuming, the receptionist asked me to go online to check in. Good location, easy walk to the beach and main street restaurants. Roomy with separate living room and kitchenette; bathroom/shower was roomy. Nice reception area with comfortable couch and reading material. Good parking right in front of the property.

Room at ground level had poor view, felt claustrophobic. Located in a tourist area.

The location is 40 minutes from Heraklion, in the small town of Gazi. It’s quiet and peaceful here, with shops nearby and a bus stop close as well. The beach is clean.

The staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and has a great sense of humor. The DJ and the music by the pool are excellent. Breakfasts are varied and delicious.

Great, attentive personnel. Spacious, modern and clean rooms. I experienced all room types: regular, junior suite and superior suite. They were all well designed and comfortable.

The suite was lovely and clean. We only stayed one night in order to be close to Heraklion airport.

Could use some kind of toaster or sandwich maker for the morning. Used the fry pan to brown bread. Maybe a few more supplies for the kitchen area would help.

The rooms/apartments are clean and nicely decorated. The staff are super friendly and helpful! We spent our time at the beautiful Enorme Teatro beach club, 100m from Nuovo Crete. Food is delicious and the staff so friendly!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were made most welcome upon arrival. The room was comfortable and clean, the shower excellent and overall it was just what we needed after a long trip from Australia. The location was ideal, within a few minutes’ walk from a supermarket, numerous cafes and restaurants and a beach just around the corner.

The kitchen facilities were limited and although fine for one night, might not be suitable for a longer stay.

The hotel was very nice and clean, but what was exceptional was the staff - super friendly and always helpful! We were w bit sick, but they made us feel taken care of. Well done for having such an amazing team :)Breakfast and swimming pool/beach area were also amazing, very peaceful. We loved it there.

The size and comfort of the room. The friendly staff, the proximity to the beach and Main Street with easy access by bus to Heraklion. The included breakfast in the sister resort Enorme teatro and feee use of those facilities, pool with sunbeds and beach sunbeds and helpful and friendly staff there.

Every service and more, we were so happy with all the accommodation and structure and staff, food at the affiliate hotel was very nice, the room comfortable had all the necessary.

Unfortunately the location is near a factory so we did not feel so keen towards having a swim in the sea at the hotel beach, there was a sign indicating that the area is eligible for analysis of the water (we guessed) but it wasn't completely explained and no one gave us instructions about it so we preferred to change destination for swimming during the day almost every day during the stay. I suggest the hotel to give exhaustive information about the quality of the water.

The hotel is located 2 minutes away from the sea, there is a very comfortable room with a good-sized bathroom, the room is cleaned every day, special thanks to the administrator for his attention and friendship, the hotel provides free sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, where there is also a restaurant with delicious food. Many thanks to the administration of this hotel. We are very satisfied and we recommend you to relax in this hotel, you will not regret it

Room was clean and cleaned regularly. Staff were always very helpful and welcome. Location is great just couple of meters from sea and all required services. Great value of money. Apart rooms are great for long stay, we stayed 2 weeks, you have all you can need. We really liked the hotel

We really like this hotel. If you are visiting Heraklion and the surrounding area, stay here. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is outstanding, and the rooms are top-notch. The sister hotel, just around the corner, offers a wonderful breakfast and access to the beach. You can choose anything from the menu, and they will make it for you—be sure to try their Freddo espresso. The beach is beautiful, and sunbeds are free for hotel guests. They also serve great cocktails and draft beer. Parking is available. Everything was perfect, and my boyfriend and I were beyond happy with our stay.

The lounge room and balcony were large and perfect to accomodate lots of luggage. The bedroom was a good size and the bed very comfortable. I loved the shared facilities with Teatro (at a third of the price of Teatro) - wonderful cooked and continental breakfasts included in the tariff, as well as access to the pool. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, and everything is extremely clean. All in all, a wonderful experience and I would go back.
