- The resort grounds are beautiful, pleasant, and very inviting. There are plenty of common areas and meeting spots throughout the property, which creates a nice and social atmosphere.Overall, the place is clean, well-maintained, and organized. The rooms are comfortable and welcoming, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The access to the beach was very convenient and just a short walk away, and the views from the resort were truly impressive. The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance.A special highlight was the authentic Greek restaurant — the food was excellent in both taste and presentation, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The spa was a great experience as well — I highly recommend the facial treatment, it was absolutely amazing.
- The room was modern and very clean, they changed the towels every day.
- I liked the space of the hotel, overall architecture and finish, the cleanliness, the spaciousness of the room (had a two room family one), the variety of the restaurant and the friendly staff
Cons -
- There was no air conditioning in the lobby or the restaurant. The stay didn’t really feel “all-inclusive” — ice cream and slushies came at an extra cost, the coffee from the machine was terrible, and decent coffee also required an additional payment.Even using the safe in the room came with a fee.To be honest, it felt like the hotel was constantly trying to squeeze more money out of the guests, which I really didn’t appreciate. The food was very diverse, but unfortunately, the quality was quite poor. When something is advertised as all-inclusive, all of the above should be included. And if certain drinks or treats do come at an extra cost, they should be placed in a clearly separate area — not at the bar or along the path to the kids’ pool.
- The beverages were the lowest quality i’ve ever had. The juices tasted like water mixed with syrup, the beer also combined with water. I think they chose to offer what was cheapest possible for profit. They offer other good beverages at the bar but not on all-inclusives, you must pay for it.On the main all-inclusive restaurant on dinner people stay in a line and wait because there are not enough tables. On other restaurants you must pay for food on dinner. There weren't enough umbrellas at the pool. We couldn't find a spot on any day.
- The beach is nice, and can easily satisfy many. But you can tell the hotel was build on a brown field couple years ago. Next to the hotel there is a power plant and next to the power plant there is a refinery. You don't notice on the beach, but you see it from a see. Also there are two rivers deltas near by and it affects the see temperature. There are nicer beaches around, but to reach them you need a car.

The resort was fine: friendly staff, a lot of activities, many restaurants and bars, very good food, every evening they had tematic dinner, nice night parties for kids and adults, low level for sea water - good for families with kids.
The sand of the beach wasn't so good, they need to pay more attention to clean it.A very bad thing is that they are allowing people to reserve the sunbeds by placing the towels on it. If you go early morning on the beach or swimming pool area, a lot of sunbeds occupied but no one sitting on them...The rooms doesn't have good sound insulation, might be a bit noisy.Very small water slide area with only a few sunbeds, very easy to get crowded.
Food was very rich, diverse and tasty, with a great view to the sea. Pools, water slides, and beach areas are very nice and comfortable. Entertainment was relevant, I liked the live music in the evenings, sport activities.
The child bed was too small for a 9 years old girl., and the hotel does not have any other room for 1 child family (the next room is with 2 beds for children and costs much more).TV - were mostly news channels, or in German. Channels in english are missing!
The hotel is beautiful, inviting. The staff is exceptionally kind, the food is delicious and varied. Excellent water park. The kids really enjoyed it. Easy access to the sea. Clean and tidy private beach. pleasure!
Fun for everyone, young family members loved the aqua park
Clean and comfortable
The food was very good.
The staff was hit or miss. The beach is sandy, but as soon as you try to get in the see it’s very rocky and uncomfortable. The water park is small and has very strange age and weight restrictions for kids. The hotel is located near industrial facility.
Hotel is great - location and personal were calm and friendly. But, we noticed the same variety of food at breakfasts, and All-Inclusive after 7 days started being boring.
The beach, pools and bars
No cider boooo
Very clean and well kept. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent considering the numbers being catered for, ice cream very good quality. Snack bar was great, we never went for formal lunch. Large pool was great, beach was good; there are some rocks initially but they’re manageable. The all-inclusive beer was fine, clearly weak but refreshing and you don’t want strong stuff when people are starting at 11 am. Water park was very good.
Beds way too small for teenagers of 13 and 15 of heights 5 ft 9” and 6 foot, although comfortable enough otherwise. Our room was fairly small for a family and I’d have booked a bigger room if I’d known beforehand. There are a lot of sunbeds but still not enough. Beach sunbeds were all reserved around 9 am but many people didn’t turn up for hrs after reserving them, some not until the afternoon. We discovered a family who had reserved 6 beds at the beach but also had 6 at the pool; they were unhappy when I took 3 of their beach beds that hadn’t been used for hours. Another person had reserved about 10 beds under 3 parasols and again nobody turned up for at least 3 hrs. This really needs to be monitored better. The all-inclusive wine is Ok but not great although you do get used to it fairly quickly. Lastly, not the hotel’s fault, but so sad to see people taking platefuls of food, having a bite and then leaving it. Not just the kids doing this. Or adults piling up a 'desired' food on a plate for their kids who then don’t eat it. Shop was expensive. 30 euros for an inflatable donut is ludicrous. Spa was lovely, but again, 133 euros for a 70 min massage is expensive and they then try to sell you very expensive products afterwards. Lastly, waves were too strong for my mother in law to go for a swim until the last day; she has mobility issues and this will affect my choice of venue in the future.
Very friendly staff, very good atmosphere and family friendly. The facilities are good. A great water park for children and the beach, when it's not windy, great too (beware, there is a barrier of big rocks to get into the sea, but then it's sandy and shallow). Food was great and the snack bar was very handy!
We generally liked everything. Pool's towels times to swap them are not very helpful. Swimming pool's timetable could be better as they close very early (6 pm)
We liked the size of the room, breakfast was good, huge selection and the snack bar was great! Good parking at the hotel. Seems to be great for familes
We didn’t really enjoy the main restaurant as it was disorganised chaos, it was so loud, busy and hard to get to the food - we visited at different times and it was always the same - we had a really bad experience at the Greek restaurant- the service and food was below par - The bar service was bad, wrong drinks when you could get them as the queues were massive all the time, really not worth its price tag.
I liked the energy the staff were trying to create in the evenings with the live music. The manager provided with a doctor free of charge to assist me as I got a stomach bug.The room was cleaned everyday!
Since it was the beginning of the season it was sometimes almost too quiet and the games that were played were not that fun - they lacked imagination and were dull. Also the information sheet - the english is not correct and could/should be updated.Got a stomach bug at the hotel - the receptionist was rude and lacked empathy towards my situation. The water from any dispenser tasted like pool water - even the fizzy drinks had a bad after taste.
Breakfast and other meals were great. Diversity of food was great. The bars were comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The beach was also good. The buildings and overall hotel ground were nice and clean.
My room (128) was extremely cold. The temperature did not go above 16C. This was almost unbearable. I think the thermostat was not working. This system of meal reservation was really annoying with deadline impossible to maintain, and make you feel you are in a military camp rather than a hotel. The eating room was extremely noisy
Staff were great & very friendly Food was really good every day , water park is Fun for kids , pool was cleaned every morning Good value for money if you want a little lower end & cheaper
Way too busy , huge dinner line ups , Rooms around courtyard are really noisy with live music playing , if you have kids it’s not ideal.Drinks aren’t great , low budget beer but you get what you pay for
Family with two kids: 4 years old and 4 months old. Very nice hotel with a water park. Water park has 3 sections , for babies, for kids from 3-4 years, and adults. Important to know that water park and main pool together with all the restaurants with snacks and drinks are located in different parts of the property, so you can’t quickly get a snack or a drink if your kid is hungry. Main pool is very nice, suitable for 4 year old to stand and swim and to let little baby to swim) Food quality is very good, everything was very tasty and fresh. Drinks are average, very basic cocktails. For now you have to make a reservation for lunch and dinner ( due to corona situation) and you can only put food on your place while wearing plastic gloves. It doesn’t seem so environment friendly but probably has to be done during Covid. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a good car rental at the reception and a shop next to the pool. Few water bottles are provided at check in , but afterword water only available in restaurants. And the most important that was for us is the sea. Unfortunately not suitable for small children. Lots of rocks at the beginning and very windy with big waives. There is a bit of industrial area around the hotel that may impact overall experience.
