Good sized swimming pool and garden area with sun loungers. However this was spoilt by loud music blaring out all day.Close to the beach.

Room was supposed to be a superior with a sea view. In reality the room was very tired, with chipped furniture, and a fridge that must be over 20 years old! Rooms billed to have a sea view only had a side sea view, which meant you were predominantly over looking buildings and in our case a dilapidated garden with an old bath in it! Not a pleasant view at all! The bed was very firm and uncomfortable.The food was not good either, particularly the main meals at lunch and dinner. Very poor quality and basic dishes. We ate out after the first night.

The pool

I have never been to a worse all-inclusive. The food was terrible - tasteless, monotonous, greasy - most things were not understood what they were. The alcohol and soft drinks were even worse. Despite paying for all inclusive, we were forced to eat outside the hotel and also buy alcohol and soft drinks from the store. We did not have free access to the water dispenser, it was only offered at the bar - it smelled and tasted very bad.The beach was far away, the nearest one could not be used, since it is a first-line hotel.The staff was not the friendliest.

Large pool, also quite large room

Very small shower, we order double room, but this was twin beds just standing together. It's quite uncomfortable for couples.The still water has specific taste, and bottle water was for extra charge, and does not included in all inclusive service.Wines were terrible

Located just outside of Heraklion, having a bus stop in front makes hotel's location great for travellers via public transport. But what is more important is the staff who are there to greet, offer and help the customers. I asked some specifics prior my arrival and was answered accordingly. After our checkout we stayed a bit more in the hotel area, treated as guests till the last moment. Not to mention the scrumptious variety of foods served during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rooms were also big, having amenities and comfortable beds and pillows.

The beverages were all draft so we opted for bottled ones that served our taste. One remark that is easy to solve - there was no water tank/dispenser in the restaurant so one has to wait for the bar in line for just water. Corridors are not well insulated so you depend on your neighbours to have a quality rest (you can hear running, shutting doors, etc. but that is more on the visitors)

Good location.

Old property with very low service quality especially regarding the food and drinks. Everything that was worthy (an orange juice or a bottle of water and many more) was outside the all inclusive cost and you were forced to pay for it. The rest that was inside the all inclusive cost was of very very low quality!

Very well managed. The staff is exceptional.Special thanks to Irini. She made our stay feel like home. The buffet was very good. Many types of delicious food to choose from.

The food was very good but More types of fruit would be nice

The shower was so small it was hard to stand in. The shower curtain would stick to you the whole time you were trying to shower. The bed was hard as a rock. The pictures look much different than the actual resort. The food and lobby were great, but the rooms were pretty bad.

Beds, shower, rooms overall were pretty poor.

Canr fault the hotel. It was extremely clean. Pool area was nice. Food was really nice too and my husband enjoyed the food (and he's picky) I would 100% stay here again. We went out of season. So the car hire was vital. We used the hotel as more of a base. So we could explore the beautiful iSland

Maybe a bit of music around the pool? But other than that nothing bad to say at all. Workers work very hard. And the cleanliness is 10 out of 10.

It's very good located. You can easily take the bus from the airport (3€/pers) and the bus station is right next to the hotel. The beach is very close, about 5 min walk and the view is stunning. The rooms are very clean, the towels are changed daily and the stuff is very kind. The food is tasty and it's always enough for everybody. If you want to visit other great beaches I would recommend to rent a car and there are plenty companies right next to the hotel. Everything was amazing and next year we will definetly be back at this hotel.

We loved absolutely everything! Huge thank you to Manolis, Tasos, Georgina, Sula, Maria and everyone else! Excellent location, rooms cleaned every day, nice food (especially the pancakes by the pool). Once again, huge thank you to all staff!

We took all-inclusive with our 3yr old. The food was ok, lots of varieties and different meals, one soup per day, salads and sweets. The fruits could be better and probably more available at the pool bar for eg. Staff is great, also the hygiene. The room is cleaned every day and they change towels and sheets regularly. Everything is super clean.The location of the hotel is great, next to the bus stop, and going to the Heraklion is super easy, there are buses every 10-15 minutes. Even visiting Knossos is super easy. The beach is close and there is a beach bar with sun umbrellas and beds, free of charge (only drinks to be paid).

There is only one place to take liquids during meals and it can be crowded. So, even for a glass of water, you have to wait a lot. My suggestion would be to put bottles with water or soft drinks so guests can serve themselves instead of waiting in line. Also, drinks are being served from the same pipe, so the water tastes like whatever is served before.

Everything was clean. Every day room was cleaned and we became fresh towels . Food is great and always good served. Everybody are so friendly and nice. We must to give 5 stars to positivity of Kristina, Filip( Servis) and barman Dimitius( apoligaze if I spelled the names wrong). Reception girls are verx kind, and menager is always there for guests.We will recomend Hotel to the friends and to visit it again. Thank you!Family Smith

The food, staff, service, swimming pool, lobby area were all excellent, and also the gardens. Very lovely decor.

The bathroom may need updating and I would have loved a double bed. I found the mattress difficult.

Lovely hotel, amazing staff - everyone always smiles and helps to make your stay even more beautiful. Wonderful choice of food, they try to accommodate your requests....just one word to rate this stay - AMAZING. I can't wait to come back! ;)

The reception staff, Maria and Sula, was very helpful for every request. The dining room staff was very professional. The food of the All-Included formula was very varied, fresh, with something for everyone.

The room number 613 is next to the entrance and elevator. I am a very light sleeper. We immediately received a room further down the corridor. This is really just a minor remark.

Good location, parking on site, spacious room and bathroom, huge pool, luxurious look, clean and very well maintained property. Tasty food, breakfast, lunch and dinner included in the price.
