This property was absolutely beautiful. All the details of the architecture were carefully planned. The food was excellent, and the staff very attentive.

I would recommend not staying in a small room without a view of the pools. I transferred an upgraded to a room with a pool view which also included lounges. The previous drawback is that the pools are freezing cold and there is no heat so very difficult to swim and all these gorgeous pools.

Everything was excellent. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The food at the restaurants was very good. The spa was professional and relaxing. The atmosphere is catered towards relaxation and it thoroughly delivers. Overall I had an excellent stay and will definitely return next summer.

Everything was well thought out and even thought the hotel was fully booked, there is enough space and everything is spread out enough that you don’t feel like it’s crowded. Pools were beautiful. Only thing that could make it better would be heated pools or jacuzzis added.

Food was not great. Would have liked to have traditional Greek food. Too much bread and sweets.

A great hotel, great food, kind and smiling staff. We really enjoyed our stay, from the first minute you wake up in a comfy bed, to the tasty tasty and well- crafted breakfast, the well maintained pool and beach (beautiful view from the beach), the drinks and of course dinner that is versatile. A hotel you can really enjoy in and they make sure to take care of any of your needs.

We think there could’ve been given more free water, we were a couple and only one bottle was given each day for the both of us and we had to buy a lot of water bottles.

We spent 10 nights at this amazing place. It’s like in the pictures and as described by various visitors in the comments - simply excellent. Food is delicious and changes often - even the buffet, spacious area with beautiful pool and beach. We had a swim up - worth the extra cost! Very clean and calm hotel. Great beach bar. The restaurant Armonia and it’s staff is to call out in particular for their friendliness and food quality.

The breakfast and the dinner was absolutely wonderful. Wide range of selection of cold and hot dishes. The room was spacious and very calm, the bed was so comfortable. Everything was clean! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this property to everyone who like great food, nice and calm area and a stylish garden and a stunning beach. We will be back for sure!

The hotel was fantastic for a girls getaway - beautiful hotel with plenty of space for relaxing either on the beach or by the pool. Half board includes a meal at their restaurant which is very good, as well as buffets for other evenings. We went mid October which was nice and quiet but it also meant we had the fitness instructor to ourselves for the various classes which was brilliant.

Gluten free choices weren't super clear at the buffet and slightly limited choices for desserts etc but there was always plenty to eat for main courses and salads. Slightly pricey for alcohol too. A mirror in the bedrooms above the desk would have been useful too, just as a suggestion!

The food was fantastic and the attention to my wife's allergies by the maitre'd and the chef made everything even better. The staff all around was fantastic and the grounds and access to the beach and multiple pools made it so we never felt the need to leave. We are already planning on coming back next year

We felt that when retiring to our room in the evening, the TV had no access to movie channels or anything besides news. Might as well just take the tv out of the room. Would love to see a sauna or hot tub or 2 on the property.

Absolutely amazing! That is serious 10/10. We have absolutelly no negiative remarks. the hotel exceeded expectations. Fantastic peope, service, food, premises, organisation, rooms, beds, everything. Full relax. There is a direct bus from the ariport whichs stops by the hotel. What we found exceptional were the bells to call service is every single bed in the whole hotel. The food is unforgetable - starters, mains, desserts, healthy, a'la carte - all was amazing. I mean, really, just go there.

The staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. The food was very good and there was plenty of choice. We loved the comfortable beds around the lovely clean pools and the beach area. Considering the hotel was full, it didn’t feel over-crowded

The hotel has several pools and a private beach. Furthermore it is equipped with a very good outdoor fitness area as well as a indoor cardio area. There are two restaurant. One main restaurant and one a la carte, where in the morning a more „healthy“ breakfast was served. The staff was nice and kind.

We got a swim up junior suite. Unfortunately it was located near to the main restaurant - in the evening it was loud and it smelled like fat, especially in the morning and evening. There were vegetarian and vegan alternatives, but these were rarely properly labeled as such. Same goes for allergenes.The staff was kind and nice, but not all of them really professional. Especially in the smaller restaurant, you could feel that it is end of season. In addition regular guests and those who gave a lot of tips were generally given preferential treatment.

The beach and the pool and the vibe was great. And the Food was also very good.

The room was very small. And you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet. But I guess that everywhere in Greece.

This is our fourth stay in two years. We love this hotel, the staff, and of course the relaxed atmosphere. We have even brought our parents here twice.We will be coming back again twice next year. You just can’t beat it. This stay we spent most of our time by the pool and in Ammos beach bar. As always Matina, Marina, Marios, Mario, Maria, Kristos and Raph were all amazing. Matina is the best bartender in Crete. Her cocktails make you happy all day. Marina is lovely and serves with a smile all day. The beach bar team are great and always make our stay special. They take the best care of all guests and give true Greek hospitality.Eleni is an absolute superstar with the pool room service. She has the best smile and positivity. Always working hard and serving all the rooms and pools. We look forward to seeing her each day. The main restaurant team George, Vassos, Natalia and Anna are all great. They are friendly, hardworking and always have a smile for everyone. All of the food here is wonderful. The buffet, Ammos, Armonia and room service is always perfect. Chefs all work very hard and helpful to guests. Our room was perfect, as always. The cleaners work very hard and the hotel is spotless. The Reception team are all so helpful and professional. Georgia, Katarina, Popi and Sisi have been wonderful. We love this hotel so much and want to keep it our secret because it’s just so special. Everyone is hardworking, professional and wonderful. This is our home away from home and we can’t wait to see Paralos family again in May! Thank you so much for everything.

I would like to start by thanking the staff, they were all very polite and welcoming and I think they are doing an extraordinary job. The hotel has very good facilities, the exterior looks wonderful, ebough swimming pools, the sea and the private beach very close, high quality sunbeds, showers, beach bar. Overall, the food was good, both at the main restaurant, at the beach bar and at the a la carte restaurant.We loved our stay.

The double room is very small, some of the rooms don’t have a good view. For us it was not a big issue because we didn’t spend to much time inside and out room had a view to the pool which was OK.
