We liked everything, our room was nice, my favorite thing was the hot shower :) the breakfast is ok, the staff is friendly. Thank you!

The staff was nice, the location was good with a nice view

The air conditioning is paid - 7 EUR per day, keep that in mind! The room was not clean enough, there was a lot of dust both in the room and on the air conditioner. There was no shower gel in the bathroom which was very small and the cabin doors were broken.

Can’t recommend this hotel. Real reating is 6/10, not 8 like in booking description. Breakfast and dinner is cheap q

    8OleksandrPosted on: 6-12-2024

Very friendly staff. Good value for money, especially considering that they provided a HB (breakfast + dinner) meal package. Cozy two-level room with a balcony with beautiful sea views. Daily cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen. Events and entertainment for hotel guests. Guests from Great Britain, Germany, Poland.

Sometimes the quality of the food was not very good. For example, potato dishes are not very well prepared, sausages are very tasteless. Booking.com has information that the hotel is 450 m from the beach, but the closest beach is 900 m away. Very inconvenient bus schedule to/from Heraklion.

Great quiet location, beautiful view, friendly staff and ppl of the village, few beautiful beaches near by

Very spacious room, modern design, bathroom with hot water always available, the most amazing view from the balcony. Excellent staff, so friendly and helpful. We went half-board, loved the food, everything was fresh and tasty, and in our opinion there was plenty of choice (gemista - so yummy!). The hotel has a pool with plenty of sunbeds, too. It’s located in a quiet, beautiful location, slightly on a hill, but we regularly hike (even my 72-year-old mum) so it wasn’t a problem for us at all, I think even people with limited mobility could easily manage that location as it’s only a few minutes’ walk from the town centre, beaches, shops and a bus stop. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend that hotel to everyone who loves a relaxing holiday in a beautiful surroundings. Waking up to the sunrise from our balcony was the best feeling possible.

We were not too keen on the juice drinks served for breakfast, but it wasn’t a problem to take our juice to the restaurant.Another thing - not related to that hotel. Agia Pelagia is absolutely stunning, but if you are arriving from Chania, the bus stop is located a few km outside of the town, also if you don’t rent a car (I can only drive in England - badly) it’s not possible to do much sightseeing from Agia Pelagia unless you book an organised tour. There’s a Ktel bus to Heraklion, but the first one leaves at 9.45am if I remember correctly and the last one back to Agia Pelagia is at 10pm. So you have to rely on taxis and a taxi from Heraklion costs about €40, a taxi from the hotel to the intercity bus stop €20. Ktel should definitely try to do more to connect that beautiful village with the rest of the island. Also, be careful with the Psaromoura beach - it’s stunning, but the fish bite there.

Off the crowds on a small cove, walk to beach, cafe, grocery, and no crowds

    10BojanaPosted on: 9-8-2023

Staff hospitality on high level, breakfast was great, location really calm and surrounded with beautiful beaches.

I had issue only with the doors in the room - not easy to open and not easy to close, need fixing. However, this didn't ruin my vacation since everything else was perfect.

Location, building and layout is cool.Nice large rooms.Pool.Included breakfast.Great views

Parking wasn't great, but worked out.The stairs. Everywhere stairs. Normally, wouldn't be an issue, but my wife had a cast on her ankle, just before we left, so we made the best of things. It would have been nice to know the A/C was an extra charge. Or just add to the total cost of the room.

Friendly staff good price good placewe got breakfast at night because our flight was early in the morning and it means they care about their guests

    9SimonaPosted on: 6-10-2022

Very polite and friendly staff. They did everything to make our stay enjoyable, helped us to find an infant bed even though in booking was said there's no facility for extra cot. Borrowed us a beach umbrella free of charge. Big room with balcony and nice view to the pool. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style and had many opinions. Greek Night and grill on Wednesday evening.

    Difficult access with baby stroller.

I have just come back from a wonderful holiday. firstly the staff where out of this world, cleaning staff front of house and everyone else. if you are looking for a relaxed Adult holiday. Basking by the pool and talking to the other guests. Its the best place for a mingle and a sunbathe. Then in the evening have drinks eat some good food and just take in the lay backed style. obviously the company I had was the best I have met some truly lovely people which made my holiday absolutely magic. I will be returning next year as I have found a gem.

This property is on a hill so people with mobile problems. This place is rustic and very Greek. it's not the Hilton so if you like that level of hotel this isn't for you. But if you like smaller hotels with good food brilliant service and a relaxed style this is for you. it's charming and a lil Gem. perfect for lone travellers safe and secure.

I liked only the croissants. Very limited choice. What was horrible was the fact we were served by a very moody man who was giving the food to you like was his personal food . All the food had the same taste or no taste, no piper or salt available on the tables.

On my arrival I have spoken with Stephanos regarding the airport shuttle, which was ticked on my booking. He could not accommodate that shuttle he took advantage on my lone traveller and sent a taxi to airport which cost me 40 euro for 20 km. Whoever I asked they were shocked how expensive was this taxi booked for me. I was just very disappointed. I will never go back to that hotel.

Nice and helpful stuff. Especially Yannis, thanks for a nice chat and a lift :)Plus communication with the hotel before arrival was super fastRoom has everything what you need, comfortable bed, big balcony and a small cattle

Extra charge for ACFood could be better

Rooms were spacious and a cold fridge

The evening meal was not very good. It felt like being at school in a canteen and rushed to finish to allow other diners a table and very little choice which being a vegetarian was very limited to pasta and cheese or tomatoe sauce and tinned vegetable but fresh salads. Breakfast however was fine as you could have yoghurt with honey, greek Luca adds, rice pudding, bread, salad. The hotel room, although spacious and comfortable bed had several lights that didn’t work.

Lovely staff, nice and clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast, beautiful garden around the pool with fantastic panorama, supermarket and restaurants in the near.

Beach is not too close by walk. Air-condition to charge.

The stuff is simply adorable! Bar tender, chef, receptionists and even Ladies who were cleaning the rooms - all of them were smiling, very polite and ready to help. I felt very po pleasant atmosphere during the stay thanks to them :)Food was good but drinks at the bar - the best! The location of the hotel is perfect - silence all around it, it is so calm and peaceful area, and 7-10 minutes walk to 2 nearest beaches.

Nothing to drink for dinner (coffee, black tea and juice only for breakfast) and pretty poor equipment in rooms - one hanger for towels, no shelf for cosmetics under the shower.
