Pros +

  • •Our overall stay with our friends was very good.•Since it was the end of the season and many restaurants were closed, reception always supported us whenever we called.•There were a few issues with the bathroom and sink, but all were resolved quickly after informing reception.•In general, most of the staff were friendly and in a good mood.
  • Everything! The kids enjoyed the pools very much, and the beach, and the welcoming and gentile staff, in the dining room, and everywhere else. We recieved at first a room that didn't mach what we ordered, and when we noticed the reception of this, we got a huge upgrade, which was really generous and testifies of the general attitude of the place. Very recommanded for cosy family vacations.
  • the best part were the beach and the private pool.

Cons -

  • •There was one older, short-haired lady working in the restaurant who clearly did not seem happy to work or to take any new drink or service requests.•She appeared impatient, wanted to clear the table as quickly as possible, and even took away the children’s plates without asking.•Her constant unpleasant staring made us uncomfortable, and we avoided sitting anywhere near her section.•When we reported this to the restaurant manager, he did not apologize or acknowledge the issue. Instead, he simply suggested that we “continue to smile,” which did not address our concern.•Our expectation was that some action would be taken regarding this staff member’s behavior, but this did not happen.
  • we would like more alternatives for breakfast
  • Our room was lovely, we are really thankful for the upgrade. But the shower in the room was terrible. It was obstructed and the water was coming out of everywhere, and some of the jets of water were stronger than others almost cutting your skin (I was in room 3717 please confirm what I am saying). I call asking for a fix on the first day, the reception told me they would send someone, but nothing happened. We used the other small duche… the other only thing I need to say is the food.. not sure it qualifies for 5 star hotel…more 4… no bad.. a lot of options, really a lot, but quality lack a bit.. also on the all inclusive option for drink included we’re really bad quality… really worse I saw… and as every all inclusive hotel there is also some other restaurants you can’t go unless you pay extra… from the 6 days we stay only one night dinner really blow my mind, the other ones like 7/10… and the lunch all average…

Everything was excellent! We received a free upgrade to a two bedroom room with a huge balcony and jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the sea. I surely can recommend this all inclusive hotel to all families with small kids!

I want to be true with my review… the resort is really nice in terms of structure. The pools are good we went to three of them and also some rooms have some small private pools… the private beach has gorgeous water (although is not sand, is made of small stones just so all is aware… maybe it matter to some people)… the resort also have options of games room, animation crew for kids for dinner and some entertainment (nothing ordinary)… we got upgraded to a suite sea view and that was lovely… my “but” comes on the food part… nothing so bad, but I will mention this in the other post… other detail is not bad or good but people maybe will like to know… the resort is manly frequented by elderly people (most French).. is not a problem but just FYI

Our room was lovely, we are really thankful for the upgrade. But the shower in the room was terrible. We loved the location and the fact that it is so huge. Just by walking to all places and pushing up and down the hills the stroller, you were getting in a workout, but in a good way.The food was really, really good, the staff was very attentive, all, from reception housekeeping, restaurant, really all!Room was clean and super comfy!

Only location , nice views and clean beaches.

Hotel was so old , rooms need renovations and beds wasn’t comfortable, we was wake up with back pain.

Staffs were amazing, friendly and helpful.

The pool area near the beach was dirty, full of mud and rubbish, the main pool was clean. The wooden stairs next to that swimming pool were broken, and a piece of wood pierced my toenail, which was very painful. The lifeguard had no first aid supplies, so we had to remove it ourselves. No warning signs were placed, nor was the stair repaired for guest safety.Activities for kids were disappointing, I expected fun games and competitions, but there was only aqua aerobics, which was quite boring.

Location was great- very beautiful. Great for families with many pools and water slides. easy walk to the beach. Bars for the parents were fun.

Breakfast open at 7:30 and dinner at 18:30 which were both late for our small children. Also there are only a few vegetarian options for food.

We loved the pools and proximity to the beach. It was spread out so a little tricky walking with kids but we loved the restaurants and the staff was lovely.

Far off to drive from the main road

The buffet was great, many options for children, adults, vegan, etc. The pools are nice, and the beaches beautiful. Enjoyed the room very much. Staff was helpful and nice. Everything was clean.

We had a very pleasant surprise on the day of our arrival since we were upgraded to a larger, two bedroom suite with a large terrace and jacuzzi. The suite was clean and comfortable. While several comments mention that rooms are outdated, I actually did not mind that since it has that elegant vibe with the black and white tile floors, the older but very elegant decor. The views were very pretty as well. The grounds are nice. Food for all inclusive guests was varied and tasted really good. The desserts were very similar in taste and texture, but you have a variety of fruits as well to pick from and unlimited ice cream. Also, if you have kids, there are a lot of fun activities as well as a playground for them. Last but not least we loved that there are photographers on sight who offer their services. We took a 30 min. family photoshoot with a very professional photographer who took such great pictures that we ended up purchasing the entire package of close to 300 pictures.

It was not a dealbreaker for us, but this is something we agree on with previous reviewers: the grounds are beautiful, but time to time there are things that do not work e.g. an entire day of not being able to use the pool. Solution: go to the beach. Both the public and private beach is at short walking distance. While the food is varied and tastes good, the drinks from the dispenser (all juices) are of very low quality. I would recommend to drink water or tea instead (they also have some bottled options). Many reviewers mention that you have to book restaurants way in advance. This is true. Also there is one restaurant that you can not book unless you stay 7+ days. My husband tried to find one on or off grounds since it was my 40th birthday but staff at the front desk was not very helpful, just told him to look online.

The resort is huge, the room was huge, comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and professional. The beaches were pristine.

The food service wasn’t quite up to the quality of the resort. How can you call it ‘all inclusive’ when the only thing available to eat in between meals were mere packed sandwiches ? You better not miss lunch because there’s nothing available besides dry sandwiches between 14:30 - 18:30.

The 2 beaches near the location , upgraded room to a suite , amazing staff .

Food was great but they could have more variety of food in the grill section.

We had a wonderful time with our family at this lovely hotel. We didn’t want to leave! There are two different beaches — one private and one public. There’s plenty of food and drinks, and the whole area is very green and lush. We were lucky to have a shared pool right by our room (shared between three rooms). The à la carte restaurants are excellent — we visited two of them, and everything was just perfect!

Maybe it would be helpful to add more informational signs to make it easier to find your way around — not a problem, just a suggestion for improvement.

The staff, food, rooms, admonitions, beach, pools, and close proximity to walk around outside the resort too!

The drinks weren’t that good and little to no ice.

10NatiaPosted on: 7-17-2025

I really enjoyed the walks, the veriety of foods, kiddy pool was really nice, staff were excellent, polite, always smiling and eager to please ^^

The main thing I would change would be the kids place, there was no shade during the daytime and running around in the open was not an option. Also the gaming room was equipped with the games that only worked on coins and as you may guess tourists don't usually travel with many coins in their purses so that was the issue.

2DianePosted on: 6-20-2025

The views were nice.

I’m it was unclean , I contracted the pox’s, liquor watered down and low grade, pools unclean , tiles off everywhere. Impossible to find your way, lowest grade wine imaginable, staff impersonable, never got a seat at a pool or the small beach in 19 day stay, keys constantly need redone at quite a walk to reception. It was a tragedy!!
