Very rude staff....

Everything was stunning!! The view from each corner was magnificent, the decoration, furniture and total interior design of the place was beyond any of our expectations! So clean and well designed. The shared pool in our room was big and peaceful and was the highlight of our stay! The gym had a magical window pointing to the sunset and the yoga hall was huge and authentic. The food was delicious with so many choices (watch out cause you’ll gain a few kilos ?) We will definitely come back! A perfect stay for relaxation.

Incredible experience, very beautiful hotel, and extremely helpful staff.The buffet food was very good, and the desserts were truly amazing. The crepes at the poolside bar were fantastic, and the cocktails at the central bar were excellent. Breakfast was very good as well, with great drinks. The staff were always available to meet any need, and the all-inclusive service really covered everything. We were also given two dinners at the à la carte restaurants (Umi was good, Oceano was okay). The view is truly wonderful from every area of the hotel (room, restaurants, bars). Events at night very appreciated also.

As for small downsides, one thing we noticed was the umbrellas: they look beautiful and stylish, but they’re not very practical because they’re made like crochet and don’t provide as much sun protection as they should. On another note, we were offered an upgrade due to a small issue in our room for a couple of nights. We had been told we’d be upgraded to a Summer Suite, but later, by looking at photos on Booking and their app, we realized it was actually a Cape Suite. The upgrade itself was definitely appreciated — and they were very kind to offer it — but we’re not sure why it didn’t match what was initially offered.

We arrived a group of 11, the resort staff welcomed us with Champagne and cool drinks as we arrived. They immediately assisted us with easy check-in and carried our luggage to our rooms. We felt very welcomed by the resort staff. The food was great with variety of options every day. The restaurant staff recognized our group and made a table for 11 for every meal. The bars in the pools area were great and offered service for alcoholic beverages as well as coffee and light drinks. Overall experience was excellent and highly recommended.

Great staff. Great pools. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice poolside drinks and snacks.

The staff was so friendly and the grounds are beautiful. We had treatments at the spa and the massage was wonderful. Yoga shall and ashtanga class with Dimitri was fabulous-definitely recommend.

Beautifully designed hotel with great views of both sunrise and sunset. Good food all around, in the buffet, restaurants and the pool bar. Very kind staff.

The bed could have been bigger and more comfortable, it was small and the mattress was a bit worn out.

We arrived at the hotel around 9am and the reception staff were really welcoming. Since our room wasn't ready yet, they suggested we have breakfast and use the pool in the meantime. What we appreciated was that the staff encouraged us to enjoy all the hotel facilities both before we checked in and after we checked out - it made us feel welcome from start to finish.All the staff throughout our stay were genuinely friendly and helpful - from reception to the restaurants, bars, and room service.The hotel facilities are really good. Both pools have bars, plenty of sunbeds, and beautiful views. There's a lovely beach about 10 minutes away on foot, and the buffet was quite good as well.One tip - if you book an à la carte dinner, we definitely recommend the Greek restaurant. It was really special and the food was delicious!

The atmosphere, the service and facilities were great. The architecture at this specific location was exceptional.

The spa experience was mediocre. We came in for early massage. The saunas were not yet hot, the masseuse I reserved was not available and I had to have a different type of massage than I ordered. And it was no more than OK.

The hotel gave us an upgrade of the booked room, and we got a room with an outstanding view of the sea.Hotel has a beautiful location with many pools, restaurants and a way to the nearest beach.The food was perfect as in the veranda as in restaurants. This is exactly when Instagram = reality.

The hospitality was outstanding – the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, and the hotel restaurants were of a very high standard. Our room was extremely comfortable, and the view was simply breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend the hotel to friends – and come back ourselves!

Spent last couple days of honeymoon here. Big disappointment to say the least. This is not a 5 star “all inclusive” resort. It’s a partial inclusive at best. Ex. you get the choice of 7 free cocktails/beers and the remaining 30+ other drinks are extra. The buffet was terrible, the same food was served for each meal - ex. pizza and sausage left overs are provided each meal at the buffet. My wife has a peanut allergy and 80% of the food at the main restaurant for all three meals and desserts included nuts. If you have a nut allergy STAY AWAY from this place. The staff was somewhat friendly but completely useless when a simple question was asked. We always felt like a bother if we needed help. It’s in the middle of nowhere and the gps was taking us through hell using the address provided on booking. We stopped and asked local’s for help twice. When leaving, the concierge was rude af when I asked about the road I should be taking when leaving. This hotel has a fancy facade. If this hotel wasn’t located on a beautiful hillside/cove, it would be 3 stars at best. We stayed at a 5 star hotel in chania before this and it was levels beyond this place. The atmosphere of this place was off, we’re pissed about staying here

It’s a very relaxing escape from the bustling city life. The views are amazing and we just couldn’t get enough! The highlight of our stay was the STAFF! Everyone was so so lovely and welcoming. Such a breath of fresh air. Hospitality is truly their forte. Special thanks to Kiraki, she was the sweetest ??

The toilet is not soundproof! ?Also, think twice about getting a car rental if you’re not confident driving in a hilly area, the roads are tiny and steep! It was a scary drive..

Everything!! We honestly couldn’t fault it! The location, the food, the whole aesthetics of the resort were exceptional. What made our trip though was the amazing staff. Freedom, Giannis, Alex, Visilis, Lika, David, Joanna…. There are too many to name them all but they truly went above and beyond for us and we will never forget this trip. We already can’t wait to go back!

Location and views are inimitable. Food is extraordinary and the staff is very caring and helpful.

Rooms could use some refurbishing, and a coffee machine in the room would be a nice touch, instead of an instant coffee.

We had a wonderful time at Seaside in Crete! The food was excellent, and we especially loved the hair salon and spa - perfect for a truly relaxing vacation. A heartfelt thank you to Zetta and Glykeria for making our stay so memorable. We highly recommend Room 122 for its comfort and great location within the resort.

Having to leave! If we could suggest one improvement, it would be to offer a wider variety of drinks in the all-inclusive package.

The hotel was beautiful and in such a beautiful location. The staff were lovely and we felt so welcome - Ioanna was so great! The food was also very impressive for a buffet, and very fresh. The pizza oven was great!
