Eva Mare Hotel & Suites - Adults only

Everything was excellent, the complex is gorgeous. Next to the beach, they have a restaurant with exquisite foods and cocktails. The staff was marvelous, Mario the owner always available.

They dont have elevators. Many stairs.

Very nice hotel, beautiful room with the best view! Perfect location just a short walk away from the best beach in the area. Food was very delicious and abundant.

Serving meals at the dinner time was little slow.

Breakfasts nice, plentiful and tasty, if a little bit boring. Waitresses/hostesses there extra helpful - thank you! Beautiful view from the balcony and a swimming pool area. Some nice taverns and pubs close by.

I'm sorry to say this, but the hotels description should be not "adults only" but rather "smokers only" :( Smoking is allowed everywhere, so for me it was impossible to relax either by the pool or even on my balcony, beause all my neighbours were constantly smoking (and even some of the reception staff smoked at the reception area, which you have to pass on your way to pool ) Because of my smoking neighbours (some of them started at 5:30 am! ) opening the windows was also risky :(The reception staff not especially nice

This was a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location in Crete Island, clean, quiet, comfortable room, affordable. Great restaurant next door serving breakfast and attractive menu for dinner and other times also. I was attending a Congress elsewhere and didn't use it, but the pool, etc. facilities looked very nice also. Ocean a vivid blue, the nice panaroma.Staff was also pleasant and efficient. The cost performance was just great. Highest recommendation.It was a great stay, thank you very much!

Overall the hotel is really nice, we actually picked the same hotel a second time. The breakfasts are very nice, although they could add some more continental options to the menu, and the coffee is not drinkable (basically a nescafé from a machine). The room, and the view were nice. Room service was cleaning the room every day and you can get some beach towels from the reception.

Be aware that the AC units are old and are very loud. If you want to use the safe box you need pay extra fee per week, there’s no coffee machine even though it was supposed to be in the room.

Very accommodating staff who waited for us very late to arrive after a long plane journey.Bed was super comfy and location was lovely!

The hotel was great and the bed very comfy. The beach is at walking distance, it's a small and beautiful beach made of rocks, great for snorkelling or to have some fun jumping off from a rock close by. Best to go early in the morning for the sun positioning and because it might gets a bit crowded later in the day.

Just a little disappointed from the swimming pool, I found it a little smelly.

The hotel was just amazing with unexpectedly good breakfast and friendly staff. We had a sea view room and it was perfect. I just want to go back.

The room was up several stairs and we had a very heavy case. The bed was too firm for my taste.

Phenomenal hotel, view and staff.We loved everything during our stay, absolutely no issues, quiet adult only space, beautiful design of the building, view from balcony is breathtaking.In august parking was no issue, free parking on the streets all around, restaurant across the road on the edge of a cliff with good quality food and drinks, just perfect service, but also more expensive. To Peninsula quad safari 5min by foot.

The beach is very close and a good place to swim. It is also close to the Mononaftis beach. Everything worked; like wi-fi, good curtains and air-condition. It was quiet. Very good breakfast and restaurant. A shop 8 minutes walk away. Agia Pelagia 15 minutes away

Breakfast had a good selection and the staff was very helpful and attentive.

The location is remote and the nearest store is a decent walk to.

The sea view was amazing so was the pool and the facilities

Firstly the door to the balcony had a problem with closing we had to put force in order for the door to.close properly. Also the air condition seemed a bit old and not clean as a result the air quality by morning was poor and it got warm during the morning hours. Furthermore the breakfast was really good. However it lacked variety and since we stayed for 7 nights/8days so it became a bit monotonous . Lasty we struggled a lot with parking as often we would see people who did not stay at the hotel park opposite so we were left with no parking space. It would be nice if there was someone that prevented non guest from parking in that area .

The view from the pool and our room was amazing. The room we got was really spacious ,comfortable and clean with mini terrace on the entrance which was very atmospheric. AC worked well, which was essential in such weather. The staff was really friendly and happy to help if anything and Yamas restaurant delivered truly good food, their Greek salad was the best we’ve tried on the island.

Unfortunately,there were no mosquito nets on the windows, what led to big amounts of mosques after opening the window to let some fresh air in. That’s it

Great location down steps to a gorgeous stony swimming cove. Quiet, comfort and spacious rooms. Good buffet breakfast. Lovely pool.

The room was full with musquitos and after completing we got another room without sea view. Sticky chairs in the swimming pool, the manager is not always available. Generally speaking the hotel is in low level and needs renovation

The hotel is located on one of Heraclion's most picturesque and breathtaking hill area. Our room had a balcony with amazing view of the aegean sea, there was also a very well equiped gym, a super clean and quiet swimming pool and a very elegant restaurant to dine. All staff were super friendly and always attentive on whatever we needed. The room and the facilities were renovated with elegance and peace. We are definitely coming back!

Well situated at the end of a road, above a nice bay with a sand beach and rock formations. Great snorkelling spot. The linked restaurant Yama across the road is very nice with fine food, nice decorations and seating, and great views over the sea and sunset.

The room we had was very old fashioned. Air-con was noisy and had to be turned off during the night. The fridge was not refrigerating strongly and was rusted with a very hard-opening door. The bathroom didn’t provide any real closed shower, just an old and stained bath without curtain so you would wet all the place when showering yourself. It doesn’t match at all the rooms’ pictures on booking. Maybe other rooms are better? We had one cockroach creeping beneath de room door but that may just be a one thing and is not an uncommon thing in a hot country (even though I didn’t see any in 4 other hotels in Crete.)The pool water was not cristal clear, more greasy than murky. But to say the least not appealing. The pool area was not big but the water told us we had to order at the pool bar even though he was standing right in front of our sunbed. We therefore went to the bar but there he would only take cash and directed us to the lobby ??‍♂️… You don’t feel like having a drink anymore.

Perfect location in a quiet place. Friendly persons all around. A beach nearby. Perfect hotel restaurant.
