Absolutely loved every moment thaer. The stuff was so friendly. We used every posible option swimming pool, sauna, massage, jakuzzi. The food was great. Loved it!!!

Hotel Nautica exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely warm – it really made a difference.Our room was spacious, beautifully clean, and very comfortable, with lovely nautical details that gave it a unique charm. The entire property is extremely well-maintained and stylish.One of the highlights for us was how pet-friendly the hotel is – our furry companion was treated like a guest in their own right, which we deeply appreciated.If you're looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay in Novigrad with fantastic service and comfort, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back!

Spacious room, very helpful and kind staff, excellent breakfast!

Great hotel, huge rooms, plenty of proper wardrobes, refurbished bathrooms and pool area, huge beds, friendly staff, free parking, great location (walking distance to center).

Breakfast is somewhat basic (pay extra for coffee from espresso machine, no fresh orange juice, low-end Nutella substitute), cheese spread was past its due date (the waiter apologized and brought new spread right away).

Spotless hotel in a short distance of the historic Novigrad.Long and well-managed beach on the other side.Anyone can enjoy even without the yachting possibilities. Easy to park, to discover the region.

Very good

Unfortunately I got a room above the indoor wellness and after 9pm some compressor started running and was making this humming noise until I went to reception and asked to change the room. Luckily there was one empty and my sleep was much better.

Waiters ( specially Vanja and Vladimir!) were great, food was delicious, specially dinner.Location is great, same as the room( little old, but nice). Quiet.

receptionists were correct ( but I expected little bit more, they do not react promptly), and I did not belive in cleaning habits of cleaners from Fillipins ( could be much better!). Busy saunas and spa, only two of them. lots of of animals.Could offer little bit more variety of food.

We loved the spa and pool.

We wish there was a coffee/tea machine in the hotel room.

Staff were welcoming. Rooms large and comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff were awesome, kind and helpful. The eggs on the buffet could be hotter and the bacon was a little under cooked but there were so many things to select from to eat. Also the grilled veggies were delicious. Coffee is included but expresso has to be paid for which I found odd but wouldn't affect my decision to recommend. Good area. Close to walking everywhere. I would recommend to stay. Spa is good as well but hot tub is not hot. Not sure if that is the norm here or not.

Again, hot tub was not hot and a few couples were walking around inside the spa area nude. Completely. Like not even with a towel on. It made it very uncomfortable for those that had bathing suits on. Not sure where or why this is tolerated by the hotel as this is a hotel space not a private nudist spa. This however is not the hotels fault or a reason not to stay. It may have just been those particular people but not sure if they were guests or just bought a pass for the spa. Anyway, sauna and steam bath were lovely as was the pool.

Lovely room in nautical style with many seafaring pictures and maps on the walls, good bed and pillows, clean. Music on the terrace. View of the marina. Simple breakfast.

Room 107 is not recommended for light sleepers as the swimming pool is located below this part of the hotel and at night the loud noises from the complex can easily be heard in the bedroom.

Rooms were incredibly comfy (bed, balcony especially). Freshly renovated bathroom... all was great! All of the staff were super kind and helpful. And indeed pet friendly - our dog enjoyed ?

Only thing - wellness center could use some renovation and it would be nice to have a restaurant for lunch. However, we found an awesome place nearby (recommended by receptionist)

Bad

Dancefloor with pro sound equipment right in front of our room. Accommodation not useable till after midnight (too loud even with closed windows/doors to speak/hear/read/watch TV or sleep). Absolute desaster.

Great rooms, very nice furniture and comfortable bed.

The spa is not accessible in later evening hours.

Great hotel in a fantastic location, very good breakfast, close to beaches, biking trails.

Nice staff, very comfortable suite with fabulous view, near to restaurants in Novigrad, wonderful wellness centre.

Nothing - it’s worth noting though that there is no outside pool. And it is pricey - although you get great facilities and view in return!

Great location near the city centre and the beach. The room was very big, decorated in the style of an old ship. The bathroom was modern and fancy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

central location in the marina, really big rooms with a view over the marina, parking on-site, good breakfast, not expensive considering what you get

smoking seems to have been allowed in the past in the hotel and rooms, which you can still smell

Superb hotel and environment . Staff professional and helpful.Rooms are exceptional and the upgrade was unexpected and made our stay even better as the views over the marina and boats were so interesting and varied .Position of the hotel made easy access to the lovely quaint town harbour. Highly recommended .

First of all, receptionist Zoja has been very helpful and she was always available to advise and help. Room with sea view is definitely worth it.
