Hotel Cittar

It is in the very centre. Staff was polite. It was clean.

A bit outdated room, lack of space in it. Bed could be bigger. No coffee in the room. There's nothing in the mini fridge except half litre water. Water from the shower leaks everywhere. Breakfast was ok, but not 4 star hotel breakfast.

Clean and updated rooms with room service being excellent.

The beds were uncomfortable.

The hotel location amenities staff exceptional! So impressed by the professionalism and kindness! We extended our stay 3 more nights

The location of the hotel is right in the center of Novigrad. The rooms are new, clean, very comfortable and nice. I enjoyed the stay here.

The spa center was bigger than I expected. Very friendly staff, very good coffee and breakfast. The location is in the real center.

It was close to town

The staff didn’t smile and great me and when my cousin arrived they told him I hadn’t stayed there? I’d only been gone 10mins I found this very wrong indeed. The room had water damage and the shower had hair in it!

Great location. Excellent breakfast. Good place to store bikes.

great location, pretty harbour area, everything close by, lots of choice for breakfast, parking spots were well managed in a very busy street, rooms kept nice & clean

we thought we were in a new room but were in the old part (rooms are being upgraded), thin walls inside hotel, could get a bit noisy at night as right in the centre

Excellent breakfast, everywhere clean, beautiful accommodation, friendly staff, the location was a pleasant surprise. I would love to come back again.

- We have stayed in many hotels, but this room was the most beautiful and most modern room we have ever seen. Our stay was very comfortable.- Very friendly staff! We had to leave before breakfast time, but the staff made a small breakfast especially for us before our departure. Thank you again!- Great location at the city center.

Location was close to the beach, restaurants & town

Central, safe, had elevator, and had a pool. Breakfast selection was great. Breakfast staff, Front desk staff especially Sara, and my lovely Philippine house keeper were all very friendly and efficient.

Bathroom lighting was very dull - my eyesight is not great, and I struggled with the lighting putting on my make up. Also, the shower design is terrible. Within minutes I’d flooded the bathroom floor, as the water does not stay in the shower tray. It absolutely poured out onto the floor. Good sized shower though.

The location is great, very close to the beach. Amazing breakfast. There was a lot to choose from. The staff was also great, very nice people.

Very small fridge that cools only a little.

the room was clean and the bed was confrontable. when we first got in it was very warm and took a while to cool the room. . The breakfast was exceptional

we used the sofa bed so there was less floor space. no windows to view out of but knew before booking. no elevator to the third floor which was no big deal for us however could be for others.

Great location/Extra clean hotel and room. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good including good quality//spa and pool excellent
