Blu Mare Hotel

Lovely clean ,comfortable hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, from breakfast until evening. Only thing that was too much, were winter duvets, far too warm for us, but with the balcony door open all night, we managed to sleep.

Very nice hotel with great see views. The room was spacious, comfortable, and with very nice interior design. The staff was very nice. We had a very pleasant stay.

Staying at Hotel Blu Mare in the heart of Novigrad’s old town was an absolute delight! Really nice hotel on perfect location by the sea. Friendly staff, clean and well equipped room with really nice view.

Everything was perfect. Adding a jaccuzzi or a small swimming pool to spa would be a big improvement.

Everything was just perfect-the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and efficiency. The check-in process was seamless,they offered us a complimentary welcome drink and provided a detailed overview of the hotel's amenities and even upgrade our room...The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a stunning sea view that took my breath away. We will come back,for sure!

The attention to detail; from being collected from the car park to the first name greeting at breakfast we had a lovely two night stay but will stay longer next time. Breakfast was wonderful.

Excellent new hotel on a first line with an amazing sunset (as Ema from reception desk said: the best sunset in Novigrad). Everything in room is available, the breakfast is very tasty. Thanks a lot to the whole team!

Great pick-up and transfer service to the parking. A very nicely equipped design hotel with a high standard of interior. Nice personnel and excellent service. Beautiful sea-view and very nice setting. Very good breakfast and an excellent restaurant linked to the hotel.

Inside: the air-condition in the rooms is running only on-off-on-off…. at lowest lever, which can be annoying, if you don‘t want to have it run at level 2 or 3. - The lighting system for the toilet is equipped with a sensor, which immediately illuminates the room. When using the toilet at night this is not really welcomed by your sleeping other, if you are not travelling alone….Also the shower and bath area cannot be lightened separately, which is sub-optimal. Small things to be fixed. Outside: Unfortunately there is no access to a hotel beach or chill area, with exception of the lower inner court of the SPA (which is very nice!). This would be a real top-up asset, as the overall opportunities to have a decent level chill out area on the sea side are rather poor in Novigrad.

I loved the location, the design, that it was clean and new, staff were nice. It’s a really nice hotel for a reasonable price.

The amazing hotel can only be surpassed by absolutely superb hotel staff that made our stay fantastic. Great location in the city center, amazing breakfast. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and loved it. Dog friendly hotel. Hotel has remote parking but they shuttle you to and from your car. Beds are amazing.

Perfect location. Excellent food, great breakfast. Very friendly and charming service. Great rooms with style, high-quality materials and a splendid view on the sea and harbor.

A very nice design hotel in a great location. Restaurant / breakfast are amazing.

The hotel just opened its doors one month before we got there. There are still some things, that won't work properly. We had no light in the bathroom, furniture was missing, etc. We booked a Suite with sea view and got the room on the ground floor. Please always ask for a room on the upper floors as you have more of a tourist view, than a sea view on the grounds. Lots of tourists are walking by directly in front of the room and you don't have lot of privacy.

Location is perfect. In the old town, but just few meters from the sea. Every room has beautiful view to the see. You look through huge windows and see only sea (and some ships). Breakfast was great. Rooms are comfy. All staff was really friendly and trying their best.

We were there in their first week since opening so I guess staff was still getting used to their working environment. Some dishes coming from the kitchen took longer than expected, even simple ones, but I guess (hope) they are faster now. One thing to keep in mind: hotel is in pedestrian zone, so hotel parking is some 15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. They of course do have electric cars to drive you to and from the hotel.

It was our first time in the Blu Mare. From the photos on the site we already expected nice view and cozy hotel, but the entire experience actually exceeded our expectations.Started by transport from the parking place by golf cart and continued with most gracious hosts on entry, which also welcomed our dog with a smile. Furthermore - truly welcoming and talkative bartender along with entire staff.Room was spacious and smelled as fresh woodwork. Sea view directly from bed was just awesome.

The view from any room is absolutely beautiful.The restaurant (Porporela) should not be missed.
