Super friendly staff, nice selection of food, good location and dog friendly place.

People were smoking on their balcony, lot of times we could not open the balcony door.Wedding on Saturday was too loud, decreased the the size of the dining room, was not a good experience.

All the areas like Pool, Mini Golf, Restaurants, and Dining rooms etc., were kept up well and were exceptionally clean. Overall clean hotel!

Outdated furniture/decor/room set up. This hotel still uses a regular key system.The shower tiles screamed 1970 and the shower itself was very tiny with a sliding door basically hugging your body. Too many guests with dogs. Too many guests allowed to smoke around the entire property. Parking is a nightmare!

Hotel is very nice, room was a little bit small but we got room with balkony and actually you don't need a bigger room, frendly and hepful staff, and most of all it was very clean...?

I had an extremely enjoyable stay at this hotel with my dog (pet friendly for an extra small modest fee). Dejan, operating the front office and reception, was extremely friendly and very helpful and informative... welcoming both myself and my dog with genuine sincerity. (He also can speak English.)Although my hotel room was basic (modestly furnished) and a little small, it was very functional, clean, and comfortable (well suited for one or two nights). The double bed wasn't too hard or too soft and allowed for a decent night's sleep. Apart from a private bathroom, the room had a small private balcony, with a basic table & chairs set. The only small negative aspect about the room was the tiny shower cubicle....but it was sufficient to shower in (good supply of hot water and complimentary bath gel).The property has a decent sized carpark (€3 per vehicle per day) and a large, clean pool. The place also boasts a large restaurant that offers great buffet dinners (beer, wine & soft drinks included) and an inclusive buffet breakfast with the room. When I checked in, Dejan told me if I precooked the dinner upon arrival it's a mere €3 extra per buffet per night (fantastic value...and the buffet selections are vast, varied and very delicious = SENSATIONAL!!).The hotel also offers a large bar and a small games room suitable for children (free pool table and coin-operated games machines).Located very close to the sea (which is clean and suitable for swimming) there are also other activities and equipment available; mini-golf, children's playground, bike hire shop, small market and a few bars/restaurants for examples. The only small downside to their location is the distance to the nearest town....but it can be easily reached by bike or car.All the staff are very friendly, which allows for a wonderful stay....I'm just disappointed that I could only stay one night.

Quite ok, for the price paid withvery good food and good location.

1. The bathroom in the room is terribly small, especially the shower, in which you can barely move, especially if you are taller, you have no chance of taking a normal shower. 2. The lamps above the bedside tables next to the bed are a real danger of cutting your hand while you sleep. They simply have a square glass used as a screen in front of the bulb and which is very sharp and cutting at the corners. We personally put a towel over this glass so that there is no risk of cutting our hand in case you reach out in your sleep and maybe accidentally hit this glass. The worst possible invention for a bedside lamp in the bedroom.

The location and food and price were great!! Our room was quite small. We had to stow Our luggage under the bed. Also we were not aware that at this time of the year the hotel would be full (!) of school children and teenagers. Lastly, using the wellness at the bigger hotel is very expensive. On the positive side again, the staff was very friendly!

Good location, very good price which included half board. A special bonus is that a buffet drink is already included in the price of all meals.

No parking, all full. At the end, I parked on gravel far from hotel. Even for that, hotel wants to charge for parking?!?!?

We stayed here several times and were satisfied with everything.Good food , good value for price, nice reception service, wonderful pool inside and kids activities in neighboring Aminess .

It’s a little bit old fashioned

Very polite and helpful staff, big hotel with own parking and good price (3 euro per day), very good breakfast with good choice of food, clean room, fast WiFi connection with no issues in work, lot of space around to walk and enjoy seaside.

Old style hotel with small rooms and small bathroom, noisy guests in the next room.

- Personal is very nice.-There was a wide range of tasty foods in the restaurant.-The location was beautiful and close to the beach- The hotel has a lot of services.

- The room was quiet small even for two persons.- There could have been more plugs in the room.- No fridge

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. While the complimentary coffee wasn’t the best, the option to purchase a better one at the bar made up for it.The area surrounding the hotel was lovely, with a scenic and peaceful walk along the beach leading into the city. There were also great spots to walk your dog, and the hotel even provided dog waste bags on-site, which was a thoughtful touch. The pool was nice, with a poolside bar offering a variety of cocktails, and the beach and sea were just steps away.The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. One of the receptionists kindly arranged a mini fridge for my room so I could store dog food, which was much appreciated. It was also wonderful that the hotel was pet-friendly, with a designated dog beach just a 10-minute walk away.The hotel offered access to a nearby spa and gym, only a 2-minute walk away, though there was an additional charge for these facilities.I really appreciated that the hotel cleaning staff respected the "Do Not Disturb" sign. They also provided a helpful sign to indicate when the room didn't need cleaning, which I found thoughtful. This approach not only made the stay more comfortable but also supported eco-friendly practices by reducing unnecessary cleaning/towel change every day.

Unfortunately, the dinner didn’t meet my expectations. Some of the dishes were dry and lacked the quality and flavor I anticipated, especially considering how good the breakfast was.The room was quite small, with limited space to move around. It felt outdated, both in terms of the furniture and the bathroom, and the hairdryer provided wasn’t very effective. Toward the end of my stay, I also discovered ants in the room, attracted to some dry dog food I had left out briefly while I stepped away. This was both disappointing and unpleasant.It was also a bit of a letdown that access to the spa and gym came with an additional charge, which wasn’t clearly communicated during the booking process.There were some sun beds at the beach, however for an additional price.

The pool is a big plus in front of the building (we could even use it after the check-out), staff is kind and helpful. Also, the sea shore is super close, by walking distance. Food is okay, wide variety, but for some reason, not our taste. The town Novigrad is 15mins on foot, highly recommend to visit it (you can come back with the dotto train, 5mins).

The parking can be very tricky and you need different tickets to move around. The drinks at the dinner are overpriced. Overall, the facility would very much need a refurbishment, it seems they have not done any renovations for ages, although the staff does everything to make it work and clean.

Free parking. Nice staff. Closeness to the sea. Typical 3* hotel which its good days have long forgotten

Extremely small room (cage like), poor quality food.No free sun beds anywhere - neither by the sea nor by the swimming pool

Dinner.I eat bread and cheese that how bad it was.Pasta with mayonese and reheated chichen.Bad!

All was great! Location- forest around, city center is walk distance 15 min, food was tasty, personal_ super! area of the hotel itself great with a lot of possibilities for free time in spite of swimming pool and sea!)

Very small bath room, the adult in normal weight and slim- hardly could fit the douches cabin, and towels should be for sure changed for better/new ones.

The personal is great. Food also. A lot of activities and the best-pool with sea view. Great facility for the kids.

The bed is really small, room also. Also, the problem is that the rooms are separated by the locked door and you can hear everything from another room.

Amazing location everything you need is within walking distance(spa, shop, pharmacy, sea and go on and on). Such a lovely staff. Loads of sports activities and relaxation to choose from. Superb air conditioning in the room that was a very big plus! Already thinking of booking again and we are not the kind of travellers who are coming back to places, we like to discover but this was great place to stay.A great plus is that you can useths the sister hotel for a spa, pool and coffee. Great little hotel, and for the price you are getting a lot!

Loud air-conditioning outside the hotel (we stayed in 402 4th floor apartment and it was very loud) We had to have windows closed as it was very interrupting at night. Horrible coffee, this was a big problem as we do enjoy a good coffee but either in the lobby or in the restaurant the coffee wasn't good
